It is well located, not far from train station. If you want to visit Suzhou, you can easily commute to different places by using the subway.
Hotel is really nice and design. Rooms are large, very well furnished and equipped.
Landlord is always available by WeChat, but it wasn't really easy to get access to the hotel without calling the hotel or having internet (which we haven't at that time).
We've been upgraded, thank you again !

Very accommodating family business handled by mum and daughter.
I had an amazing experience at [PingJiang Xiao Yuan] during my recent trip! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. It had all the amenities I needed, including a cozy bed, modern bathroom, and excellent Wi-Fi.
The hotel’s location is perfect—conveniently situated near key attractions, restaurants, and public transport. I also loved the on-site tea tasting which added an extra touch to the overall experience.
What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning on my next trip!

The homestay is located in an alley on the east side of the northentrance of Pingjiang Road, Baita East Road. At the entrance of the alley is the Pingjiang Road and Heping River Cruise Terminal.which is close to the Silk Exhibition Hall. It can reach ZhuozhengGarden, Lion Forest, Suzhou Museum, Ouyuan, Dongyuan and other scenic spots. Walk a few steps through the bamboo-filled roadway from Pingjiang Road.

The hostel location is right at the center of Ping Jiang Road. Even though it is at the centre of the street, can’t hear any noise which that impressed me. The staff is also very helpful to allow us for free late check out. The uncle works in the tea house was kind to share with us travel tips and some recommendations that was very helpful. The hostel is a bit old and there was a small portable heater provided downstairs hence it was very cold when showering in the winter. Upstairs at the sleeping area was very warm and comfy.

HHwee LengIf I could give more than 5/5 for this place, I would. Cleanliness, service and cultural vibes are unparalleled. I have been to more than 25 countries and never have I felt so much at home away from home. This is a gem I would highly recommend anyone seeking to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The host and her staff gave us home made bread, breakfast, cakes, tea and artisanal coffee. My 12 year old daughter loved it so much she just wanted to stay indoors! Amazing!!

PPengguna Tetamu已經離開周莊好幾天了，突然想起來這個名宿酒店還是回憶滿滿，帶着倆娃衹住了一晚，孩子們都説不想走了……一開始預訂時擔心的停車問題被酒店小姐姐用旅遊車接送完美解決。下樓十幾米遠就到景區的一個入口，超級方便。套房帶陽台，夜景超美。覺得酒店自己的花園就是一個景點了，孩子們看投影看到不想睡覺（๑ᵕ⌓ᵕ̤）

CCindy Chia Man我們在11月底住在這家Airbnb。儘管它靠近地鐵站的位置很方便，但地鐵站內沒有自動扶梯，對於有重行李的人來説，這使得交通不太理想。它位於一個住宅小區內，但主入口周圍正在進行施工，通往民宿的道路不平整，佈滿了石頭和水泥，使得推拉行李非常困難。之後清理水泥從行李輪子上的殘留物也非常麻煩。當我們詢問是否有其他替代路線時，工作人員提到那條路會遠很多，並建議我們還是走這條被施工佔據的道路。路上有很多工人，推行李顯然給他們帶來了不便。這讓我們後悔選擇住在這裏。
有一天，前往民宿變得更加麻煩，因為工人正在修建一座橋，臨時用一塊大木板擋住了通道，衹留下了一個非常狹窄的通道。如果那天我們需要提着行李走，那將幾乎不可能，並且非常不便。
另外，這個民宿很難找到。它位於住宅區的內部，需要經過幾次轉彎進入狹窄的小巷，標識非常少，容易錯過。
好的一點是，房間乾淨且維護良好。然而，每天衹提供兩瓶水。其他日常用品可以在對面的小便利店購買。總體而言，儘管設施乾淨且靠近地鐵，但施工、可達性差和隱蔽的位置使得這次住宿體驗遠沒有預期的那麼舒適。

JJoonBondhad such a fantastic time at this hotel! It's conveniently located just a short 10-minute stroll from the metro station, and there are tons of cool spots nearby like The North Pagoda, Suzhou Museum, Humble Administrator's Garden, and the Suzhou Silk Museum, all within a quick 10-15 minute walk.
It feels like staying in a cozy guest house nestled within a family complex. The owner, a lovely lady, is super friendly and helpful. While the room has that charming old-school vibe, it's spotlessly clean and has everything you need, even a hairdryer. It totally reminds me of my grandma's place back in the day! Plus, there's a cute little mini library with some fascinating collectibles and a cozy tea house - perfect for some Insta-worthy snaps!
Oh, and watch out for the three adorable cats who love to wander around and sometimes even pop into your room for a visit!
You won't go hungry here either! Right next door, there's a fabulous café, and across the street, you've got a whole lineup of local food joints. And let me tell you, don't miss out on the crab noodle spot near the traffic light - it's absolutely divine!
And if you're craving some fresh fruit, just head over to the fruit stand near the small bridge. They're open late - I swung by around 11 pm and they were still going strong! Just a friendly reminder: This hotel does have its Chinese name displayed at the entrance, no English. So, make sure to remember or write down that street number to find it easily next time! And you can bet your bottom dollar that if I find myself back in Suzhou, I'll be booking a room here again without a second thought!

PPengguna TetamuReally beautiful place. It looks to be brand new - maybe it is, maybe it isn't, but it certainly looks new. The room (a suite) was very spacious, very clean. Just a very beautiful place that fit well with the surroundings. The whole building was impeccably clean.
I rated the service 5/5 because the owners were very nice, and largely left us alone. The family was processing tea and were quite busy - check-in was extremely quick, check-out too. I'm not looking for hospitality, so being left alone suited us fine - this isn't a criticism at all! The rooms don't really come with much extra (tea, coffee etc.), just a couple of bottles of water, so best to know that before you book if you usually expect this, but we didn't so we were fine with it.
You can buy really good tea from them (maybe we timed it well as we arrived at the peak tea-picking time). The owners were very kind and let us try some, and it's really good tea - we ended up buying some.
Food was pretty good, but again they were quite busy and have specific times that food is available, and no menu, so best to check ahead with them (again, really taking into account that they were super busy processing tea when we were there). Absolutely not a problem as there are so many great restaurants around too.
TV in the room had VOD but without VIP, so if you're looking to watch movies or anything best to bring your own (including HDMI cable as our TV didn't have one).

Space for maybe 4 cars to park, right next to a small hill, very close to the pick-up point for the sightseeing bus to take you up to Xishan, and surrounded by lots of restaurants, B+Bs etc. so if you like coffee, there's a shop just down the road. Very beautiful surroundings - you will be shocked that you're so close to Suzhou as there's absolutely no evidence that you're anywhere near a city!
All in all, really enjoyable. Amazing price for a suite (around Y500 per night) and one of the better homestay-style places we've stayed in. Highly recommended.

HHannahThis is such a lovely little homestay! We struggled to find the entrance since Tencent Maps sent us a street over, but after adding them on WeChat they sent us a pin right away and helped us make it (see photo!). The room was clean, well-air-conditioned, well thought out, and we had so much fun with the Japanese toilet!
My chinese is limited to basic conversation only but staff were friendly and the lady at the desk on the day we checked out showed us her newborn kittens! Super super happy all round with this stay!
Note to other guests:
- Taxis will have to drop you a few streets away as much of the old town's streets are too narrow for cars.
- The entrance is right on the canal, not round a corner.
- The door is open at all times, so don't worry if you're back late!
