Bis auf die Sauberkeit vom Teppich, Bodenfliessen im Bad und die Luftqualität war ich sehr zufriefen. Ich könnte wegen der Luftqualität (zu trocken) nicht gut schlafen. Frühstückbuffet war perfekt (sehr viel Auswahl). Der Service war hervorragend und der Preisleistungsverhältnis bestens. Ich würde das Hotel empfehlen

Wo soll ich anfangen? Personal 5/5 Meine Freundin und ich haben es tatsächlich geschafft zwei Jahre später mein Geburtstagsgeschenk einzulösen. Ein Gutschein von voucher wonderland hier im Hotel Concorde. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Check-In war reibungslos und super professionell. Aufgrund der aktuellen Lage scheint leider nicht sehr viel los gewesen zu sein. Hier ist der Kunde König und es gibt keinen Raum für schlechte Laune Zimmer 5/5 Unser Zimmer ist kompakt und auf das Wesentliche konzentriert. Es stehen jede Menge Goodies bereit, die allesamt genutzt werden können und der Komfort ist einfach spitze. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen in diesem Top Bett! Alles ist sehr sauber und genau wie wir uns es vorstellen. Frühstück 5/5 Es ist selten, dass man in den Speisesaal läuft und keine Seele zu sehen ist. Wir hatten das Frühstück für uns allein und konnten das Ambiente in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir wurden herzlichen warm begrüßt und serviert und die nette Dame hat in jeder Sekunde mit vollem Herzblut ihre Freude ausgestrahlt. Das Frühstücksangebot war reich und qualitativ hochwertig. Wir werden dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen und für immer in Erinnerung behalten. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall und wir hoffen auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.

Das Hotel wurde mir empfohlen, da ich geschäftlich 4 Tage in Bad Soden unterwegs war. Das Personal was sehr zuvorkommend, die Zimmer absolut sauber und machten den Eindruck, wie frisch renoviert. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer mit einem kleinen aber praktischen Bad, das Bett war sehr bequem. Sehr ansprechend, dass vieles nach der Renovierung bewahrt wurde, wie die schöne Fassade und das Treppenhaus. Obwohl das Hotel in der Ortsmitte liegt, war mein Zimmer ruhig. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Quellpark, Kurpark, Hundertwasserhaus usw. sind fussläufig erreichbar. Einziger Punktabzug für das Frühstück. Da haben mir die Bioprodukte völlig gefehlt und die Obstauswahl hat sich auf Äpfel und Mandarinen beschränkt. Säfte waren nicht zu 100% aus Frucht und im Tetrapack. Ich kann das Hotel wirklich empfehlen. Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, sehr sauber, nettes Personal, Tiefgarage (mit Aufpreis), zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig.

Wer dieses Hotel mit 4* klassifiziert hat, hat wahrscheinlich nicht richtig hingesehen. Das Hotel ist alt und abgewohnt. Die Sauberkeit ist ebenfalls ungenügend, siehe Fotos. Hier zu übernachten ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Kissen und Decken auf den Betten sind von schlechter Qualität und verursachen ein unangenehmes Kunststoffgefühl. Wir waren froh, dass wir nur einmal übernachten mussten.

We arrived Friday, June 19th, and the friendly receptionist explained the rules regarding COVID -19. Guests must wear masks when they are in common areas, not eating or drinking. Signs on the floor and in the elevators remind everyone. We were given ”watches” which allowed us to be cashless. We booked a deluxe room with half board. It was small, but very clean. The duvets and robes could use an upgrade. We brought pillows, because we like more than a regular pillow and a ”throw” pillow. The mattress on the bed was excellent. I had my own robe and slippers, but my husband used a hotel robe. It had holes in the sleeves. The staff in the restaurant and bar wore masks. We ate one dinner in the restaurant and one in the bar. The food in the bar was better. Breakfast is served by the wait staff instead of buffet style. It was good. We had direct access to the Therme, though not every attraction was open. At this writing, there are no massages or steam room treatments, and the restaurant was closed. The gym and sauna are open. The waterslide was fun. I have been to Thermes I thought were nicer, but I still enjoyed myself. Just wish some of the pools had been warmer. The Therme doesn't appear to offer a nude pool area, although I'm sure the saunas are textile free. My favorite time was in the Panorama Bar, which offers views of the surrounding area. Although the music was not what I would ordinarily choose, we had fun. The booths are perfect for social distancing. I'd stay again.
