Der Empfang etwas unprofessionell und langwierig, da die Dame am Empfang etwas überfordert damit war, wenn der Gast auch Fragen gestellt hat. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück wurde aufgrund der aktuellen Situation nicht als Buffet angerichtet, sondern am Abend zuvor über eine Liste angefragt. Am morgen Stand dann am Tisch die zimmernummer und die bestellten Dinge standen überwiegend auf dem Tisch. Nach den Eierspeisen musste man nochmal fragen und auch hier war das Personal etwas überfordert mit der Situation. Die Portionen zum Frühstück waren wirklich homöopathisch und der Aufschnitt hat gerade mal für ein halbes Brötchen gereicht. Das Müsli war mit einem Löffel gegessen. Der Kaffee war nicht genießbar. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
