"A beautiful hotel. Really friendly staff who went out of there way to please. We forgot a travel adapter and they found one for us to borrow and insisted on not going out to purchase one. They stored our bags for us whilst we went out for the day on check out day. Room was spacious and had double doors so kept it really quiet. Great bathroom facilities and comfy bed. (Could of just done with extra pillows but to be fair we didn't ask) Couldn't recommend enough"

"This hotel was on point, I loved the size of the room, the size of the bed, & the en suite was clean and everything was modern. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay here again.. I did feel there needs to be clearer instructions on how to turn up the heating and warm the room up..... Other than that it was well worth the money."

"Clean no frills Hotel in City Center. When we stayed it was very quiet and we had a good sleep. It is alright for a night or two but the rooms are quite small so would not recommend it for longer stays where you might need more space.  I would stay again though and recommend it ☺️."

"From the hotel it's only a small walk to the centre of Brussels, and explore the most famous sightseeing places. I had a great stay at Yadoya, the people working there were very friendly. The room was clean and had an airco, which was amazing in the hot summer days."

FFazian, MalaysiaI really feel good and love staying at Novotel Grand Place,Brussels. Belgium was the first stop on my trip this time. The warm welcome from the Novotel staff made me feel safe and happy. The room was clean and comfortable—though not very big for the four of us, it was still spacious and well-arranged, with the added bonus of a bathtub. Breakfast was great, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a ‘Halal Food’ section, which made it easier for us as Muslims to enjoy the meal. A recommended hotel—I would definitely stay here again in the future.

SselinyWe had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — just a short walk from Brussels-Central Station, which made it incredibly easy for us to reach the hotel upon arrival. It’s also the ideal base for day trips to cities like Bruges and Ghent since the trains depart directly from the same station. The hotel staff were genuinely friendly, warm, and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was extremely comfortable and well-equipped, with plenty of power outlets — a small but very important detail for travelers who spend most of the day exploring and need to charge phones, cameras, and powerbanks. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, there was plenty of space for our belongings, and the bathroom was excellent, with enough room for all our skincare and personal items. Housekeeping also did a great job keeping everything clean. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. At first, I thought it was a bit expensive, but everything was fresh, delicious, and there were so many options that it definitely felt worth the price. The hotel was so good that I genuinely didn’t want to leave Brussels — two days were not enough. I truly hope I can come back again one day.

Location very strategic, dekat city centre betul-betul. Cuma masa mula-mula sampai tu agak jauh sikit nak jalan kaki dari bahnhof ke hotel sebab waktu tu kami belum beli public transport ticket lagi. Tapi once dah ada ticket, tram & bus memang dekat dengan hotel and terus boleh go around the area, so memang senang nak go anywhere. Area around the hotel pun easy to find halal-friendly food, memang banyak actually, so jangan risau, just cari memang ada yang halal certified 👍 Room quite spacious, clean and comfortable for family stay. Service pun tip top, honestly nothing to complain. I asked for extra blanket pun mereka cepat hantar terus ke bilik hihi 🤍 Overall memang recommended kalau datang Brussels with family ✨

KKate ThomCheck-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait. The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay. When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not. If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in. Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10). The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English. The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe location is super convenient if you are traveling Brussels and other parts of Belgium (like the Ghent and Brugges) as it is a close walking distance to grand place and right opposite central station! The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the rooms are a little old and there are wear and tears in places (for example, the closet doors creek and dont close properly). Might be a little old in comparison to other Hilton hotels, but overall a really good option for Brussels considering the price and convenience! Oh, you also have to register to become a member of Hilton to access the free WiFi, which is a bit of a shame - wish it was complimentary!

PPengguna TetamuStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

PPengguna TetamuApart is een goed woord voor dit hotel, het idee is leuk maar de executie wat minder. Keuken is eigenlijk alleen geschikt voor een eitje dus verwacht niet te besparen op het eten, er zijn drie pannen waarvan er 2 te groot waren voor op het kookplaatje en er zijn 2 veel te grote deksels voor de pannen. De ventilatie zat echt vol met een plakkaat aan stof, en de airco werkte maar half en gaf merendeel van de tijd een error melding, niet heel fijn met 35 graden. Er is ook een waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat inbegrepen, maar geen thee of koffie, dit moet je beneden voor €3 kopen. De buitenplek zijn 3 tafeltjes met een paar stoelen maar eigenlijk zit je je half op de stoep, dus verwacht hier ook niet teveel van. Medewerkers waren aardig en spraken engels dus dat was fijn. Het lijkt een hotel meer geschikt voor business men, die bij het Europese centrum moeten zijn. Als met al vind ik het duur voor hoeveel je nog zelf moet doen bij vertrek, zelf het afval wegbrengen en alles afwassen (waar absoluut geen middelen voor worden meegegeven, we hadden niet eens een theedoek) geeft het geen hotel achtige ervaring. Ik laat het zelf nooit vies achter maar dat dit verwacht wordt voor €130 per nacht vind ik eigenlijk absurd. PPengguna TetamuHappy with the location, accessibility, and courteous front desk staff, however, the nearby area is not too great. But if you are travelling via Eurostar to Brussels then location is perfect. I am not too happy with the cleanliness of the room as there was dust on the floor, carpet is not clean either, and a one of the linen is soiled. Washroom was clean and spacious.

PPengguna TetamuReasonable hotel to stay in. The room is small just nice to fit 2 single beds. There's a writing table and chair for writing and working. The room looks quite old with old carpet and furniture but still functional. The bed is is small but comfortable. The toilet is small with basic soap and shampoo provided. The hotel is very near to the tourist attractions like the peeing boy statute, chocolate shops and souvenir shops all along the street. Lot's of food places and snacks like crepe and churros. Halal food is also easily available.

MMeena BThe hotel location is quite good as it was just a few minutes to the bus/train station. The breakfast is very basic, though. No amenities such as kettle, cups or phone to call the reception.in the room. The check-in time was long, as there was only 1 person present and the queue was quite long.
