BB.V.The hotel with the best view of the whole Hokkaido. Waking up and finding wild animals in front of the window is priceless, as is doing private onsen from your room and being able to observe the flora and fauna from the window. We met this beautiful deer in front of our room who came to eat fresh herb and drink from the stream, letting herself be watched in peace and transmitted to us a huge peace and gratitude.

CChubby Girl On TourThis hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from both JR Kushiro Station and Kushiro Bus Station. Several convenience stores are nearby, along with a delicious ramen shop right next door. The area is also within a 10-minute walk of popular dining zones. Although the room layout is somewhat unusual, likely due to the elevator, it remains clean and spacious. Breakfast served in the morning is also quite tasty.

Hhoae노후된 느낌은 들지만 관리가 잘되어있어서 편하게 잘 지내다왔어요. 가성비좋은방인게 공간이 넓어서 캐리어펼쳐놓고 사용하기에도 무리가 없었어여. 눈마주칠때마더 상냥하게 인사해주는 직원들 친절도가 상당하구요. 무료라운지 이용도 편하고 좋았어요. 아! 조식이 끝내줘요! 조식은 필수!

BBunengwangyoushangdexianyuWalaupun kami tiba awal dan tidak dapat mendaftar masuk awal, kami telah diberikan jenis bilik terbaik secara tidak sengaja, dengan pemandangan pergunungan yang dilitupi salji. Kawasannya juga sangat luas. Bilik itu benar-benar mempengaruhi mood kami, dan kami sangat gembira. Saya juga menginap di lavista pada masa yang sama kedua-dua hotel mempunyai kelebihan dan kekurangan mereka sendiri. Mata air panas di Heya sangat besar, semua jenis air panas, B1 luar dan tingkat atas sangat selesa. Alangkah baiknya jika kaca itu boleh digantikan di kolam air panas luar di tingkat atas, yang akan menjejaskan sedikit pemandangan. Melihat bunga api yang cantik di dalam bilik semasa Pesta Musim Bunga. Sarapan dan makan malam juga hebat, dengan kebebasan udang manis.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe had a lovely stay at Hotel Gozensui in Lake Akan. The location is fantastic — the frozen lake and all the winter activities are just a short walk from the hotel. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and even though English wasn’t widely spoken, they really tried their best to assist with anything we needed. Our room faced the lake and the view was beautiful, especially at night when we could watch the fireworks right from the room. A very memorable stay in Lake Akan.

CCheng En BooThis is an old hotel, but the room is clean and the restaurant serves a wide spread for both breakfast and dinner.
However I am disappointed with the rude gardener (who was clearing the snow) and lied to me that I cannot park my car at the car parking lot (despite clear signages), and tried to get me to park at a further location. The gardener tried to ”complain” to the uniformed security guard, luckily the uniformed security guard was not in cahoots with the gardener.

PPengguna TetamuNice Japanese-style spacious rooms. Each room has a genkan entrance with two doors which reduces any noise from the hallway, so it was very peaceful.
The building is very close to the Kamuy Lumina forest night walk event, so it's a great location if you're planning to go to that, or just want easy access to the forest walk during the day. It's also a very short walk into the main area of Ainu Kotan, and so is close and convenient to everything. The staff were lovely and the facilities were clean. There is no aircon, but each room has a fan, and there is heating. It's an old building with a lot of charm and we really enjoyed our stay.

Iian duenasheads up if you are assigned a smoking room, you will smell cigarette/smoke odor across the hallway and inside your room BUT, except for this i had a very comfortable stay at this hotel.
the room is warm during the day, i didn't have to the heater. i like the floor. the bathroom was very clean. the bed is big for one person. they have free breakfast where you can have rice, a variety of dishes and also bread (no need to show meal vouchers/coupons, they have complementary coffee from 4-10 pm. it's near the kushiro station/bus terminal. a few meters ahead, there are supermarkets and drug stores and 100 yen shop. the staff were nice.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel side is adequate but simple. The restaurant part should be avoided, food basic cheap and the worse of our two weeks in Hokkaido. Staff was unfriendly to say the least. There is a beer box at the entrance of the restaurant, but that is ”outside” . We thought we should take the beer before entering the restaurant, and that got the staff just about scream at us, because beer is sold inside! Breakfast is from 7 to 9 and while we were finishing our breakfast started at 8.30 waitress showed up saying we should be out by 9 as they closed! Very close to Akan crane center but the worse accomodation of hokkaido, to be avoided if you can. All other places we stayed people were most friendly!
