Hotel berhampiran Tuzla Real Estate 2, Istanbul

Merhaba, şu an 540 nolu odada konaklamaktayız. Bir kaç saat önce kapı çaldı bizim bir talebimiz olmadığı için kimseyi de beklemiyorduk haliyle. O an hiç uygun değildim banyodan yeni çıkıyordum. Erkek arkadaşım da odadan kapıya doğru yönelince beklemeden paldır küldür kendileri kapıyı açıp içeri daldılar. Ben zor toparlandım. Minibar kontrolü diyerek bu şekilde girmeye çalıştıklarında erkek arkadaşım engel oldu ama çok da gerildi haliyle. Bu nasıl bir terbiyesizlik ve özel hayata saygısızlıktır. Her otelde bu tarz kontroller misafir konaklamadan önce yapılır. Bu otelde sık konaklıyor ve seviyorduk. Bize çok kötü bir deneyim yaşattılar tüm keyfimiz kaçtı haliyle. Resepsiyona haber verdim ama hiçbir telafide bulunmadılar. Duyarsız kaldılar.

I ended up in this hotel because I missed my connecting flight because of Pegasus airline. The non-smoking room was good. Look-wise the room was beautiful. The view from my room was good as well. Negative things I’ve noticed was that the bathroom door knob did not lock which was a bit weird. The mattress in the bed also moved a lot sideways so I had to wake up in the night and readjust it couple times. Things I appreciated is that the room had a kettle and variety of tea and coffee packets. The bathroom had plenty of towels and the soap & shampoo smelled excellent and it felt good on my skin. Unfortunately my bathroom didn’t have a toothbrush & toothpaste which I thought was common in hotels. I had to come to the hall and ask them and they asked me to sit down and wait for someone to bring it to me. Kinda weird that you don’t have toothbrush and toothpaste in the hall but you have necessities like deodorant. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Variety of foods and they were warm as well. The dessert section was a bit questionable because the pancake and waffles were rock solid. They had orange & apple juice and tea & coffee. Also water that tasted like fruits. The lunch was also good. The starter was some sort of vegetable soup with bread. The soup was great I wish the bread was a bit softer. The main course was good as well. Rice, potatoe wedges and some sort of meat. I couldn’t really tell what meat it was but it was really good. OH MY GOD the dessert was Turkish baklava and it left me speechless. I haven’t eaten baklava before but it was so good I couldnt even explain the taste. Overall I enjoyed the hotel and I would come back :)

Da es sich um ein Hotel handelt, können Sie im Spa ein Yuebilic-, Ganud-Bad oder eine Sauna nehmen. Das Personal des Hotels ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch Sauberkeit und Essen sind gut. The staff here was absolutely AMAZING. From the time I got there til checkout they always had my best interest in mind. Regardless of the language barrier they went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. Special thanks to Gizem who took care of me every night for dinner and her manager musa. They made me feel at home. Look forward to coming back with my wife.

A very convenient hotel if you need to stay overnight between flights. The airport is within walking distance, literally 3 minutes walk. The rooms are not the first freshness, but everything is very clean!

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose the Holiday Inn for its location.my late check-in and 3N- stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

One of the best hotel I have stay in my life the location is very nice. Staff are very friendly very helpful. Food is very amazing and the location is so beautiful People are kind, service within 10 seconds, from arrival to leaving and in between; clean spacious rooms, excellent shower-pressure, wardrobe & otherfacilities. Bar&restaurant are perfect, try the gin-tonic! Nice waiters and waitresses being interested in comforting you and to have some fun & good atmosphere. Nice big light lobby and excellent situated along the coast and near to the airport. Best breakfast ever! Really! And if you want to go for shopping or lingering along, there is plenty opportunities in the neighborhood.

Comfortable place to stay for those who need quick access to Sabiha Gökçen airport which is a 5 minute drive away. Rooms are well kept & comfortable. Staff is friendly & accommodating. Couple of hundred meters away from some excellent food courts & a couple of small malls. Great choice for those in for a very long haul between flights or a short business trip to Istanbul. The Starbucks on their premises is a definite plus too.

We chose this hotel because of the good reviews and ratings and glad we did . We needed to be near the airport and wanted somewhere with good facilities. We wanted to relax but also have a really good gym and pool . The gym here is first class , very modern with all the latest equipment, the pool large , and a beautiful sitting ,relaxing environment around it . We both really had good workouts here that set us up for the day . It was my husband’s birthday when we stayed here and the hotel provided a lovely cake and fruit , thank u . Our room was very comfortable with a nice balcony to sit out on , immaculately clean and very quiet . My husband really enjoyed the breakfast there said there was a really good choice . I corresponded with Gulbahar a lot before we stayed at the hotel , she was always very quick to get back to me and ultra friendly and efficient . Getting into Istanbul is quite easy from this hotel , it’s just literally a straight motorway that doesn’t get congested , we did it quite a few times and it was nice to get back to the hotel out of Istanbul and relax . It’s in a nice area lots of restaurants and shops near . I’d really recommend this hotel especially if your flights arriving in Istanbul late or you just want a nice hotel to stay . We requested a late check out as we didn’t really want to leave and just enjoyed using the gym, pool area so much . Also there is a wonderful Swiss chocolate cafe on the ground floor there chocolates are all homemade and delicious thank you Valide for making sure we tried them . This is a kind hotel , very generous and giving and the manager should be proud of the great job he’s doing and his staff, we will return.

I liked the hotel, the staff (Tatyana, Mohamed,Mostafa). The room was dusty with some moulds in the shower. The breakfast is good but not a 5 stars quality. No varieties. Other than that, everything was perfect; the location, the view from my room, the staff and the liby area.
