Hotel berhampiran Pantai Sunset, Chatan

This is a spacious room suitable for a family of 4. The room is clean and location is very central. To book the breakfast, one need to reserve the day before at 6pm. Nonetheless there are lots of breakfast choices around the hotel. It is directly outside the beach area which unfortunately is under renovation work until further notice.

Booked an ocean view room (queen double) in the main building it was awesome. slept with the door open every night listening to the ocean. Bed was very comfortable, nice big room. Breakfast was very comprehensive. Loved the ability to check out the public baths and pools across the various group hotels.  Conveniently located in the heat of American Village. Grab a coffee from Zhyvago and go for a walk along the foreshore in either direction. 

This particular stay at LeQu Okinawa Chatan Spa & Resort became a genuinely memorable experience for one defining reason: Ms. Jacob at the front desk. Without her presence, this would have been a comfortable and well-designed hotel. Because of her, it became something far more meaningful. From the very first interaction, her manner was composed, perceptive, and quietly attentive. There was no sense of routine or obligation in her service—only a sincere awareness of the guest as an individual. Her professionalism was subtle rather than performative, and her warmth felt entirely natural. I have stayed in many hotels across different countries, yet it is rare to encounter a front desk professional whose presence so clearly shapes the emotional tone of an entire stay. In this instance, the quality and value of my experience were defined almost entirely by Ms. Jacob. It is because of this stay—and because of her—that I know I will continue to choose LeQu whenever I return to Okinawa. She embodies a level of hospitality that cannot be reduced to procedure, and her contribution deserves formal recognition. The reason to go to this hotel is because it is extremely convenient and has a great view. We came here last year, but it was cheaper last year. We were surprised to learn that the car parking is now something you have to pay, which wasn't the case last year. Seems like a very cheap decision on their part considering the hotel is already pretty expensive. Also be prepared, the room will not be the newest or cleanest. It had a bit of mold on the wall around the AC unit, and the walls needed to be repainted and fixed on some parts.

Amazing Dormitory. I would stay here again even if I come as a family next time! it's close to everything easy to travel around! there are planty of space to store our stuff. if you have too much stuff you can rent a locker too it's only 110 yen a day so cheap. the bathroom is great and clean. staff are very helpful. There are a communal room for people who stay in Dormitory only. - Staff also change our Towel and PJ everyday. - Free drink and ice cream - There are TukTuk taxi service to American Village - There are bike for rent to get around town - Staff can speak english very well

친구랑 하루 여기서 숙박했는데 화장실이랑 세면공간이 넉넉하고 좋았다 주차비내고 주차장도 이용했고 소음은 꽤있었다 청결도 무난했다 밤에 아메리칸 빌리지 산책겸 걸어갔다가 밥먹고 돌아올수있는 거리였다

We stayed in June and had a truly stellar experience. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful, quickly addressing our every need. All the necessary amenities were available both in the room and the lobby. Although the complementary breakfast is quite simple (buns etc.), it keeps you full for a long time, with tasty coffee or fresh juice for drinks. In terms of location, this is one of the best spots in Chatan, allowing you both to explore the island and chill at the seaside. The hotel is sandwiched between two comfortable beaches (one of them in the American Village) white sand and clear water, and it takes about 10 minutes to reach the main Okinawan highway on foot, where you can catch a bus to other parts of the island. We are immensely grateful to the staff for making this holiday unforgettable and wish the team every success in the future.

酒店服務員都很有禮貌，入住當天已經是晚上，也很快幫忙處理好可以入住。服務員都可以說英文，不用太擔心。窗外就是海景，度假真的好好好舒服。我入住的那間房間衛生還可以，但是千萬、一定不要打開落地窗，有天晚上窗外一直有東西在撞落地窗，然後發現是一隻蟑螂！！！非常害怕！！！注意喔，是沒有免費打掃的服務，垃圾需要自己放在門外，並向前台拿垃圾袋。不過有烘乾機超級方便👍👍

入住2025年7月7-9，兩晚共港幣2647。 酒店位於美國村附近，方便想去美國村的人，由於美國村是在整個沖繩的比較中間位置，我們在這裏住了兩晚，有往北和南出發，只有在最後check out後逛了美國村兩小時，拍拍照。 雖然說是酒店，但有一點點像是民宿，酒店大堂非常少，就是地下升降機旁邊一個櫃檯，去到按鐘會有人出來櫃檯幫你，有一些用品可以提供，也看見有人下來問他拿睡衣或毛巾。 酒店有免費停車場，但是我們晚上八時來到，酒店外的免費停車場已經滿了，我們只可以泊附近的免費停車場，他就叫我們到AEON超級市場對面的免費停車場，有兩個停車場可以選擇，兩個停車場也有關閉時間，意思在關閉時間內不能進出停車場，但時段有分別，大家可以自己選擇，當然如果泊到酒店樓下這個是方便很多。 酒店的升降機也不大，如果帶着行李的話，三個人左右已經滿了，上到樓上，也像是住宅一樣。 酒店房間算大，很多位置可以放行李，有小沙發，有雪櫃、微波爐、電磁爐、鋅盤。 浴室和廁所是乾濕分離，浴室不算大，正常面積。 酒店房間有露台，對着日落海灘，也可以看到美國村，風景不錯的，雖然對着是日落海灘，意思日落最美麗，但是我們沒有機會在這裏看到日落，只有看到日出，也很美。 我們check out那天，終於有機會可以把車子泊在酒店樓下了，只有白天才有位置，我們泊在酒店樓下，然後走到附近的美國村逛一逛才走，步行10分鐘左右就到美國村。

Convenient location. Not too far from the hub of American Village . Just a short walk … Thus , I like it for the quietness and yet convenience. Ample parking space too . Recommended for Chatan area !
