Hotel di Karangbesuki

I was staying there with my family. Totally got Balinese vibes with a good ambience. Room is just common as usual but the outdoor area is great. Maybe you need to improve your hospitality of staffs. Sorry, as I am a hotelier too, I would say the hospitality should be increased more. I was about to re-schedule my stay but I canceled because it was not FOC. But then when I checked-in the staff was asking me for the charge of re-schedule (in fact I didn't re-schedule). I mean how could you missed it? I also was asking for the hairdryer to be sent to my room but the staff didn't give it directly until I need to call back and remind and no sorry at all on the phone. Oh I can't remember the name but there was a guy that assist me to the room and when I met him in the next day he still remembered me and greeting me in polite way. I didn't get his name but he has clear skin and thin body. Say my thank to him. But overall it was great to have you (Ubud Cottage Malang) for my holiday. Seriously, didn't mean to say anything bad. It was just suggestion to improve. Thanks

Awal Check in dapet kamar di lantai 2 dengan View Tembok, akhirnya komplain dan minta ganti dengan city view itupun smoking room dan harus nunggu sejam. Untuk ukuran hotel 🌟 4 kurang worth it untuk masalah makanan dan kolam. Namun untuk kamar dan fasilitas serta pelayanan semua ok, kecuali satpam yang didepan parkiran sangat tidak friendly kepada pengguna sepeda motor. Masa iya kita di cuekin, giliran yg bermobil di sapa dan dibantuin wkwkwkwk Oiya minusnya lagi: Air mineral tidak disediakan Refill secara free TV tidak HD (burik) AC kurang dingin Kloset ada noda kuning / berkerak

Ruangnya luas banget... Next trip pasti kesini lagi. Dan yg penting bersih, dipertahankan ya. Recommended !!

Hotel ini terletak di kawasan betul-betul di belakang Transmart, lokasinya tidak kelihatan sehingga agak mengelirukan pengunjung dari luar bandar. Perkhidmatan hotel yang disediakan sangat baik dan profesional, serta mempunyai kemudahan yang sangat lengkap. Kawasan kolam renang perlu dibersihkan dengan lebih teliti kerana lebih banyak digunakan untuk aktiviti luar pengunjung terutama dalam keadaan pandemik sekarang. Sarapan percuma dan percuma yang disediakan agak sedap dan pelbagai.

The hotel is centrally located. Malang is not big and not huge traffice. Front desk or receptionist are super friendly and helpful. I booked the room with breakfast provided. As I joined the Mt Bromor sunrise tour and would not be back to hotel until next day noon, receptionist advised and offered me that the hotel can packed my breakfast before I leave for the tour at midnite! That was pleasantly unexpected. Room is exceptionally big.

Location is near centre of city. Room is clean and quite spacious, and modified smart tv (android) Twin room? Yes. It's damn worthy for 160k budget You got welcome drink (tea & coffee) and plain breads all day.

dont have hairdryer in every room, must be borrowed to but still they even can’t bring it, i asked three times, in the night when i arrived, early morning, and till i about to check out at 9 am. they dont have a good system to accomodate this problem, iron and hair dryer maybe no need to stand by in every room. but please you need to have a way to make your guest at least could borrow it when they really need it. please your rate is relatively higher than average hotel in the same class. please make it professional

This hotel has the worst service I've ever experienced. And the front desk, FENI. and the manager ANIE are the worst people I've ever encountered in hospitality industry.(photos attached). My experience was, I came with two other people. Booked and paid two rooms for 3 days 2 nights. Check in process, the front desk lady isn't even warm at all. Very rude. And she asked for deposit. And I said I got no cash so I will just go in the room first, and waiting for my other friend to arrived from the airport to just pay the deposit later upon their arrival. She rudely said NO. I asked nicely but she again said NO. She said I just need to wait, or use my credit card. And because her attitude was already HORRIBLE, I then refused to go along with her request. She then added ”You're from the big city, impossible you have no money”. Unbelievable. Long story short, I asked for the manager and surprisingly, the manager is no help either. She even more rude. Once she said ”you got no cash? People from big city must have credit card right?” Yet I still asked for help and understanding to pay in a couple hours. She said ok, (rudely) asked for ID card of three of us until we pay the deposit. Then I agreed. But because I left my wallet at home, I gave her my passport. And she touched the passport and said rudely ”I don't want this, I want ID card!”. I don't understand how she doesn't consider passport is a legitimate government ID. Then we decided to better leave and book another hotel instead staying at this already HORRIBLE hospitality. They also doesn't want to give us refund. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. DONT STAY

Hotel budget sesuai dengan harganya, hanya tdk ada fasilitas apapun kecuali wifi saja, sekitar hotel banyak makanan, terutama pagi utk sarapan banyak ragamnya di pasar oro oro dowo
