Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Kyoto

Lovely clean hotel a short walk (or free shuttle) to kyoto station). All was good. Very fast wifi and comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast either downstairs or in the revolving restaurant. The only oddity was the swimming pool and gym which had restricted usage hours and required payment on top! Was not worth it and even if it was the unusual hours of operation made it unfeasible. Would stay again though unless I really needed the gym and pool.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and the services remains top notch. Loved that it is near Kyoto Station and accessible to trains and modes of transport. It’s also near shopping malls and ease of shopping makes it convenient for travellers. Food and dining options are plenty and good for everyone

had a pleasant stay at kyoto tokyu hotel! the room was clean, spacious and the staff are so friendly and sweet ~ they have a shuttle bus that goes to Kyoto station every hour which is so useful! the shuttle bus stops just right outside the hotel :) will definitely come back again !!

From the moment I stepped foot into this elegant establishment until the day of my departure, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. Nestled in the heart of Kyoto, the hotel's location was simply perfect. It provided easy access to some of the city's most iconic landmarks and cultural attractions, ensuring that I could explore the beauty of Kyoto with utmost convenience. Whether it was the majestic Kinkaku-ji Temple or the serene Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, everything was within reach, allowing me to immerse myself fully in the city's rich heritage. The hotel's architecture and interior design were a true reflection of Kyoto's aesthetic beauty. The moment I entered the lobby, I was greeted by a sense of tranquility and harmony. The attention to detail was impeccable, with traditional Japanese elements seamlessly integrated into the contemporary design. The serene garden views from the common areas only added to the overall charm and provided a peaceful oasis amidst the bustling city. The staff members at the hotel were the epitome of hospitality. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their knowledge of the local area and recommendations for sightseeing and dining were invaluable, enabling me to make the most of my time in Kyoto. Hotel was super nice! I loved almost everything. The room was very big for Japanese standards and the staff was very professional and fluent in English. Location couldn’t be better, right next to Kyoto Station and a lot of options for shopping and dining. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. They divide it in a western and japanese breakfast. But the western breakfast didn’t really have much western choices. And the coffee was not good. This could be improved. Otherwise it was a perfect stay and I would recommend it. :-)

設施：非常好 衞生：非常好 環境：非常美，紅葉落了許多，有一點蕭瑟，一週前應該更美。 服務：非常好。 餐食：晚餐選擇的taka-an，非常滿意，餐廳環境很好氛圍很安靜，工作人員也非常友好。早餐是此次旅行中最滿意的。 唯一的缺點是價格太貴了，19年冬天沒有訂到，一晃眼就是現在了，漲到了一個令人心疼的價格，紅葉季的價格已經超過了號稱最貴aman的amangiri了，來晚了一週，早一點來會更美，夏天應該也很美吧，樹木鬱鬱葱葱。

我來自江蘇揚州。雖然揚州就是園林城市，江浙一帶也有很多這樣的風格的避世酒店，但星野集團的虹夕諾雅肯定是值得一住的。整體衛生很不錯，設施保養的很好，沒有霉味。就是所有窗戶可以再擦乾淨一些。 這次是傍晚入住，打車的時候看到了嵐山的晚霞，是增值項。接待人員非常禮貌、熱情，晚上接待女生開小車送我們到酒店門口，這段路開的太有水準了，幾乎貼着山在走，有種探險的感覺。退房的時候感受了星野的船。 順便推薦一下染坊祐齋亭就在斜對麪，喜歡景的，值得一看。

The hotel room is big compared to other hotel. It has free drinks from 6.00pm-10.00pm. We are intended to try the Japanese breakfast, however, the front desk did not inform us that it has limited set every day. When we reached the restaurant at 8.30am, we were told that the Japanese breakfast would only serve 30 sets every day, and it has been sold out. Disappointment!

The hotel service is excellent, try to offer tips to the bellboy was rejected, and the free shuttle service to the JR station is very nice feature. But the room size is a bit small consider the price paid. Overall consider a good choice even though the hotel has showed some wear and tear, especially the toilet and shower room are outdated, probably more than 20 years old style.

I’ll be quite honest, our first impressions when we arrived (by Coach from Kobe) was that it was underwhelming, dull and uninspiring, nor as large as we had expected, and in a fairly unremarkable Residential area. Kyoto was afterall The Capital of Japan (where the Emperor lived from 794 until 1868) and it was spared the worst of the bombing during World War II, due to its History, grandeur and splendour. Inside was quite a different story – modern, airy, massive atrium dominated the centre with Rooms, on each of 4 sides. Rooms were quite large, twin-beds pushed together to form a Double-Bed. Clean well-appointed and equipped, and we slept very well. Breakfast was good, but in a rather small and quite crowded area, so the Buffet demanded a lot of maneuvering round each other and the staff, who could not keep up with refreshing items that had run-out. Central to the ground floor was a Lounge wherein they also served drinks and snacks. We (4/5) sat there once whilst waiting for our 40+ people Coach to arrive. “No Drink, No Food, No Seat” - we unceremoniously were ordered out. Not a good move – to alienate 40 Guests in one move. An impromptu boycott followed The Hotel is due West of the Imperial Palace, so great Location for that, but their Courtesy Bus was well-used for folks wanting to go into the City, or take Buses to visit Tourist attractions etc, or obviously one could take a Taxi. There really was almost nothing in its vicinity, by way of Supermarkets, Restaurants nor Bars. We ate elsewhere every night, but IN the City Centre proper – see above. They had Restaurants, but they were way too expensive for our tastes/Budgets, so we could not Comment/Review them. We returned to Kyoto (our favourite Japanese City) nearly 4 weeks later, but this time stayed in a different Hotel, right in the heart of the City, where we spent tens of thousands of Yen in one night in their Bar.
