Overall is good. One thing can be improved is the Deposit process, it's a bit troublesome why they collected Rm200 deposit on the spot but didn't return on the spot when returning. Have to wait for few day .... so, i haven't got my refund as yet.

When choosing a hotel, preference was given to the order. It is located 10 meters from the shore, where you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the surf! The hostess Aziza is very friendly, she helped buy tickets for the ferry to the island and back, which I could not do myself. Breakfasts are modest, but quite filling. You can also have lunch and dinner at the hotel. We always took seafood. They cook very tasty! Right in front of the hotel there is a coral reef, where you can see a lot of fish with a mask and snorkel. On the right and left there are diving clubs, where you can learn and dive into the underwater world the next day, if the training goes well. I went to the right, if you look from the sea, everything is organized there by an interesting Japanese family. I recommend the hotel, but not for possessive tourists for whom comfort is in the first place!

Absolutely beautiful unit that's well interior decorated and has plenty of space for a family or group of friends. Multiple televisions, one in each room and 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom is beautiful and the make up of the unit in general is amazing, gave my ideas for my own apartment. Easy self check in/ out service and host was on call when needed. Parking - unfortunately theres no free parking. We paid on average RM22.50 a day for parking which is kind of insane. Wish there could be reduced parking at least. Location is a bit tricky as its great to go up to genting by car. Only a 5 minute drive to the attractions, but to come back to the apartment by car you need to drive down and mountain and come back up at Chin Swee temple whichll take about 15 - 20 minutes. There is the direct link bridge that'll take about 20 minutes by foot to walk to Skyworld which is great. Restaurants and stores are slowly opening up downstairs which is good for necessity or a coffee. We were unlucky as it was raining the entire 4 days we were there and couldn't enjoy the views at all. The whole time it was foggy and we had a wall of white fog. Extremely windy if we opened up the windows to the point we had to close the doors. Sheets are not the highest threat count abd can be a little scratchy, but hopefully, as it washed more, it softens up. Some dust around the area and lint but may be because the unit hadn't been rented out for sometime. Overall the stay was super pleasant. Took advantage of the washing machine and enjoyed the unit. Bmafter 2 days in genting we spent the other 2 chilling in the unit and enjoying the space.

This hotel took a bit longer to check in even though there were not many guests to entertain. I arrived around 7.00pm but they said my room is ”not ready” yet (but she said housekeeping was done earlier). Check-in counter is at Jade tower (tower 2)..but we need to park at Tower 7 and stay at Tower 1. What?? To me this is so ridiculous.. and then, when I'm about to enter my room, I found the card is not functioning..I REPEAT, I CANNOT ENTER MY ROOM AND I NEED TO WAIT AROUND ONE HOUR WITH THE KIDS IN FRONT OF THE DOOR. But after someone came, he used his master card to open my door and asked me to update my own card ”when I'm free” at Tower 2. Why do I need to go through this hassle and make it so complicated?? I feel very disappointed and tired to entertain all this nonsense. However, luckily this room is well maintained & clean..

During our trip to Kuala Gandah, we decided to book this hotel to spend a night at Mentakab. Overall the location of the hotel was easy to find. Rooms are nice and clean, however the walls are abit on the thinner side as noise from outside you are able to hear. Sound insulation is not the best, but for a quick 1 night stay it's okay. Staff are friendly and accommodating no issue with that. What's best is that you are able to choose 3 level of firmness for your room pillows. It's a first time for me, interesting concept. There's a chinese restaurant seafood right at your doorstep, didn't went there but we went to 烧鱼海鲜饭店（Roast Fish & Seafood Restaurant) and it was very good! Highly recommended for those that wants to taste fresh seafood.

Stay here is preferred due to location..easy to get my necessary things... however the air conditioning in my room located to blow so directly to bed which is not my preference

If you think to take a hotel or not, take it without thinking! Very welcoming staff, everything will tell, will show. Good breakfast on the type of Swedish table. To the ocean 1 minute. Harbour in step availability. If you want to snorkelling, go to the left to the stones and study the underwater world. The hosts gave a kayaking at a very attractive price for a day. The houses are comfortable with air conditioning. The bed is comfortable. But there are no glasses in the windows in the houses. Only wooden stands. Accordingly, they are not open with the air conditioner without which it is very hot. Prepare to live with the light on constantly. There was a tree over the house, from which occasionally something fell on the roof with a thunder. But it was rare. And so it was very much like!

Overall the hotel has good location and services. Our 3 nights stay were unpleasant due to the beds hv unknown bug/small insects biting us at night causing us hv skin itching and were not able to sleep well. Hotel owner acknowledged and apologised, they agreed to look into further improvements.
