"Perkhidmatan tidak baik. Kedengaran bunyi yang sangat kuat di tengah malam dari rakan sekelas yang mabuk mengetuk bilik dengan sangat kuat. Tiada perkhidmatan bantuan daripada kakitangan hotel yang akan membantu.***************. ** Saya bangun untuk berhenti mengganggu rakan sebilik saya selama beberapa jam terpaksa bangun dan mendengar bunyi yang kuat sehingga orang gila itu berhenti mengetuk biliknya kerana dia mungkin tidak dapat masuk ke bilik pada pukul 3-5 pagi lebih kurang Tidur sangat putus asa."

"The facilities of this hotel are fantastic and the location is good for the market and water park. However, the service was really disappointing. Upon arrival, we were told we were upgraded from a studio to a one bed which sounded great. However, the only difference between the rooms was an additional privacy screen which was stiff and difficult to move as well as being covered in smears and dirty. When we booked the hotel we were excited about the amenities including the free fitness classes. The QR code to book this took me to a link to pay for them so I messaged reception on the WhatsApp which they had informed could be used for “any questions”. The reception couldn’t help and didn’t give any advice other than go to the gym - we were on our way out and the class was at 9am the next day so we ran up there. There were no staff in the gym and the restaurant staff also couldnt advise as to where the staff were. We then walked down to reception for advice again - they told us go to the gym, we said we had done this and they then said wait until the class and just show up as they didn’t know the process to book. As a hotel that advertised the fascilities and gym classes it’s quite shocking that the reception wouldn’t be able to advise on the booking system - it genuinely felt like they didn’t want to help. Given the class was at 9am I didn’t want to just turn up in case there wasn’t space. After 10 mins back and forth they conceded and radio up to the gym and ask a staff member to be there. We then go up there again and the gym staff member ALSO didn’t know the proper booking process. Eventually they took our email addresses to add us to the list. This took an unnecessarily long time with a lot of run around and staff that really didn’t want to help us/know the internal processes - these are things I would expect any hotel staff to know as a minimum. We were originally looking at coming back to stay for a month or so in their apartments as the price is great however, the poor service and lack of knowledge of processes has meant that this hotel has lost a potential repeat customer."

"Kali ini saya menginap di bilik berbulan madu dengan pemandangan laut yang sangat bagus dan biliknya besar. Ia hanya jauh sedikit dari bandar, dan hotel ini menyediakan pengangkutan percuma ke dan dari Pantai Patong. Lebih baik menikmati kehidupan yang tenang di sini. Restoran, bar dan kolam renang hebat. Meja penyambut tetamu dan semua pelayan ramah dan profesional. Saya pasti akan menginap di hotel ini lagi jika saya mempunyai peluang. Saya secara peribadi sangat mengesyorkannya. Makanan dan minuman semuanya sangat berpatutan dan kos efektif Saya tidak akan mengatakan bahawa ia lebih mahal daripada yang lain hanya kerana ia adalah sebuah hotel. Terdapat begitu banyak jenis sarapan yang anda tidak boleh menghabiskannya selama beberapa hari. ps. Ia juga sesuai untuk melamar XD"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Baan old town. The hotel is lovely and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The location was great for us, a less than 10 minute walk in either direction to roads of shops and around 15 mins to the old town. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Phuket"

"Saya tinggal selama dua malam kerana anak perempuan saya berkeras, tetapi saya tidak fikir ia adalah idea yang baik untuk seseorang yang berumur 40-an. . . Tuala mandi dan tuala kolam disediakan, tetapi tiada tuala muka. Ini kali pertama saya ke hotel yang tidak mempunyai tuala muka, jadi saya terkejut. Saya juga menaiki sampan lutsinar di dalam kolam, tetapi kolam itu sangat sempit sehingga ia banyak menghentam dinding. . . Sarapan terapung nampaknya memerlukan tempahan, jadi anda tidak akan dapat memakannya pada hari anda mahu memakannya. Saya menempah bilik deluxe twin, dan ia adalah bilik deluxe. Anak perempuan saya berkata mereka tidak akan tinggal di sana lagi. "The hotel is advertised as having a gourmet restaurant, but in my opinion the food did not quite meet gourmet standards. That said, we booked a sea-facing unit and the view was absolutely magnificent — very peaceful and calming. Kamala Beach in general is a quieter area, which we really appreciated. There is a shuttle service provided, but the timing is quite limited. Given the price guests pay for this hotel, it would be better to have more frequent shuttle services instead of fixed timings. That said, it only takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the main street where there are many shops and restaurants, so it is still manageable. One issue we faced was that there was no clear sign or button in the room to indicate housekeeping service, and as a result, we ended up not having housekeeping during our stay. The phone line in the room also needs attention, as there was noticeable disturbance noise when calling reception. Overall, it is a nice place to stay with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere, but there are some service and maintenance areas that management could improve further."

"I had a wonderful stay at Paradox Resort. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was calm and enjoyable. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend Paradox Resort to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again."

"The staff members were quick to attend to the Aircon problem , they even offered me a different room. The only thing I would suggest is that they have breakfast as early as 6am for early travelers. Breakfast only starts at 9am which is a big inconvenience."

"Diamond Cliff resort is a beautiful resort to stay at. They have thought of everything. Welcome drink on arrival, bags taken to our room, room equipped with everything you could need including room slippers, waffle dressing gown, bottled water, tea coffee station etc. huge comfy bed, balcony with beautiful view. Breakfast buffet was incredible- best I have ever experienced. It included eggs cooked fresh to your liking, usual european options of bacon, sausages, beans etc, soup/noddle station cooked on demand, selection of 3 hot vegetarian dishes different each day, 5 different fish/chicken/pork stir fry’s, rice, roti, cheese station, extensive sushi station, salad station, fresh fruit juice, breads, croissants, pancakes, pudding -and I haven’t even listed everything!!! 2 beautiful pools one with slide for kids, gym, pool side bar. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool tools available. We used the trip booking facility in the hotel and it was very efficient and helpful. We got a gift of a basket of fruit which was a real treat. Lastly location was perfect- a short downhill walk to the beach if you are inclined but also very easy and cheap to get a grab or tuk tuk downtown and /or back from Patong for 200baht or less. Hotel also had a regular shuttle bus. Lastly staff at the hotel were so lovely."

"Hotel baharu yang dibuka pada 23 Okt. Oleh itu, anda boleh mengharapkan perabot dan kemudahan serba baharu. Menginap di sini di NYE kerana ingin menyaksikan pertunjukan bunga api di pantai Kamala. Semuanya ok kecuali perkhidmatan yang boleh diperbaiki. Memesan makan di dalam bilik dan menunggu 2 jam hanya untuk mencari kami bahawa mereka terlepas pesanan saya. Pengurus melakukan pemulihan perkhidmatan dengan memesan makanan FOC dari bufet makan malam. Keesokan harinya semasa daftar keluar dicaj lagi 2,000thb untuk 'jamuan'. Mereka mendakwa ini adalah untuk alkohol yang dibeli semasa sambutan detik. Sekali lagi, saya membayar tunai penuh untuk semua alkohol yang saya makan. Perkhidmatan dan komunikasi nampaknya kurang di pertubuhan baharu ini. Mungkin musim puncak yang menyebabkan pekerja sambilan dibawa masuk untuk membantu. Walaupun begitu, tidak akan menjangkakan hotel 5 bintang begitu, lebih kurang harga penebusan yang saya bayar malam itu. Namun begitu, perkara seperti ini memang berlaku. Akan melawat lagi jika saya di Kamala."
