Our recent stay at Ujo Soan was, without exaggeration, the finest hospitality experience I have encountered in my 20 years of traveling across Japan. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was nothing short of superb. There are three highlights that made our stay truly unforgettable: 1. Exceptional Culinary Surprise: We were deeply touched by the hotel's generosity in providing a complimentary upgrade to the prestigious ”Tsuiyama Blue Label Crab” set. The quality of the crab and the meticulous preparation were world-class—a true gastronomic journey. 2. Breathtaking Sunset Views: Spending time at the Lounge ”AO” on the 8th floor of Bettei Fuka was a spiritual experience. Watching the sunset over the Kyotango coastline with a drink in hand is a memory we will cherish forever. 3. Outstanding Service (Sakura-san): A special mention must go to Sakura-san. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were exemplary. She anticipated our every need and represents the very best of Japanese Omotenashi. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Yasuhiko Okita and the General Manager, Mr. Nakanishi, for maintaining such an incredible standard of excellence. If you are looking for a sanctuary that combines luxury, nature, and heartfelt service, Ujo Soan is the only choice. We cannot wait to return.

這酒店太讓人驚喜了，獨自日本自由行這次主要選擇一泊二食温泉酒店，迷上這樣泡温泉吃精心準備的料理的度假方式。很多温泉酒店的一人套餐都是小房間，大房間基本上都是兩人套餐，這個酒店頂層套房有兩間提供一人套餐真的太好了，而且不是純日式榻榻米，我睡不習慣，是新裝修的和洋式，比名氣大一點的佳松苑和靜花扇的房好太多了．酒店位於夕日浦木津温泉站，特別提醒，這個站沒有任何公共交通，必須讓酒店接站，我頭一天把到達時間告訴攜程客服幫我約好了，這裏的酒店都會接站，也可到站打電話等個十分鐘左右酒店車會來。下午三點辦入住，二點半左右讓我去房間了，大堂一般但房間超出預期的漂亮，一線海景，設計合理，佈置優雅，設施優質，最出彩的設計是套房有個小餐廳與房間分隔，房間裏就不會有菜味了，高桌子非常舒服，比城崎西村屋在房裡吃好太多了。温泉熱度剛好，泡着温泉看海景太愉快了。晚餐是蟹料理，誠意十足，量很大質量也好，直接蟹肉當飯吃了，早餐簡單了點，沒有牛奶提供。十一點退房，在這個用心打造的房間裏超級享受，沒有出過酒店的門。酒店的日本顧客很多，也有外國人慕名前來，有外國員工，接待沒有問題，服務熱情周到。這個温泉小鎮很安靜有海邊沙灘，但旅遊商業幾乎沒有，來這都是到各家酒店享受海景、温泉和料理。沒有温泉商業街，適合自駕。另外可以早上去天橋立景點遊覽吃午飯然後到這裏住酒店，比天橋立那邊酒店的餐好海景好，不要晚到，下午5點天就黑了看不到海了。

酒店的位置比較鄉郊。從馬路望過去建築很低調，但是進入內裏即是被溫馨優雅的氛圍感染到，特別是來到房間，兩面牆落地窗看到離湖夕照的美景，黃昏時間抵達夕陽的餘光映照下。晚餐更是驚喜，冬季推出蟹肉套餐，但用了意大利的烹調方式，濃郁的醬汁令蟹肉肉非常美味，湯、意粉、薄餅都是一試難忘，烤蟹肉再沾上蟹膏做的醬汁，層次豐富。早餐麵包籃炒蛋乳酪，份量足，清新健康。每位工作人員。都很主動和有禮，經過一定會點頭打招呼，直到客人離開。介紹菜式都盡量用英文努力講解，令我這次住宿非常愉快。另外酒店亦設有溫泉雖然不大，但因為客人不多，我是一個人在使用，露天按摩溫泉可以看到湖面和星空可以享受到寧靜的氣氛。

We really liked the beauty of the place, the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly hall staff, and so you can really relax.The Breakfast was really delicious. This hotel is a highly recommended.

The room was super spacious and spotless, with an amazing sunset view! The staff were all incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. Both breakfast and dinner were fantastic—each meal came with a planned menu and a variety of beautifully prepared dishes. The onsen was another highlight, with different styles and layouts to enjoy. Totally worth every penny—I can’t wait to go back!

A truly beautiful hotel! Everything from the architecture to the view outside the windows is top-notch. The staff are polite and welcoming, and even though we don't speak much Japanese, they patiently explain everything to us. The rooms are full of thoughtful touches, and there are plenty of complimentary drinks and amenities. If I ever come to visit Japan again, I'll definitely bring my family to stay here for longer. ありがとうございます♪

No matter service, facilities and meals were excellent! My family enjoyed a lot.

The facade is unremarkable. As soon as you enter the check-in auditorium, you will be deeply attracted by the view of the large glass and leave a very good impression. You can also see a deer grazing in the Japanese garden outside the window. The lobby is generally very comfortable. The room I stayed in is a Japanese mixed Western style. It is comfortable, but the wardrobe is behind the bed. It is a bit difficult to get in and out of clothes. The view of the open-air hot spring is a little thinner. The dinner is a full crab feast, which is very plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend it, but it is a bit more expensive when viewing cherry blossoms in the peak season.

在日本已經有入住很多溫泉旅館的經驗，這次是我其中一次最最最滿意的體驗！酒店很大很乾淨，無論是停車場、庭園、大堂、公共區域、房間，都非常寬敞，給我們一種非常舒適令人放鬆的感覺。我們訂的是一泊二食的和式房間，房內備有衛生間、沐浴室和獨立溫泉，基本上足不出房即可以享受美食和隨時隨地都能泡溫泉。由於我們入住的時候是十二月份，恰巧時令食材就是松葉蟹，整個蟹宴晚餐和早餐都非常豐富美味，兩餐都是吃到很飽很滿足。旅館職員的細心服務和耐心講解也必須表揚一番。總而言之，這個旅館值得我們強烈推薦，如果我們再來這個地方的話，也肯定會再選擇這個旅館的。
