I stayed at this hotel due to an unplanned layover of one day. It’s a modern hotel with a great hospitality. The staff were very helpful and service minded. They were very helpful and professional. As a Titanium member I got upgraded and access to the executive lounge. I would definitely stay here again. Only one remark, I asked the concierge to order a taxi back to the airport. This taxi overcharged the price with more than 100% - compared to what I paid from the airport to the hotel. If I order a taxi through the hotel, I would advise to make sure that the taxi is not overcharging.

We had an unexpected stay in Istanbul when we missed a connecting flight. Turkish Air puts up many of its transiting passengers at this hotel. It seemed new and modern, with a comfy beds and clean bathroom. The rooftop pool was open to use, and gave amazing views over the city, but was very windy. We had buffet breakfast (8 kinds of olives, as well as breads, cheeses and cold meats, hot dishes and fruit) and a cooked lunch provided by the airline. We ventured out into the nearby square for coffee and to people watch before being shuttled back to the airport - about an hour’s drive. The only negative: single glazed windows meant an early morning wake up by the call to prayer from the nearby mosque. Not a bad place to be stranded.

The location was not good, very noisy all the time. Inside the hotel was dark excluding lobby, lift didn’t work well and was very slow. Room was very old, didn’t have toothpaste and toothbrush and there is no lotion but people were very nice and friendly and polite

The hotel was clean. It's what you expect from Ibis international brand. The rooms were clean, breakfast buffet was superb with many options of both hot and cold items. The lobby, restaurant, and lounge was all nicely renovated and modern. It's close walking distance to several malls and restaurants. We chose this hotel because it was in a busy area but close to the international school where our children had a basketball tournament. Dinner options were great at the nearby Marmara Park Mall. My biggest complaint was the check-in process. I checked in with my 13-year old daughter. Upon check-in, they asked for passport or local identity card. I had mine in my wallet, but i forgot my daughter's. Usually, in hotels in Turkey, if you forget to bring it, they ask you to show a copy. I showed them on my phone a copy of her id. But it took so long for the check-in person to make phone calls and verify if this was okay. First of all, nowhere in any of the confirmation emails did it say we needed to bring this, especially for a minor. And it took way too long for us to get our room key and check-in. I don't know what they would have done? Were they gonna ask my 13-year-old daughter to sleep outside, or in the lobby? Even if I didn't have a copy, they should have gone above and beyond in customer service to allow her to stay. I personally know that they just need her identity details to report every night to the authorities who is staying in their hotel. They can easily try to work with me and make us feel comfortable. My other complaint was the speed of the wifi in my room. Several times, there was no connection, or I got kicked off, and had to login again. Don't expect great streaming on your devices in this hotel.

I've stayed at several different hotels and this was my favourite. It's really close to the shopping mall and public transportation. The room is very comfortable. The service is excellent. I really enjoyed the Coffee Bar and complimentary snacks. The Staff were really friendly. You can't beat the price.

Best hotel in Istanbul, without doubt!! This is the second time, we came to My Dream Istanbul Hotel. We love the hotel! Staff is very kind and helpfull. They really welcomed us and made our stay wonderful, despite the fact our first day was a worst experience at another hotel. The first hoel was really bad and when I contacted My Dream Hotel they booked us a wonderful room. Our stay was perfect. The room was very very clean. I love the bathroom. Breakfast is FANTASTIC, the woman is very friendly. The staff in the lobby is very friendly and always greets us and they even stand to welcome us everytime we come back to the hotel. Location is perfect! Very central. Tram is a 1 minute walk. The street is busy and gives you the real feeling of staying in Istanbul. I really love everything about the hotel😍😍! Thank you very much and maybe we see you next year again!

The surrounding area is a food lover’s paradise, with an array of great restaurants offering local and international cuisine. Plus, the easy access to the tram makes exploring the city a breeze. The hotel itself is a gem. My room was not only beautifully appointed but also boasted a stunning sea view that added a special touch to our family stay. Their constant smiles and readiness to assist at any hour truly made me feel valued and taken care of. From getting a bottle of water in the middle of the night to personal touches like waiters remembering my omelette preferences after just one day - every detail was noticed and appreciated. I must give special mentions to Ercan at the restaurant and Ilknur at the front desk. Their outstanding service and personal attention significantly enhanced my stay. Their professionalism and kindness reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Coming from someone who travels significantly and has stayed in several fantastic properties across the world, I can confidently say that Mula is right up at the top, and a rarity among hotels. AAries TravellerWe stay in Crowne for 2 night. We arrived a little bit early and the lady let us checked in slightly early and they even upgraded our room ( we are very lucky). They have lots of option for breakfast. The tram station is 5 minutes walk. You can get around the city with tram. We will come back to Crowne after our Konya and Cappadocia trip. It's definitely worth it to stay in this hotel.

Happened with me personally I had no option but to pay extra 200 € at the reception. And I witnessed another family had the same issue. As the receptionist neither allowed their child ( which was already booked for) neither cancelled there booing, the receptionist argued that it’s not there problem but it’s the website issue.I do not recommend this hotel, as you can’t trust them while there are much more options around

PPengguna TetamuI travel a lot and recently spent a fortune on another bigger trip plus I am planning something for Christmas so I didn't want to overspend on a hotel for this trip. I would rather spend the extra money on going out which I did! This hotel was dirt cheap. Location wise you are in Nişantaşı (an upmarket and non-tourist neighbourhood). Think Notting Hill or Chelsea in London. Great bars, chic restaurants and high end shopping. You are still very close to the tourist attractions and a twenty minute walk to Taksim Square. The hotel is not signposted. Very small. Looks like an apartment block of flats. Rooms are small but clean and cosy. Wifi is fast. Hot water, nice shower. Fridge, tea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast was included but I did not bother (looked basic anyway). I prefer to try different places. Location wise it is a five minute walk to the metro (take the correct exit that leads to the Ramada Plaza By Wyndham) and less than ten minutes if that to the bars, restaurants and shopping. Very safe area. The metro is Osmanbey and exit Pangaltı. This is not a luxury hotel at all. It is clean and comfortable. I was out all day. It was perfect to sleep, shower and then get up and go out again the next day. If you plan to be in the hotel more and want luxury then don't stay here. For me it was about location and cleanliness. Istanbul is a great city and trust me, you will be out exploring or enjoying the nightlife! Owners appear unfriendly as some reviews suggest but honestly, they are not. Just their nature. I would recommend this hotel if your looking for something cheap and cheerful. Use the money you have saved to enjoy some good food and treats like I am! Would I stay here again? Probably not but there is nothing wrong with it.
