This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

各方面都超出想象的一段體驗。 帳篷裏的設施和佈局都可以用配得上野奢這兩個字,無論是插座的分佈,窗布的朝向,遙控的位置,都能讓你感受的用心。 這次運氣爆了棚,遇到了璀璨星空,一晚上就研究各種拍攝參數。被服務員邀請到三樓觀景台去拍攝,還特意安排了户外桌椅和免費的花茶。 無論是浙江的老闆,維吾爾族的前台服務員,還是塔吉克族的客房服務人員,都是一口流利的漢語,顏值高且服務熱情。 塔縣下次還會再來,營地將是我唯一選擇。

預訂好酒店就有前台工作人員提前打了電話確定入住時間並詢問出行方式,告知了酒店具體位置和酒店的停車場。酒店還會關注到特殊需求,細節做的很棒,酒店前台在三樓,停了車就可以直接到前台,一到前台就有熱茶服務,酒店的工作人員都很熱情,每個人臉上都洋溢着笑容,很暖心了!哦對了,酒店停車場裏有充電樁,很意外! 房間的衞生打掃的也很乾凈;酒店早餐還可以,咖啡很好!下次來烏魯木齊我還會選擇這家酒店,值得推薦。

Kashgar Nanjiang Global Harbor International Hotel

I’m so glad I picked the Nanjiang Global for my stay in Kashgar. It exceeded my expectations, and my stay was really pleasant. After long days exploring, it always felt good to come home to my room. And given the summer heat, I loved that there was ice cold lemon water always waiting for me in the lobby. The check-in service was great and my room was upgraded. The suites are really comfortable, with amenities by Shanghai Tang. I also saw the standard double rooms, and they were spacious and nice too. The front desk manager who goes by the name Hunter was excellent and so helpful, as were others staff members. Hunter’s English is great and he answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Ask him to write down the hotel’s name in Uyghur for you if you’ll be taking taxis. It’ll be a big help. The hotel is very clean, and breakfast was much more than basic. I hope I have the chance to visit Kashgar again, and I’d be happy to return to this hotel.

這個照片是我這次出行住的另外一家酒店的廁紙架,兩卷,貴酒店衹提供一卷,還衹有這個店的一卷的一半大小。很小的一個事情。 其他幾個建議,真心希望貴酒店管理層可以看到: 一,第一次看到所謂的五星酒店對廁紙這麼摳搜,不曉得你們管理上發生過啥,但是廁紙真的沒必要扣。 二,大廳。你們接待通道有兩類,一類是貴賓,一類是散客。散客不是貴賓嗎? 三,房間飲用水,衹有兩瓶,再多要水要單獨付費。你們同城的環球港默認六瓶。 四,環境,現在喀什很熱,每個樓層公共區域的空調可以打開啊,反正我住的二十七層樓道熱的不行。 五,餐飲。你們的早餐真心不好啊。不要和其他酒店比了,就對比一下你們同城的環球港,你們真的是差到家了。 其他槽點還有很多。坦白説,這個是我住過的倒數第二差所謂五星。

Arrived at the hotel after visiting the local vehicle administration office to get my Chinese drivers licence. I required a certificate of residence from the hotel to complete the process. 李艳毅 went out of her way to help me get the document, taking me to the local police station, translating for me and contacting local authorities on my behalf. Thanks to her I was able to successfully get my licence. Hotel is elegant and classy, well furnished rooms and great, helpful staff. Also a good view of the city from the window. Walking distance from main attractions in Ürümqi city.

We paid 700 a day for our room and felt that it was overpriced. The room is a bit outdated and we had issues with the fridge, but the staff kept dodging our concerns and insisting everything was normal. We know what a properly working fridge is, and the light sensor in the room was not working at times, yet the staff again insisted it was fine. It seems the staff is trained to avoid fixing issues. Considering the price, there are much better options available. The so-called executive privilege is just the same noodles served daily in the breakfast hall. Unless you can get a room cheaply at this hotel, don't bother staying here because it is not up to 4 or 5-star standards as claimed!

Had good times at Hilton. Nice clean room and its location is bit away from the center. Which is good for those who wants quite and calm place. Front desk people were good and know what they are doing.
