CChubby Girl On TourThis hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from both JR Kushiro Station and Kushiro Bus Station. Several convenience stores are nearby, along with a delicious ramen shop right next door. The area is also within a 10-minute walk of popular dining zones. Although the room layout is somewhat unusual, likely due to the elevator, it remains clean and spacious. Breakfast served in the morning is also quite tasty.

PPengguna TetamuThis is Dormy Inn Premium so definitely different from the usual Dormy Inn. Service was excellent, very digital with self check in. The room was very spacious by Japanese standard. Room was clean. Though the pillow was not the best, but very typical Japanese standard. Many people commented about the free Ramen supper. The onsen was great but the relaxation lounge was real tiny so only 5 guests could lingee there. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would pick Dormy again if it is their premium hotels.

XXiaoshujiang大玻璃窗的海景房，寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，雖然是老酒店，但翻新後和新的也差不多，酒店裝修很瓷實，衞生間噴頭水壓很大，這點不錯。
且是唯一住宿提供礦泉水的一家。
因為海嘯臨時不能離開釧路來避難的，體驗不錯，就是餐食略差了一些。

Kkiwifruit77Tidak ada yang salah dengannya kecuali biliknya sedikit lebih kecil. Sarapan adalah bufet yang ringkas dan susunya sedap. Ia sangat dekat dengan stesen JR, betul-betul di sebelah perhentian bas, dan bas Akan naik terus di depan pintu. Perkara utama ialah terdapat mata air panas, Softbank percuma dan kopi percuma di tingkat satu.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaEverything is good about this hotel, except the room is small especially the attached bathroom. It can sleep two persons but if both are 180cm tall, you probably have to navigate slowly. But none of us is that big, so it works for us, we booked 2 rooms for a family of four. Breakfast is nice. The hotel provides parking for a very reasonable fee of 500 Yen a day.

CCatherine AnnThis was fine for a quick overnight stay in Kushiro. It is clean and comfy with all the essentials. We did not try breakfast but it was cheap and looked decent. Parking was right across the street.

PPengguna TetamuWe booked this hotel for its proximity to the Kushiro train station and bus station (these were just opposite the hotel) which saved us the walking in snowy conditions. The triple room we booked was surprisingly bigger than I would imagine for a typical Japanese hotel. We tried the hotel breakfast and it was good for value and have a spread of food choices. The staff were friendly and despite of language barrier, we managed to be able to request for assistance. I would like to thank Ryoyo for his help in checking for alternative bus to Sapporo due to train suspension and he further helped to contact our Sapporo hotel to inform that we will arrive later due to unforeseen train suspension. As per other reviews about the attitude of the hotel staff, I personally feel that they are really helpful but might appear rude to foreigners as they are not good at expressing themselves. The hotel has a manga corner and amenities shelf which you can grab special hair amenities and other types of pillows. There is also free washing machine which my husband used it daily to wash his clothes, free onsen and coffee. Overall, this hotel has great amenities and facilities. The famous tourist attractions were within walking distance from the hotel (MOO/ EGG/ Nusamai Bridge about 15-20mins walk).

PPengguna TetamuService was as it should be and typical Japanese and the hotel is centrally placed. My only query is that it seemed like , on the 6th floor at least, there was need of a little TLC! The carpet lin the hallway, was way passed its prime and my room needed a shine up.

Iian duenasheads up if you are assigned a smoking room, you will smell cigarette/smoke odor across the hallway and inside your room BUT, except for this i had a very comfortable stay at this hotel.
the room is warm during the day, i didn't have to the heater. i like the floor. the bathroom was very clean. the bed is big for one person. they have free breakfast where you can have rice, a variety of dishes and also bread (no need to show meal vouchers/coupons, they have complementary coffee from 4-10 pm. it's near the kushiro station/bus terminal. a few meters ahead, there are supermarkets and drug stores and 100 yen shop. the staff were nice.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel side is adequate but simple. The restaurant part should be avoided, food basic cheap and the worse of our two weeks in Hokkaido. Staff was unfriendly to say the least. There is a beer box at the entrance of the restaurant, but that is ”outside” . We thought we should take the beer before entering the restaurant, and that got the staff just about scream at us, because beer is sold inside! Breakfast is from 7 to 9 and while we were finishing our breakfast started at 8.30 waitress showed up saying we should be out by 9 as they closed! Very close to Akan crane center but the worse accomodation of hokkaido, to be avoided if you can. All other places we stayed people were most friendly!
