"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was excellent, very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The breakfast was also good. The hotel also offers a large gym and a pool with a beautiful view, which were great additions to the stay.
However, I did encounter an issue after my stay that left me quite disappointed. I accidentally left a round hairbrush in my room, and I contacted the hotel several times about it. Unfortunately, each time I was told that it was not found. I understand that items can sometimes get misplaced, but I felt that my request was not thoroughly checked or properly followed up.
It was frustrating because I had the impression that no real effort was made to locate the item, or that it may have been lost during the cleaning process. I would have appreciated more care and clearer communication from the staff regarding this matter.
While my stay itself was enjoyable, this experience after checkout affected my overall impression. I hope the hotel can improve how they handle lost items and guest follow-ups in the future."
