Everything was fine and great. Staff were very nice with good services. Location is great, easy to reach the main touristy spots. There was renovation during my stay, so heard some noise but not a big deal. The sound proof was considered okay. Very tiny noise from the renovation I heard and also when people passed by the corridor and talking.
There was no separation between the shower and toilet bowl, but the shower water was hot enough. There was also water dispenser for you to refill water and provided with their glass jar, which is great! Overall, I had a good stay!

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay here. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely designed with warm lighting. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome. Overall, a good experience — just a few small things could be improved, but I’d still be happy to stay here again. 😊

Kung brownout pkiinform sana mga guest then pede magbigay ng alternate lighting. Nakita nmn kung ilan ang guests pero hindi dnagdagan ung towels and blankets kelangan pang magrequest including pamunas ng sahig wala nadatnan. This is not to discredit but for ur improvement po. We stayed for 3 nights at Microtel by Wyndham Baguio which is located near SM Baguio mall. Camp John hay is not that far from the property through a car. Hotel service was good right from finding a parking slot to arranging some of our requirements. Facility and hotel is average considering the price we paid per night. Food options were extremely limited and was not something all foreign travelers will like or love. Unfortunately, we found egg shells in the scrambled egg served during the buffet breakfast. If one is travelling with an infant, nothing much available in or around the property. There is a bus depot right next to the hotel which was busy all 3 nights leading to whistle blowing sound whole night, was disturbing for us as we had an infant with us.

The place is very convenient—super near the bus station and just below SM Baguio. I love how easy it is to go around the city and reach the places I need to visit.
The staff at the reception was very welcoming, and one of the guys even helped me move my things from the room downstairs all the way to the bus station. That was such a thoughtful service, and I really appreciated his help with my heavy luggage.
However, the place is currently under construction/renovation, and the room I stayed in had some issues. The toilet floor was wet; even though there was a cover, it still got wet, so I had to wear shoes whenever I used it. There was no towel provided, and I wasn’t sure if I had to request one. Since I only stayed for a few hours, I didn’t need to shower, but when I checked out, the staff asked if no towel was placed in the room, which was a bit surprising 😅.
Overall, the location is excellent, and I really like the convenience. They just need to improve the rooms and ensure towels are always provided for guests without needing to request them.
P.S. There is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs.

If you’re traveling with family or a big group, this Manhattan hotel is actually a good option. The rooms are genuinely spacious and can accommodate up to 10 people, which is rare in NYC.
⚠️ Heads-up though: We had a small inconvenience with the Trip.com website as some of the information provided was incorrect. Good thing the issue was resolved and the refund is already in process. Lesson learned—call the hotel directly right after booking to confirm all details and avoid any awkward or humiliating moments during check-in.

The location is near the city center, like 10 minutes away from SM but the problem is traffic. So it will take up to 30 minutes from the city center. Everything is fine, we were able to book on the same day and check in late at around 8pm, Breakfast is included but it's not appetizing, my concern is with the bathroom, it smells like cockroach when I tried to open the cabinet below the sink where the heater switch is located. I hope it was more accessible, since the bathroom is small it was hard for me to crouch down and turn it on, plus the smell of the cockroach. Overall if you just want to sleep for a night it's a good choice.

SSolamia AñascoThis was our second stay at Travelite Legarda. We usually go to Baguio every January. During our previous visit, we stayed at Travelite Express Hotel near Burnham Park, and the following year we decided to try Travelite Legarda. This is now our second time staying here.
We initially checked in to Room 321 and noticed that there was no hot water in the room. I immediately asked for assistance from the front desk because hot water is really important, especially since Baguio is very cold. FO Ericka and HK Arnold assisted us and helped transfer us to another room with hot water, Room 309.
At around 9:32 PM, we had already transferred to the new room. Since the hot water was working, I started taking a shower. After a few minutes, two male guests suddenly opened our room, which shocked us because they were able to access the room. The two guests said that the front office had also assigned Room 309 to them.
After I finished my shower, I waited for any staff or front office personnel to come, knock, or at least apologize for what happened—but no one came. I was really shocked and disappointed.
I also work in the hotel industry, so I understand that mistakes can happen, but this situation was clearly a serious negligence. At the very least, an apology should have been given to the guest. I don’t know if the staff were busy or unaware, but this experience was not good for any guest.
I hope this incident will not happen again to other guests in the future.

PPengguna Tetamu2/5.. HEAR ME OUT!! I was with my parents. We arrived early at 5am, we stayed at the restaurant area (since they don't have a lobby). We leave our things at the reception and went out for a tour since the checked in time is at 2pm. They even posted that additional 150php for 1 hour advance check in (we can't check in early since fullybooked). So after the tour we went back to the hotel at exactly 1:59pm. We asked the receptionist that we will check in already, but to our surprise.. our room was NOT YET READY and it was not being cleaned yet. YES, I've heard it from their radio. So, they explained that the room is not yet ready and need to be clean yet, apologized that they were understaff. Being UNDERSTAFF on a PEAK SEASON is not YOUR GUESTS PROBLEM. You can prevent that problem by hiring on call staffs or whatever! It was so devastating. I was with my senior parents, we were so tired and badly need to relax. We were able to get inside our room at 2:25pm.. So it was LATE already, my parents were angry and tired, and I was too. Now, when we enter the room, we noticed that we don't have bath towels so I kindly and calmly said to the attendant to please send us the bath towel after. We went to sleep and at 6pm, they were STILL NO TOWEL delivered in our room. I wanted to call them but NO DIAL CALL on their phone(not working), good thing I checked their phone number on the internet, I was able to call them BUT THEY SAID, NO BATH TOWEL AVAILABLE NOW AT 6PM, THEY WILL DELIVER IT AT 7PM SINCE IT'S ALL IN THE LAUNDRYSHOP. myghad! we wanted to took a shower so we have to wait ?? It supposed to be ready upon check in!! This time I SAID, if they can't provide us bath towels, then just give us a refund for our 3night stay and checked for other hotel. SO, THEY APOLOGIZED AND DELIVERED the towel AT 6;40PM. hay!!! now, since we stayed for 3 nights, on the 2nd night, I asked for another amneties, (toothbrush, shampoo and tissue). SInce we already used the 1st set. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID, THEY ONLY GIVE 1 TIME AMNETIES (UPON CHECK IN) WHAT?? so if your guests will stay for 1 week, you only give them 1 amneties?? so I said, can I talk to your manager? But she said the manager was out of town! so she just give me another set of amneties. They have free breakfast which is not delicious, I feel like its LEFTOVERS FROM LAST NIGHT (Samgyupsal foods). just my opinion. I HOPE YOU WILL IMPROVE BY THIS HONEST REVIEW. IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS.

PPengguna TetamuA cozy hotel, the rooms are clean, the housekeeping is good, the rooms are spacious, but the breakfast and food in the restaurant are very local and tasteless, there is an egg cooking station at breakfast, but you have to wait a very long time, there are waffles, but for some reason they are undercooked inside. The toilet in the cafe is also strange, it's clean, but even the toilet seat isnt in the women's.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

We returned hoping for improvements after our last critical review, but found significant service failures persist. Management must urgently address these issues before our planned January visit.
* Room Welcome: Cookies appreciated, but a Baguio Rose flower stalk would be a more meaningful gesture.
* Housekeeping: Towels placed on the floor for replacement were simply re-hung; we had to call for clean ones.
* Front Desk: Only one staff member on duty led to three unanswered calls at night. This poses a serious safety risk in an emergency.
* Food (Breakfast): HORRIBLE quality. The buffet lacked creativity, was visually unappetizing, and items like the sausage were inedible. The Chef needs immediate supervision.
Management/GM: Please give these critical points your special attention. We need to see positive improvements in January; otherwise, we will seek other accommodations.

PPengguna Tetamu1. The host is quick to respond. On the first day I found out that the kitchen cabnets were not clean and the sink was clogged. The host quickly sent people to clean the cabinet and unclog the sink.
2. There is a small store on the main road, just around 10 minute walk from the condo. You can buy a small bottle of oil so you can cook in the condo. The place is quiet so having a cup of tea in the balcony is a really good experience. Regarding transportation, you can take grab or jeepney so you still get around in Baguio pretty easily.
3. This is not a hotel. It's more like airbnb. You need to get connected with the host on whatsapp or viber to inform the time of your arrival and departure for the key handover and takeover.
4. Generally, staying in this condo is a pretty positive and relaxed experience. Recommned for people who would like to have some laid-back and slow-living vacation in Baguio.

Yun nga lng malayo sa mismong town. Wala msyadong Taxi kaya no choice magpapabook k tlga ng GRAB (200+ ang taxi fare pag grab pero pag regular nsa 100 or less) One thing nakakahilo yung paakyat s main lobby ng hotel, spiral ramp ksi tpos ang tarik pag di sanay un mgdrive mhhirapn tlga ska sana may nag aassist dun sa pag akyat at pagbaba ng sasakyan pra di nagkakasalubungan at maiwasan yung disgrasya.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
