"A lovely quaint hotel with a distinct vibe. Perfect location, next to the bus station and walking distance to the city center. Stable fast WiFi, hot shower with good pressure, good quality breakfast (the choice is somewhat limited but the quality is excellent, even by European standards). The only downside for me was the whistle blown at the bus station throughout the night. I am normally a deep sleeper but it woke me up, at some point some children crying across the hall added to the noise. I guess the reason is that the building is rather old and the windows are old-fashioned, so better bring ear plugs if noise bothers you. The service was nice, we were allowed to check in earlier and check out later as well (both around 12:30nn). Overall, I really liked my stay!"

"For its price, I would say that it’s a decent hotel to stay in. It’s very close to Burnharm Park / Baguio Night Market, I love their breakfast menus w/ unlimited Iced Tea & Coffee, and how close is it to Pranaya Wellness (a big win if you’re into yoga / meditation sessions). I had a comfy stay with my fam. Hotel staffs / guards are very helpful & friendly also. Only downside prolly would be their towels (hope they would change the textile, it’s not absorbent & doesn’t dry easily either). Even without the air conditioning, not a problem at all bc the weather in Baguio is really cold as well when we went."

"I enjoyed my trip in Baguio because I have a very comfortable hotel room though the location is quite uphill from the city center, it didn’t downgrade my stay all throughout. The staffs were very entertaining and approachable."

"Pleasantly Surprised! A Great Family Stay We stayed at Inn Rocio from July 6 to 8, and it exceeded our expectations. As a family, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the family room, which gave us plenty of space to move around comfortably. The amenities provided were great and met all our needs. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff warmly accommodated us from check-in to check-out and made us feel truly welcome. Additionally, the location is wonderfully quiet, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We highly recommend Inn Rocio for families looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Baguio. "Very nice location, just across the street from SM mall. Hotel is very clean & staff are all polite and helpful. They do not have live TV channels, can only watch YouTube & Netflix. But that's not a big issue for me."

"I stayed at Azalea Residences Baguio and unfortunately my experience was disappointing, despite the hotel having a good and convenient location in Baguio. The first issue happened during check-in. I was initially assigned a room that was not yet ready. I went up only to find that the room was still being prepared. I went back down to the front desk hoping they would immediately give me another available room. Instead, I was told that the room was ready but just needed to be checked by a supervisor. Since it was taking time, I decided to just go out and have lunch. When I came back, they eventually gave me a different room, which honestly could have been done from the start. When I finally got to the room, the cleanliness was questionable. There was a water bottle left inside the fridge that likely belonged to the previous guest, and there were shoe marks visible on the tiles, which made it feel like the room had not been properly cleaned. The biggest issue for me was the Wi-Fi. Reliable internet is already a necessity nowadays. While the main connection might be strong, the signal extender or booster in the room appears very weak, causing frequent disconnections. Cellular signal inside the room is also poor, so guests rely heavily on Wi-Fi. Improving the Wi-Fi coverage would greatly improve the stay. In terms of price, the hotel is around the average range for accommodations in Baguio—not particularly cheap but not luxury either. Considering the issues I experienced, there are many Airbnb options and other hotels in Baguio that may offer better value for the price. The location is definitely a plus, but overall the stay did not meet expectations."
