PPengguna TetamuGood overnight stay. Bed was fine, room was clean and just the right size, view was of the Manila bay. They stopped giving plastic amenities (shampoo, soap, etc) and have the dispensers already which helps reduce plastic waste. Water pressure in the toilet and shower is good. In room dining service was also fine, they were busy during breakfast which is normal and the food reached us exactly after 45 minutes. Tried the rooftop bar and there was ample selection of drinks, view was relaxing and air was cool last night. Really convenient to have a connecting walkway from the 4th floor of the hotel to Ayala Mall Manila Bay. All staff were friendly and polite and greeted us if we see them along the hall.
Would have been better if they allowed at least up to 1pm late checkout.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe really enjoyed our stay at Grand Westside Manila Bay. The hotel was very clean and smelled nice as soon as we walked in. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The room was comfortable and well maintained. Everything felt organized and relaxing. Our family had a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again on our next trip. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

PPengguna TetamuWhen i book the hotel what i have in mind is a place for us to enjoy after not seeing my husband for two years we opted to stay in Manila instead of going for vacation.
I look for a hotel that will suit us and judging from the pictures it has all the ammenities that we expect from a hotel. Also the reviews were highly rated but when we get to the hotel the construction is not complete.
The room does not have the complete furniture. Not even a trash container for cooking left overs and trash bins should have a cover, because when we get in the room we fly roaming our place. . It feels like renting a condo unit rather than a hotel. In order to contact the front desk you have to scan a qr code and do it online, its so incovenient, having a physical phone is much better than having to contact online. Eating options were very limited as there was no stanby reastaurant and neither nearby restaurants or stores..With our booking , breakfast was not included but it would have been okay if we have enjoyed all the ameneties and services that we expect for the price we pay. Now i feel, having not enjoyed what i saw from the pictures on the website,its very much pricey that i could have have opted to a much better hotel with a little bit price difference like SEDA by the bay which we stayed previously.
Construction was onging and if you wanted to relax dyring the day it was impossible due to construction noise. Only 4 floors were operating out of 12.
My advice to the property do not open a hotel when its incomplete..it will disappoint your guests.
We didnt enjoyed what we have paid ,but thanks to the very accomodating staff at the reception, Riann, Zelle,Aya, khaye and sir Tauro, the night shift team , including the guard, truly an asset to the property.
Perhaps when the construction is done we can say its worth the pay.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel room is clean and spacious. What amazed me is their immediate action when my child fell and hit his head on the corner of the table. A team was immediately sent and my toddler was seen by the doctor asap. Services like that are one of my considerations when travelling with my toddlers. Medicines given were free too.

TTin CareWe had an amazing stay. If you are looking for a place near nuwa and city or dreams few walks away and not crowded Bayprime can be an option. Many breakfast choices Lunch and Dinner in their cafe are also priced reasonably. There's a convenience store downstairs and across the street 7/11 is available. Parking is free. Overall it's 10/10 for me and we will definitely comeback. The only issue is that you can smell too much chlorine sa pool.

MOA - great for morning walk / exercise, back and forth
Only downside - you can hear people moving and talking outside your room, sometimes bathroom will smell of smoke (possibly from the exhaust)
Lobby - warm and welcoming
Employees - all respectable
Room - clean, cozy, relaxing
Table space - great specially for those who are working
Room Wifi - can be a bit unstable but overall great connection, choose 5g option for a more stable connection
Bed - king size with 4 pillows and warm duvet cover
2 sofa bed - can make larger beds with two sofa beds available in the room (you can request them to arrange this before your check in)
Bathroom - clean, warm and cold water, with hair dryer, towels can be replaced upon request for additional cost, standard set for hygiene care (toothbrush, toothpaste)
Fridge - available, just need to plug it in when you arrive
TV - only cable channel, no netflix or other streaming app
Safety deposit box - available
Swimming Pool - not heated, very cold, great in summer or hot weather
Breakfast - Buffet, a few selection but has appetizers (salad, fruits), main dish, desserts, drinks, coffee, cereals. Overall great food.

KKai CeeEasy hotel booking and quick confirmation made our stay hassle-free. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming throughout. The location is perfect,super accessible to malls and the airport. Cleanliness is a solid 10/10, and the city lights view at night was just beautiful 😍. We will definitely come back!

GGrace TionkoI had a comfortable stay, and the location was very convenient when traveling from Batangas to Nichols Hotel, and from Nichols Hotel to NAIA Terminals 1 and 2. Public transportation to Terminals 1 and 2 passes directly in front of the hotel. It is also easy to go to Baclaran Church and travel back to Batangas.
Just a minor feedback regarding cleanliness: I noticed a few small roaches, and the bathroom floor was slippery, possibly due to some cleaning residue

The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality and great hospitality! We will stay here again on our next trip.
