"The facilities of this hotel are fantastic and the location is good for the market and water park. However, the service was really disappointing. Upon arrival, we were told we were upgraded from a studio to a one bed which sounded great. However, the only difference between the rooms was an additional privacy screen which was stiff and difficult to move as well as being covered in smears and dirty. When we booked the hotel we were excited about the amenities including the free fitness classes. The QR code to book this took me to a link to pay for them so I messaged reception on the WhatsApp which they had informed could be used for “any questions”. The reception couldn’t help and didn’t give any advice other than go to the gym - we were on our way out and the class was at 9am the next day so we ran up there. There were no staff in the gym and the restaurant staff also couldnt advise as to where the staff were. We then walked down to reception for advice again - they told us go to the gym, we said we had done this and they then said wait until the class and just show up as they didn’t know the process to book. As a hotel that advertised the fascilities and gym classes it’s quite shocking that the reception wouldn’t be able to advise on the booking system - it genuinely felt like they didn’t want to help. Given the class was at 9am I didn’t want to just turn up in case there wasn’t space. After 10 mins back and forth they conceded and radio up to the gym and ask a staff member to be there. We then go up there again and the gym staff member ALSO didn’t know the proper booking process. Eventually they took our email addresses to add us to the list. This took an unnecessarily long time with a lot of run around and staff that really didn’t want to help us/know the internal processes - these are things I would expect any hotel staff to know as a minimum. We were originally looking at coming back to stay for a month or so in their apartments as the price is great however, the poor service and lack of knowledge of processes has meant that this hotel has lost a potential repeat customer."

"The hotel is really nice with an amazingly clean pool. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s about 10-15 mins by taxi to the beaches (Kata and Nai Harn)."

Breakfast, while enjoyable, could be improved in terms of quality. That said, dining with a beautiful sea view more than made up for it—the setting alone made every morning feel relaxing and refreshing. Overall, Beyond Kata offers a wonderful balance of comfort, location, and thoughtful experiences. It’s a great choice for anyone looking to unwind by the beach while enjoying warm hospitality and unforgettable views."

"Sejujurnya, saya masih ingat ekspresi jengkel di kaunter hadapan. Sarapan hotel sangat tidak sedap. Setiap hari saya hanya makan sebiji pisang, sebiji telur, segelas susu, dan beberapa potong tembikai. Saya cadangkan bagi yang membawa anak-anak kecil, belilah roti atau apa-apa makanan tambahan. Malam pertama saya menginap di tepi jalan, bising sampai tak dapat tidur semalaman. Terpaksa memberanikan diri untuk minta tukar bilik, dan ekspresi jengkel pekerja itu masih saya ingat sampai sekarang. Kononnya ada tempat simpan bagasi, tapi tiada siapa yang jaga, mereka cuma letakkannya di tengah-tengah jalan. Jangan sekali-kali simpan barang berharga di sana. Kelebihannya, pantai hanya 5 minit berjalan kaki, dan ada taman tema air sendiri yang disukai kanak-kanak. Oh ya: Jangan sekali-kali tukar wang di lorong seberang jalan!!!"

Tiada perkhidmatan bantuan daripada kakitangan hotel yang akan membantu.***************. ** Saya bangun untuk berhenti mengganggu rakan sebilik saya selama beberapa jam terpaksa bangun dan mendengar bunyi yang kuat sehingga orang gila itu berhenti mengetuk biliknya kerana dia mungkin tidak dapat masuk ke bilik pada pukul 3-5 pagi lebih kurang Tidur sangat putus asa."

"Kali ini saya menginap di bilik berbulan madu dengan pemandangan laut yang sangat bagus dan biliknya besar. Ia hanya jauh sedikit dari bandar, dan hotel ini menyediakan pengangkutan percuma ke dan dari Pantai Patong. Lebih baik menikmati kehidupan yang tenang di sini. Restoran, bar dan kolam renang hebat. Meja penyambut tetamu dan semua pelayan ramah dan profesional. Saya pasti akan menginap di hotel ini lagi jika saya mempunyai peluang. Saya secara peribadi sangat mengesyorkannya. Makanan dan minuman semuanya sangat berpatutan dan kos efektif Saya tidak akan mengatakan bahawa ia lebih mahal daripada yang lain hanya kerana ia adalah sebuah hotel. Terdapat begitu banyak jenis sarapan yang anda tidak boleh menghabiskannya selama beberapa hari. ps. Ia juga sesuai untuk melamar XD"

The room is spacious, divided into sections, and fully equipped with amenities. I like the view looking out from the balcony, seeing the panoramic sea, it's very beautiful. The This place is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and escaping the hustle and bustle. Recharge and recharge your batteries for yourself and your family. "The hotel is advertised as having a gourmet restaurant, but in my opinion the food did not quite meet gourmet standards. That said, we booked a sea-facing unit and the view was absolutely magnificent — very peaceful and calming. Kamala Beach in general is a quieter area, which we really appreciated. There is a shuttle service provided, but the timing is quite limited. Given the price guests pay for this hotel, it would be better to have more frequent shuttle services instead of fixed timings. That said, it only takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the main street where there are many shops and restaurants, so it is still manageable. One issue we faced was that there was no clear sign or button in the room to indicate housekeeping service, and as a result, we ended up not having housekeeping during our stay. The phone line in the room also needs attention, as there was noticeable disturbance noise when calling reception. Overall, it is a nice place to stay with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere, but there are some service and maintenance areas that management could improve further."
