"The room was very clean, with a Japanese-style interior. It wasn't very spacious, but it was cozy. The breakfast included hot food, the croissants were fresh, and the coffee machine was also very good. It would be nice to have more fruit options."

"This time, I got a room on the fourth floor, which was more standard (last time, the top-floor 'Dachzimmer' was smaller). The bathroom renovation was also good. The breakfast was quite rich, with self-service freshly squeezed juice, a good variety of cheeses and meats, and excellent baked goods. The hotel is about 150 meters from the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around."

"Hotel is very conveniently right located by the Brussels Central Station, and the Grand Place and other surrounding sights are all at walkable distance. Staff were courteous and helpful at the check-in, and process was very smooth. Hotel room is somewhat dated, but comes with lots of wardrobe and storage space! Despite given a 1st floor room it was overall quite nice and quiet. The bar at the rooftop was nice as well. The downside is the bathroom, the door cannot be closed properly and needs to be fixed, the toilet seemed to have a slight leakage and the railing of the bathtub was loose which made it dangerous for my elderly mother to use. These general upkeep issues should not be expected for a four-star hotel honestly…"

"The hotel is about 5 mins away to Eurostar station. The front desk colleagues are very nice as they change my room knowing that the toilet fan didn't work."

"The hotel is clean and tidy, with an excellent location just 200 meters from the Manneken Pis and near the Grand Place in Brussels. As with other European hotels, toiletries and slippers are not provided. The soundproofing in the room isn't great, and the flushing sound at night was a bit loud. Aside from that, everything else was very satisfactory."

"The room is a bit small but it is clean. Again Moxy style means minimalistic, just shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided and nothing else. There is self service coffee machine and tea bags on ground floor which you can use before 10am. The hotel doesn’t accept cash for the deposit and city tax. I was worried about not getting my deposit back on my credit card after I checked out ( some people have this problem with other hotels) But it turned out to be over worrying, they only hold the credit amount when u check in, and in the end they just charged the city tax, the credit amount for the deposit was released. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is easy to access, I would recommend taking bus number 71(direction to Delta) outside central station (if you come from central station) and get off at stop Saint Boniface, the hotel is just 10 steps from the bus stop. Lots of food stores, various kinds of shops, supermarket, laundry shops along the main road/ around that neighbourhood. All the major tourist attractions around Grand Place can by reached within 15-20mins by walk."

"Staying at this hotel was truly a pleasant experience because of its location! It's close to the North Station, and the room was clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, so I slept soundly. The view from the window was lovely; I woke up to sunshine and birdsong in the morning. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!"

"We arrived at the hotel quite late at night, so we had to ring the doorbell at the entrance. A friendly staff member promptly came to assist us and helped us with the check-in process. Once we got to the room, we were pleasantly surprised — the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was equally large. The hot water was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the room — we had a clear view of Brussels Central Station, which was especially charming at night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The room, the facilities, and the service all exceeded our expectations."
