Hotel 5-Star di Xinjiang, China

Urcove hardly disappoints. It’s a superb hotel with great hardware. However, location wise it’s a bit far from the east gate where the opening ceremony is (15min walk ish). Although you can use the north gate (8min walk), you land in a weird spot in the ancient city. The hotels air condition also acted kinda weird when I was there. It stopped in the middle of the night even though I set it to heating mode of 24C, it dropped to 19C by itself. The room I booked supposedly has a balcony to it. But the thing is, it’s pretty much useless cuz the BBQ smoke from nearby restaurants will overwhelm you.

Perkhidmatan: pada asasnya responsif kepada semua permintaan. Persekitaran: Walaupun jauh dan jauh dari Grand Bazaar, persekitaran dan lokasinya berdekatan dengan pintu masuk lebuh raya. Kebersihan: Masalah terbesar ialah hiasan berbau terlalu besar. Saya cuba menyesuaikannya di tingkat 27, tetapi akhirnya saya tidak menyesuaikannya, saya mendengar seorang lelaki di sebelah bercakap tentang bau. Bau ini sangat menjejaskan imej kedai perdana. Kami tidak dapat membuka mata. Saya percaya ia akan menjadi lebih baik pada tahun hadapan. Gambar satu ialah pemandangan bilik pada waktu malam, dan gambar tiga ialah restoran langit.

Hotel is nice especially the swimming pool and the jacuzzi with both cold and hot water. Breakfast is good nothing to complain. Room is spacious.Hotel is located to a park with a big Buddha statue can be seen from the room.

A very comfortable stay in this newly developed small town near the entrance of 孟克特, surrounded by beautiful snow mountains. The hotel itself is very new and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a bigger room. The facilities were great, including a laundry room and gym room, although they may be located in different blocks. One of the biggest advantages was the hotel’s own restaurant serving good food. Since the town has very limited dining options and 蜜蜂小镇 is about 30 minutes away, having a convenient restaurant in the hotel made the stay much easier. Overall, a very cozy and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended if you are visiting this area.

The hotel is in perfect center location, beside all the premium brands. The view is stunning. All staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Grace from the reception and Allen from concierge. When they found out that our daughter left her favorite cuddly toy in the room they immediate took action and sent it back to the city where we live. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

Greatly appreciate the airport pickup even when we arrived at 0100 hour. Hotel staff Alan is so friendly and helpful. He suggested to us a few great shopping places like 香妃 where the locals do their shopping. Emily is so kind to allow us to have late check out. Have a wonderful and pleasant stay in this hotel.

特別喜歡這家酒店的原因有以下幾點： 1. 服務好，酒店塔吉克姑娘和小夥子們很友善可愛。 2. 房間乾淨整潔。 3. 窗外就對着雪山和草地，坐在窗邊喝茶可以發呆一個晚上（晚上10點以後才天黑） 4. 房間有彌散型氧氣，可以睡個好覺。 5. 房間提供的乾果、棗子、葡萄乾好好吃 6. 洗衣房很大，很方便。 我們是第一次來帕米爾高原，第一次接觸塔吉克族人，很喜歡塔縣的風景，也喜歡這家酒店

老闆是個精幹有魄力的年輕人。多花一百萬弄好游泳池拿到攜程5鑽，確實如他所講，能夠吸引到我這樣的散客。宣稱恆温但沒開，水温衹有22度，需要鼓足勇氣才能下水，但最後得到維族員工的誇讚，上水後還好沒感冒。投資經營這麼大型的項目包括傍邊的高昌三千年是需要膽識的，但能滿足大媽型的遊客的需求。常見這些大媽們找藉口到大堂來，直接癱在地上扣腳大睡，也是一道“風景”。主管衹好請出維族保安來驅趕。。話説回來，我去過新疆外圍所有類似風俗的國家，發現酒店的裝飾雖然華麗，但比例不合理。比如大堂座椅過高，毯子也不應該直接放在地上，而應該有個日床。估計這是聘用沒有出過國的內地設計師造成的。。。

The hotel staff really took care of us. Reception Manager Jason was very warm and friendly and responsive to our needs. He went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and answered all our questions about the city. Receptionists Vicky and Michael also helped us during our stay! They went above and beyond to serve our needs by getting us extra water bottles, searching for amenities around the area for us etc. Special mention to all the restaurant staff too! We were sad to leave Radisson Blu Kashi because we felt so comfortable there. Thank you for taking care of us!

去南疆賞杏花，離開喀什的前一晚，選擇了在古城的空中花園。就在我下單完成，就有民宿管家聯繫上我是否需要接送機，並告知我當地的氣候情況，還沒入住，就感受到了温暖。 因為古城不能通車，入住前一晚，管家提前告知下車點並來接我，這個服務非常棒，省去我拖着行李到處找的尷尬。 酒店原先是當地一個做玉石生意的“巴依老爺”的住宅，之後他的大兒子繼承了並把生意做到了國外，原住宅很奢華，之後有個湖南老闆拍下並保留了原住宅的四層，現在的三層和四層復刻了原始的住宅，木雕非常精美，是一個木雕博覽館，入住客人可以免費參觀。五層到七層是民宿，一層是賣玉石的，入住當天就收到了民宿贈送的玉石平安扣，很貼心👍 房間的佈置很有當地特色，歡迎水果早早在房間等候，迷你吧隨便享用，超大的露台是賞夜景的絕佳處。入住當天免費品嚐了一下下午茶，點心很精緻，一邊喝着下午茶，一邊看着古城的美景，什麼煩惱都沒了。 這個酒店擁有全古城核心制高點，可以賞日落和日出，這次沒體驗，下次要試試。 感謝我的管家，一個當地的帥哥，從我下單後到離開，都一直陪伴着我，帶我參觀並講解木雕博覽館的故事，入住期間對我提出的要求及時解決，耐心詢問送機事項，點贊！民宿的早餐管家會根據你的要求時間安排好在五層用餐，室內室外隨你選擇，早餐很豐富，搭配合理，一個人根本吃不完😂 這個民宿共10間房，私密性很強，電梯及出入口都是刷臉的，入住後我化了粧旅拍，結束後刷臉竟然沒通過😂這讓我更加感到民宿的安全性能了👍 雖説是民宿，但管理有序，在這裏讓我感受到了什麼是“賓客至上”，民宿經理金經理，一個氣質美女，會為住客着想，讓每一個住客都感受到回家的感覺。聽説5.1後民宿會有管家帶住客逛古城的服務，這個創意真好，省去不熟悉古城的住客逛古城找不到路的煩惱。期待民宿越來越好民宿的洗漱包很漂亮，管家説可以帶走，很棒哦😄 下次來喀什還住這，強烈推薦大家近距離的感受這家民宿的魅力，現場聽聽這家民宿得故事。
