Hotel 5-Star di Xinjiang, China

Booked a room with two beds for my parents, who were very comfortable in the room. They enjoyed the late night snacks and the ease of access to food and the ancient city. Very convenient for seniors.

1. Clean environment.  The hotel offers excellent amenities, is very clean throughout and specifically is smoking-free in the public areas, contrary to the majority of the other hotels in Urumqi. 2. Very dedicated and helpful staff.  In particular, we'd like to highly commend Mr 軒辰 (Yang), who went out to help us resolving many delicate issues, including getting Wechat payment and Didi to work.  Thank you very much 軒辰! 3. Excellent mid-distance location between the city and the airport.  This is particularly useful because we need to get to the airport several times to fly out to further locations in the very extensive Xinjiang.  In the meantime, using taxi or Didi to get into the city is easy and cheap

We had an excellent stay at the Hilton in Urumqi The staff were so friendly and accommodating and attentive to our needs. My wife and I were traveling with our 9 month old son and they took special care of him and our requests. It really took the stress out of traveling. would highly recommend this Hilton to anyone traveling to Urumqi. Specially Miss Jasmine really helped us a lot, 万分感谢赵小姐和希尔顿的工作人员，在乌鲁木齐希尔顿度过了愉快的四天三晚。

A very comfortable stay in this newly developed small town near the entrance of 孟克特, surrounded by beautiful snow mountains. The hotel itself is very new and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a bigger room. The facilities were great, including a laundry room and gym room, although they may be located in different blocks. One of the biggest advantages was the hotel’s own restaurant serving good food. Since the town has very limited dining options and 蜜蜂小镇 is about 30 minutes away, having a convenient restaurant in the hotel made the stay much easier. Overall, a very cozy and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended if you are visiting this area.

This is our first time to Ürümqi and we reached in the early wee hours of the morning. We were taken care of by Ann & her colleague of front desk. We are very impressed by the high quality of breakfast and the level of service we have received. The staff were genuinely interested to know how our experience were and went out of their way to make our experience even better. We want to give our thanks to Ann for taking such good care of us over the 4 nights we stayed and continued to do so while we are away at Hilton Altay while awaiting our return to Conrad Ürümqi before our flight home. The hotel’s proximity to 2 shopping malls and more makes this a perfect location. Our luggages arrived 3 days late and it was a blessing we are connected to the mall and was able to buy our necessities without braving the cold. We will definitely stay again in Conrad when we are next back in Urumqi with family.

Greatly appreciate the airport pickup even when we arrived at 0100 hour. Hotel staff Alan is so friendly and helpful. He suggested to us a few great shopping places like 香妃 where the locals do their shopping. Emily is so kind to allow us to have late check out. Have a wonderful and pleasant stay in this hotel.

特別喜歡這家酒店的原因有以下幾點： 1. 服務好，酒店塔吉克姑娘和小夥子們很友善可愛。 2. 房間乾淨整潔。 3. 窗外就對着雪山和草地，坐在窗邊喝茶可以發呆一個晚上（晚上10點以後才天黑） 4. 房間有彌散型氧氣，可以睡個好覺。 5. 房間提供的乾果、棗子、葡萄乾好好吃 6. 洗衣房很大，很方便。 我們是第一次來帕米爾高原，第一次接觸塔吉克族人，很喜歡塔縣的風景，也喜歡這家酒店

酒店裝修豪華，濃濃南疆風情。附近有夜市和葡萄園可以逛，之前在北疆逛了7天，最後兩天來吐魯番躺平超舒適！！！外面氣温雖高，但酒店空調給力，去酒店裡麪的咖啡廳蒲桃里老酒館喝熱茶也不覺得熱。 前台工作人員 孜巴和小扎非常專業，我們每次打電話過來都很快響應，熱情解決。我們剛來不太會用衞浴還以為壞掉了，用小度呼叫前台，馬上安排人過來教，幾次連線也是耐心温柔服務，給人感受非常好，不愧是五星級酒店的前台。 餐廳就在泳池邊，裝修華麗氛圍好，早餐也好吃，葡萄汁和羊肉蒸餃很不錯。這家不是我們來新疆住的最貴的酒店，卻是體驗感最好的。

The hotel staff really took care of us. Reception Manager Jason was very warm and friendly and responsive to our needs. He went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and answered all our questions about the city. Receptionists Vicky and Michael also helped us during our stay! They went above and beyond to serve our needs by getting us extra water bottles, searching for amenities around the area for us etc. Special mention to all the restaurant staff too! We were sad to leave Radisson Blu Kashi because we felt so comfortable there. Thank you for taking care of us!

The hotel exterior was amazing, felt like we were in some sort of fairy tale. Location was fantastic too, right in the middle of the ancient city so we were in the middle of it all as soon as we woke up. Room was very clean and tidy, but the service was on another level. The breakfast was so good and had so much variety that we were full for the whole day! But the best part of our trip was Enwar, he was beyond AMAZING! his English was impeccable so we had a good time conversing and he really taught us a lot about the culture and we felt like we made a genuine friend on this trip. He took us to places after we got lost and really was an amazing human being, who also helped us get the best deals when it came to shopping as well! I wish nothing but the best for him. He also ensured we were super comfortable and all our needs were taken care of. ONLY 2 downsides were the room didn't have any window, which was not made super clear during booking and the aircon faced away from the bed so can get a little on the hotter side but nothing too unbearable as we generally had a good sleep as the bed was comfortable. Also the private balcony was accessible by anyone living in the hotel so wasn't exactly private.
