PPengguna TetamuLas instalaciones del hotel son espectaculares, en la realidad ganan más que en las fotos. El personal es muy atento, y el trato es espectacular, sobretodo el equipo de seguridad, tanto de la zona de piscina como del hotel en general. La ubicación es muy buena, esta en todo el centro, y es una calle muy segura y con ocio. Todo y que el hotel aún no está acabado, estamos seguros de que será igual de bonito. Repetiremos sin ninguna duda.

PPengguna TetamuEn nuestra estadía pudimos tener buenas habitaciones con vista al mar, sin embargo deben tener presente que el hotel está un poco deteriorado. No aconsejo pagar extra por el desayuno, todos los días había la misma comida y no tenían opciones de huevos al gusto, solo los que ponían revueltos en el buffet. Había ido antes y me encantó, pero esta vez debo decir que el hotel ha desmejorado mucho.

AAngel M. D’ la RosaVery friendly staff, the young lady (I didn’t get her name) at the front counter was extremely polite and very friendly, always with a professional attitude and very helpful. The entire staff from the manager to custodial always greeted. The room was very spacious and very clean and the view was spectacular. The distance from the center of the town was perfect and just from away from the crowds. Thank Koray for your hospitality.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe service was good by the girls, they were very attentive, however, at the time of cleaning the room, one day, they forgot to do it, and the next one, they just mopped the floor and didn't change the sheets nor the towels. The food was good and the location could be better. They say they have a transport service to guests, but it never worked while we were there.

PPengguna TetamuWell, the Feyajoma is not a hotel. It is apparently a private person dealing with available hotel rooms. Only after contacting Feyajoma via WhatsApp one day before reservation starts I got more information about my hotel. They told me, that I will stay in Nairobi Hotel. Only then I could check about location, quality etc. I have to admit it was not bad for only some €10 for one night. It was clean, very close to the Airport (I wanted it that way and was lucky I got one within 6 minutes walking distance!). Friendly service. No problem at all at Check-In. The negative side, there was no window in my room. And as the hotel was fully booked I couldn't change the room. However, for one night and supposed to leave very early for my flight I accepted. After all, it was ok. But maybe I was lucky. Maybe another time Feyajoma put a guest in a bad Hotel!?!. At least next guests would know now. They can decide to take the risk.
