SSAGERISTI recently had the pleasure of staying at a property with truly amazing amenities. The location is very accessible to AyalaMalls Manila Bay, making it convenient for shopping and dining activities. The hospitable personnel made the experience even more enjoyable, offering warm and attentive service throughout my stay.
The ambiance of the place is very pleasant, giving a sense of comfort and relaxation. I particularly appreciated the spacious room, which provided plenty of space to unwind and feel at home. Overall, this property offers a delightful combination of comfort, accessibility, and excellent service.

Cons:
- super slow reception (bad line management), smells really bad since it’s a ****** and alot of random people walk in and out and smoke.
- NO OUTSIDE FOOD or FOOD DELIVERY!!! that’s actually absurd, since as an tourist, I want to enjoy local food in the comfort of my own home/room, and that is not allowed.. really crazy.
- NOBE restaurant is also extremely overpriced and bad, we got the omakase.. and the presentation was horrible.. food was so so average..
- The pool is only open till 8pm, you don’t really have much time to enjoy it since during the day time it’s so damn humid and hot outside, realistically you will start using the pool around 6 pm ish when it’s least hot
- loud noisy room, you can hear the loud train, traffics, airplane noise outside, combined with the room next door.. it’s so loud , I am honestly shocked by how bad the sound proofing is

PPaul Arwean ReyesMy recent stay at Savea Hotel was truly memorable. The hotel enjoys an ideal location, conveniently situated near the mall and several prominent hotels. The iconic swimming pool is stunning, especially when viewed from above, and the overall ambiance of the property is impressive. The food was also excellent and exceeded our expectations.
I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the team for making my birthday celebration extra special. Special thanks to Richie for the beautiful room decorations, Ron from Housekeeping for ensuring our room remained spotless throughout our stay, Pauline for thoughtfully checking on our experience, and the female chef who personally delivered our lunch on our first day (I regret not getting her name, but I hope she receives the recognition she deserves).
The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, thanks to Riann and the reception team. They even went the extra mile by assisting me in booking a Grab to Terminal 3, which was greatly appreciated.
I fully understand that the hotel is currently in its soft opening phase, and naturally there are areas that can still be enhanced. While the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, it was honestly one of the best breakfasts we have experienced, with every dish being flavorful and well-prepared.
For further improvement, management may wish to focus on pest control, particularly regarding flies. One area for improvement would be the in-room dining order management system. Due to a system error, my order was not reflected properly, resulting in a wait of almost two hours. As I had not received any update, I personally went down to the reception desk to follow up on the status of my order. Unfortunately, due to my flight schedule and limited time before departure, I had no choice but to cancel the order. While I understand that challenges can arise during a soft opening period, improving order tracking and communication would greatly enhance the guest experience.
Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to the management team for generously extending a complimentary late check-out after understanding my flight schedule. This thoughtful gesture made our departure much more comfortable.
Thank you to the entire Savea Hotel team for your warm hospitality. I look forward to seeing the hotel continue to grow and improve, and I would gladly return in the future.

Room and Amenities
Rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with modern furnishings like private balconies and kitchenettes overlooking Manila Bay. Amenities such as the gym, pool, and convenience store added convenience without needing to leave the property. Daily housekeeping ensured everything stayed comfortable and fresh.
Staff Service
Staff were polite, helpful, and always smiling, providing assistance like calling cars or handling check-in smoothly. Their friendly approach contributed greatly to the positive atmosphere.
Location and Security
The location near Okada, Solaire, MOA, and NAIA offered easy access to attractions in a secure, high-end residential area with strong security measures. Views of the bay and city from higher floors were stunning, especially at night.
Areas for Improvement
Some furniture felt slightly flimsy, and walking access to nearby spots like Okada was restricted despite proximity claims. Overall, these were minor compared to the excellent value and comfort provided.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaLocation to PITX (and thus, airport) is so convenient. Pool is nice, just check the times its operating. (Same as with the Gym) As for the room, its mostly nice apart from the TV being all-mandarin (use a dongle if you want youtube!), Wifi randomly dropping at times (and the 5G band being extremely unreliable), aircon remote randomly not working, some paint job being chipped away at the far side of the room beside the balcony, and the shower ceiling randomly having a temporary cardboard job.
Service was nice, though I highly recommend buying some airtime to your number, as you either need that or doing the whole song and dance of going to the lobby and back up, and as with me having others in my journey meant that I always ask the security to tap his card to get back to my floor. Speaking of security, there’s a baggage scanner installed near the elevator lobby, so be mindful of that.
I chose the option with no food, so we went instead to a hot pot restaurant at the ground floor. There’s also some parking outside.
City Center Executive is part of the whole Imperial Plaza Residences complex, so on top of everything that I mentioned in this review, be extra mindful of the residents and try not to bother them.

GGrace TionkoI had a comfortable stay, and the location was very convenient when traveling from Batangas to Nichols Hotel, and from Nichols Hotel to NAIA Terminals 1 and 2. Public transportation to Terminals 1 and 2 passes directly in front of the hotel. It is also easy to go to Baclaran Church and travel back to Batangas.
Just a minor feedback regarding cleanliness: I noticed a few small roaches, and the bathroom floor was slippery, possibly due to some cleaning residue

SShiela A.Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest.
Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety.
The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided.
On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries.
Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests.
The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay.

The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light.
