Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. Beach with white sands and clear water. Perfect for families. Love their surprise of the day. Breakfast is average. It's in the heart of Samui.
I booked a pool villa. Cleaninest is poor. The pool was dirty and smelly. I paid for the villa to use the pool for three nights, but I ended up not using it at all. It was our wedding anniversary but didn't go well i as wanted. Survived mosquito bites. A snake slithered at my door, just outside the villa. So please be aware. Though i like the hotel, I'm not sure if I'll ever go back again after experiencing all those unpleasant things. Snake was the last thing I expected to see in a star hotel.

Hotel yang sejuk, untuk 3 bintang, pada pendapat saya, nilai terbaik untuk wang. Kami tinggal selama 9 malam bersama keluarga dan mengambil 2 bilik, kami diberi dua bilik bersebelahan dengan pintu dalaman di antara bilik - sangat mudah.
Sarapan pagi adalah pelbagai, terdapat hidangan Thai dan set hidangan Eropah yang biasa, ia adalah perkara biasa untuk kanak-kanak. Air minuman disertakan 2 botol sehari setiap bilik, tuala pantai adalah percuma, pantai adalah kira-kira 10 minit berjalan kaki perlahan-lahan. Di hotel anda boleh menyewa basikal dan kereta, harga sewa tidak terlalu tinggi. Hotel ini mempunyai taman permainan, 2 kolam renang, gim. Terdapat WiFi percuma di hotel, tetapi anda tidak boleh mengharapkannya - kelajuannya rendah, lebih mudah untuk membeli kad SIM tempatan.

Surprisingly great!
Room is indeed big with lots of surfaces to put all my things. Love the industrial decor, bed was big and comfortable.
Hangers and rack works great, enjoyed the bath tub too with power water pressure there ever was.
Aircon was cold as well that’s very appreciated for 40degrees + heatwave.
One thing is I’m not sure if there was housekeeping as the other reviews said the floor is abit greasy and I used tissue to wipe it turned out black.
They also didn’t come to empty my bins and I asked on the 3rd day nor top up toilet paper so I ended up using my own.
That’s strange and I didn’t see any housekeeping cards to hang as well but everything else was so pleasant I didn’t push to ask.
Staff were very lovely and super helpful also.
No elevators from ground level though so having luggage and injured back not good but i got help from staff.
Finally could do my laundry so happy, they send it off site.
Location is prime, 24h mcd just next door if you were hungry at night and 7-11 is not available nearby but there’s a mini mart (if you wanted nice water and drinks like me that’s abit troublesome).
Central festival mall is near so the supermarket works closes 11pm

Good value hotel, the rooms are small but were adequate for me especially for the price. The staff were very helpful and on-site laundry was good value and fast. Its right at the quieter end of Chaweng but only a few minutes walk from an entrance to the beach and a handful of nice cafes and restaurants. If you’re staying longer or want more action it would probably be more convenient to stay in the busier part but if you mainly want to chill for a few days it’s a nice location. The hotel is also on the main road so it’s easy to get cheap songthaew taxis to other areas.

This hotel is in a very good location , the room is clean , but 2 disadvantages, 1. A lot of mosquitoes . 2. The company in the reception floor is a scam , don’t book through them. We booked a taxi for the airport , no one came , and only the reception was there to help us. At the end the taxi didn’t arrive after more than 20 minutes so we booked through grab. I would stay there again , but just notice that

I was placed in a room that overlooked the staff entrance so had the noise of them chatting on breaks and coming and going on their scooters so was a bit noisy. The phone in the room wasn’t connected, so just a prop I guess? The fridge defrosted and stopped working. They replaced this but with a European plug (using my only adaptor). Turns out that the plug port had blown so I had to lose some food and find another socket in the room (could not supply me with a replacement adaptor). The teaspoon was dirty and I had to ask to have a tv provided. The shower wouldn’t work hot. The pressure of the hot water wasn’t enough to keep the valve to feed the shower, open. On arrival I used the “luggage storage” which was just an area where everyone dumped their luggage (open plan next to reception) when I came back to check in, my rucksack wasn’t there. It was erroneously taken with another guests luggage. My passport and cash/cards were enclosed so luckily they managed to locate it. The hotel is a bit dilapidated and needs attention. Overall the staff are great and hard workers, the owner clearly lets the place down.

VViktorРасположение: нужно сразу понимать что потребуется транспорт. В пешей доступности есть пара кафе, но мы в них не ходили, народу в них тоже не наблюдалось, ну разве что пару раз видели несколько фарангов, которые завтракали. Репорт предлагает доставку на пляж и обратно по определенным часам. Про цену не помню: то ли бесплатно, то ли за символическую платную совсем низкую. Завтраки тоже предлагали заказывать с доставкой на виллу: это конечно дороже, чем в обычном кафе, но все же доступно. Мы этой услугой не пользовались, так как пришлось бы заранее планировать время завтрака (зачем?). Пляж… мы проживали во время дневных отливов, потому ничего хорошего про море не скажу, а сам пляж чистый и почти безлюдный.
Сюрпризы: бронировали виллу с тремя спальнями и гостиной + бассейн. При просмотре фото номеров ( во время бронирования) никак не мог понять расположение комнаты а также не мог понять приватность бассейна. Будет ли бассейн только нашими или его надо будет делить с гостями из какой-то другой виллы. Даже в Гугл мапс «погулял», но так до конца и не понял. По прибытию Приятно удивило то, что эта самая вилла состоит из двух отдельных домовую между которыми расположен бассейн ( не маленький, средних размеров). Один дом состоит из двух спален с отдельными входами и отдельными сан узлами, а другой дом сострит из огромной гостиной, столовой, кухни и спальни + 2 сан узла. Грандиозно! Еще патио.
Из минусов: не очень стабильный wi fi, телевизор задумчивый. Пожалуй все. Еще кондиционеры не так быстро охлаждают, как хотелось бы, но это вина конструктива зданий. Огромная площадь остекления которое выполнено в одиночном исполнении из дерева. Угли в будущем поставить нормальный алюминиевые конструкции со стеклопакетами, то можно будет добиться лучшего эффекта от кондиционеров+ сэкономить на электроэнергии и улучшить звукоизоляцию. Тем не менее кондиционеры вполне справляются со своей задачей. Практически всегда было тихо.
В целом все ок. Денег своих это место стоит. Хозяйка по имени Лана очень доброжелательна и безупречно говорит на русском.

GGunshotSinistaThe hotel has excellent service particularly in reception where they will do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The restaurant although is lacking in quality other than the breathtaking view of the island it doesn’t have food to compliment it. My girlfriend got really sick after eating the tom yum goong shrimp where she was bedridden and had to puke multiple times. The breakfast buffet also does not offer much for a 5 star resort and is very basic. Overall this is a great stay if you are a couple, the highlights of the mantra samui is the breathtaking view and the infinity pool and gym also the rooms which are spacious and clean.
The lowlights are the restaurant and the location which makes it hard to get out of the resort unless you have a rental car.

ZZ&HMy wife and I chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and looking back, I’m so glad we did. The free and varied water activities, the friendly and patient staff (almost all of whom speak excellent English), and the simple yet delicious food left a lasting impression on me. From start to finish, there was hardly anything to be dissatisfied with.
We stayed for two nights in different types of rooms. On the second night, we stayed in a pool villa. The initial room we were assigned didn't have the view we saw in the website photos, so my wife asked if we could switch rooms. To our surprise, the staff checked briefly and then upgraded us for free to a room with the best sea view we’ve ever seen. I can hardly describe how beautiful the view was with my limited vocabulary. My wife and I both agreed that we will definitely come back, maybe for a week or even a month next time. If you want to quietly enjoy the beach, sea view, and a private pool, choosing this place will not disappoint you.
By the way, I really liked the welcome drink at the beginning and the scented sachet they gave us when we left. The coconut-flavored snacks in the lobby were also very delicious; I would grab one almost every time I passed by.

The restaurant on the beach is very romantic however this requires the staff members to clear up the sunbeds about 4:30pm which is disturbing. Small pool. On the beach however the water is really shallow so you can’t really swim. Mainly polite staff members. There is also a mosquito problem so we were advised not to open the balcony doors so there is no point to have a room with a balcony if you can’t really enjoy it. Great location.

AAA perfect staycation! You literally got everything you need in the resort for 3 days of activities and chill - pools , snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding, yoga and more! Best resort experience ever.
The exchange of exclusivity is this resort is distance away from the main road and busy districts, but the shuttle service or grab will get you to wherever you want to go ( p.s. transportation is expensive in Koh Samui

Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a refreshing welcome drink. The staff’s attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the seamless check-in process to the thoughtful gestures that made me feel like a valued guest.
My villa exceeded all expectations. Perched on the edge of the azure sea, it offered panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding islands. The interior design was elegant and refined, with every amenity imaginable to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. The private infinity pool and spacious terrace provided the perfect setting for relaxation and contemplation.
Dining at Cape Fahn was a culinary delight. The resort’s restaurants served a variety of gourmet dishes inspired by local flavors, each prepared with precision and creativity. Whether enjoying a romantic dinner under the stars or a leisurely lunch by the pool, every meal was a feast for the senses.

Banyak tangga jadi kami akhirnya membantu porter yang baik-baik saja tetapi agak ugh membawanya ke atas, memeriksa.
Pangsapuri 2 bilik tidur yang kami tinggali (106) bagus untuk penginapan singkat. Menyukai kemudahan tahap 2, mereka mempunyai 2 peti sejuk. Satu untuk setiap tingkat. Itu adalah satu kejutan yang menyenangkan.
Saya tidak nampak sebarang tisu disediakan mahupun berus gigi.
Tiada air panas di bilik air tingkat 1. Kami terperangkap dalam hujan lebat pada suatu malam, dan mengeringkan rambut kami dengan hangat selepas mandi sekali lagi dalam air sejuk.
Pengemasan adalah pantas dan teliti setiap hari. Satu-satunya keluhan saya ialah mereka mematikan lampu laluan selepas masa tertentu dan secara peribadi untuk seseorang yang mabuk untuk kembali, tersandung menuruni tangga hanyalah satu kemalangan yang menunggu untuk berlaku. Saya mempunyai anak jadi saya bimbang mereka tersandung selepas pulang dari makan malam dan berjalan-jalan di Chaweng. Saya hanya fikir ia tidak selamat untuk pengembara yang lebih tua juga.
Sarapan pagi adalah asas. Pesan menu sarapan pagi.
Tetapi secara keseluruhan, untuk rehat malam makanan, katil yang baik, ac dan wifi.
