Hôtel est juste magnifique

酒店房間內，沒有吹風機，沒有熱水壺，插座不好找，窗户漏風，雖然房間內有暖氣，但是漏風之後感覺房間還是挺冷的。熱水壺去找前台要，前台説酒店不提供。服務人員的英語非常一般。酒店沒有電梯，而且樓道里有。不同高度的台階要通過，拿行李非常不方便，去餐廳要先從樓道走到大堂，然後再由大堂向反方向走才能到達餐廳，距離比較遠。酒店説8:00開始早餐，但是我們8:10到的時候，餐廳的門還沒有開。早上9:00離店的時候想請服務人員幫忙拿行李，但是早上9點仍然沒有拿行李的服務人員。房間的門開關也挺費勁，應該是房門變形的原因。
