Hotel berhampiran Menara Jin Mao, Shanghai

Love the suite. It was very big and luxurious.There is one bridge nearby that connects to shopping centres and the iconic pearl tower. At night , Shanghai looks very beautiful and we are able to view it from our hotel room. Highly recommended! Hopefully they can have special section in their breakfast buffet for halal food as more muslim travelors are coming over to visit Shanghai! Great stay!

Location is good, near to metro stations which can access to popular tourist spots. I am female solo traveler and is safe. I booked the small room without window but they helped to upgrade to big room with window facing lujiazui, how lucky! F&B can easily get around this area. Overall experience is good!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay with the Hilton Garden Inn. Staff were kind and friendly and we checked in easily. Hotel is in a great location with a shoppivv no mall right across the road and you can even order food to your room from online. Comfortable beds, well stocked amenities, clean and everything worked perfectly! I would definitely come back

Cleanliness: can't fault it. Spotless Location: perfect. Extremely close to a subway station, in the same building as some convenient stores, cafés and restaurants. Also walking distance from other shopping malls and attractions in Lujiazui district. Services: very helpful and patient despite the language barrier. Amenity; beautiful, spacious room. I like having a sofa with an extra table. I liked the diffuser to keep the room smelling nice. I marked them down for the poor lighting in the bedroom. It made it hard to do my make up while sitting on the sofa. I prefer to do my make up while sitting instead of standing in front of the large mirror by the sink (it feels more comfortable). However, the lighting is too dark in the bedroom. Maybe include a chair so I can sit while doing my make up over the sink.

Hotel ini dibuka pada tahun 1994. Apabila ia disenaraikan sebagai Sofitel, nampaknya Leroy, ketua jurulatih Perancis COSCO atau Antarabangsa, tinggal di sana. Selepas tiga puluh tahun, hotel secara keseluruhan masih boleh melihat reka bentuk mewah standard tahun 1990-an. Walaupun bilik lama diselenggara dengan baik, terdapat juga beberapa bilik yang baru diubah suai di tingkat bawah yang boleh mencapai tahap keselesaan abad baru untuk penghunian bujang Namun, kawasan itu, terutamanya bilik mandi, memang agak kecil disebabkan oleh batasan zaman.

The day we arrived, we had to carry our own luggage (3 large ones and a stroller) up the steps into the hotel. There was no barrier free access. Worst, there was no one to assist. During check-in, the front desk staff was expressionless. It was challenging hearing her as she spoke softly and fast. I gave up listening mid way. Breakfast was ok. A few of the items were cold. They also provided supper with dumplings and plain porridge. Room was clean but not spacious. Had to call for an extra towel every night which was quite a hassle. Housekeeping should be more proactive if you knew there were 3 guests in the room. There is a self service laundry room at Level 1 which is complimentary for hotel guests. Location is near the metro station. Just a 2 min walk to reach the station exit.

I chose this hotel mainly for its location — and it really is very convenient. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Metro Line 2 and around 12 minutes to Century Avenue Station, where three more lines intersect. You can get almost anywhere in Shanghai quickly and easily. Nearby are major attractions like the TV Tower, the aquarium, and the city’s tallest skyscrapers with observation decks. The rooms are small and could use some renovation — everything looks a bit tired. The carpet on the 6th floor was especially disappointing, full of stains as if there had been a flood — it really spoils the impression. I booked an upgraded room with a window — there aren’t many of those, since most rooms have no windows at all. Unfortunately, the view was just a wall of the next building, and it was quite noisy due to constantly running air conditioners and fans. Housekeeping was done every day, and towels were changed daily — that’s a plus. Breakfast was the same for all five days, but there was enough variety for a light morning meal. Fresh vegetables were missing though — no tomatoes or cucumbers, only lettuce and cabbage. There’s a coffee machine but no tea, although a hot water dispenser with tea is available near the restaurant entrance. The front desk staff don’t speak English, but with a translation app, that’s a minor issue these days. A big advantage — free washing and drying machines for guests. After several days of travel, being able to do laundry easily is a huge bonus. I’d give five stars just for that. Overall, this hotel is perfect for those who value location and city mobility above all else. If you’re after more comfort and service, there are hotels nearby three to five times the price. Would I stay here again? No. I prefer new places and don’t like repeating myself.

Very spacious and clean room. The hotel is right on the beach and has a beautiful view. However, there are clubs on the beach which play loud music until 23:00. Not a problem for me but a but annoying if you need to sleep early. Hotel staff were nice and communicated well throuch Wechat.

Malah, secara objektif, hotel ini agak memuaskan dari segi perkakasan Ia tidak menakjubkan tetapi tidak mempunyai kecacatan. Kecederaan yang paling membawa maut ialah perkhidmatan. Boleh dikatakan sifar. Pertama sekali, tiada concierge di kawasan drop-off untuk membantu dengan bagasi. Concierge sibuk menyapa rakan-rakan asing dan tidak mempunyai masa untuk menjaga rakan senegara. Ia membuatkan orang berasa buruk pada pandangan pertama. Ada yang lebih teruk. Terdapat sekeping plat besi yang besar di sebelah pintu pusingan di kawasan drop-off Kebetulan hujan turun dengan lebat di Shanghai semasa beberapa hari saya mendaftar masuk. Ketika saya tergesa-gesa untuk masuk ke dalam kereta, saya tergelincir satu langkah besar dan hampir terjatuh. Terkejut, saya menyedari bahawa pengawal keselamatan di pintu telah melihat saya dan hanya memerhati dengan acuh tak acuh. Sebelum melancong, saya melihat beberapa hotel dan akhirnya memutuskan Pudong Shangri-La. Tidak perlu dikatakan lokasinya selesa. Saya menempah bilik double deluxe di Bangunan Pujiang untuk dua malam. Saya tiba lewat pada malam pertama Selepas turun dari bas, seorang penyambut membantu saya mengambil bagasi saya dan menghantarnya terus ke bilik.
