Very nice hotel. Everything was absolutely fine. We asked for the late check out and our request was accepted with a lovely smile.All the staff were great and eager to help. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Istanbul.

My friend and I were in Istanbul for a few days and we decided to stay at the Byotell. We both had wonderful stay and were pretty impressed with not only the hotel, but the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The room was clean, modern and well maintained, and, the beds were very comfortable. I really don't understand what the negative reviews are about! Granted it's not 5* establishment (5* as you know it), but for £35 a night (£42 with breakfast), what do people really expect? If pure luxury is what one is seeking, then other hotels priced in the hundreds should be considered to avoid disappointment. The price of our stay included full use of the spa (gym, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, large swimming pool etc); breakfast; toiletries in our room; complimentary bottle of water and free WiFi. (The pool wasn't cold at all, as someone suggested in an earlier review). With regards to breakfast, there was such a huge variety available (over 12 different breads and pastries, a range of hot and cold food, plus endless amounts of fruit). All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Отель находится совсем недалеко от аэропорта, а также от принцевых островов (адалар видно буквально их окон номера). Отель находится далеко от центра Стамбула, но для нас это было отдельным плюсом. По приезде нам повысили уровень номера, что было, несомненно, приятно. Номер чистый, с огромной кроватью и ванной комнатой. Все принадлежности есть, даже, банально, ватные палочки в коробочке. Помимо всего, на нижних этажах есть открытый бассейн, а также спа зона с сауной, хамамом, джакузи и т.д. Везде дают полотенца, воду и тапочки, но (!) необходимо иметь с собой шапочки либо из можно купить на стойке администратора. Персонал приветливый, готов помочь абсолютно с любой трудностью (у нас в номере был один халат и буквально через 10 минут нам принесли дополнительный). Отдельно хочу отметить завтрак: обилие буквально всего, что только можно представить на шведском столе. Начиная с горячего и сырной тарелки заканчивая различными фруктами. Несомненно вернёмся сюда ещё раз! Очень рекомендую!

Great reception staff! We were welcomed with freshly made juice and brought little treats throughout our stay. Any time we asked for assistance or more water there was no issues. Great location near major walking street. Twelve minute walk to Galata Tower. The facilities were wonderful. Delightful breakfast with a variety of salads, meats, cheeses, and local dishes. We would definitely come back to stay in the future!
