I am a repeat customer although I am now assigned to Unit 3420. U have always enjoyed my staybas always since almost all the amenities were provided included those not listed in the platform. You just have to ask and the person you are in contact with would provide it to the best of his abilities. On top of this, I had great city view, clean restroom and kitchen counters. Sleep is also undisrupted and generally peaceful. Will definitely return here sometime.

My stay at Century Park Hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between classic elegance and modern comfort, creating a welcoming atmosphere the moment you arrive.
The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a relaxing retreat after a long day. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the attention to detail—from the amenities to the housekeeping—made the stay feel effortless and luxurious.
What truly sets Century Park Hotel apart is its service. Every member of the staff was professional, warm, and genuinely eager to help. From check-in to check-out, I felt well taken care of, with requests handled promptly and courteously.
The dining options were another highlight. The food was consistently delicious, well-presented, and offered a great variety to suit different tastes. Whether for breakfast or a leisurely meal, the experience was excellent.
The hotel’s facilities are well-maintained and add great value to the stay, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. Combined with its convenient location, Century Park Hotel makes getting around easy while still providing a peaceful place to unwind.

The place is so nice and cozy. The staff are very accommodating and approachable. The room is very clean and all of the amenities and toiletries we needed are already included there. It is also very secured since in every entry and exit you need to use the card. I wish we had access to the apps on the TV. We didn't use it since we needed to login first.

I would like to begin by highlighting the outstanding service provided by the staff from the moment we arrived.
1. The security guards are exceptional. They assisted us in every way, including guiding the driver and ensuring the car was parked safely in the correct area.
2. They kindly offered to help carry our baggage from the car park to the lobby.
3. All staff members are extremely friendly and consistently greet guests warmly, making us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for.
4. The reception staff are true superstars—professional, attentive, and very helpful.
5. Breakfast was very enjoyable, and the entire catering team provided excellent service. Everyone involved was truly amazing.
While the building itself may not be as new as some four- or five-star hotels, this hotel is truly unique because of its staff. The dedication, warmth, and professionalism of everyone working here make the experience exceptional.

ホテルまでは空港から車で30分ほどでした。近くにはスーパーやコンビニがあり買い物には困りませんでした。また、近くの道路には露店がフルーツや食べ物を買うことができ、ローカルな感じを味わうことができました。ホテルのサービスもこの価格帯とは思えないほど非常によかったです。シャワーの水の出もよく、部屋も清潔で、ドライヤーも強く快適でした。また、エアコンもしっかりと備え付けられていました。またマニラに来ることがあればぜひ利用したいです。

We had a great 5 nights stay at GemstoneBR located at SMDC Shore 2 Residences Tower 3. The room was clean, ilove the scent of the room smells so fresh & clean and the balcony was relaxing. Very convenient to everything. Close to the airport, walking distance to the mall and lots of food options and open all night so no matter when you get hungry there are still plenty of places to eat.

The pre-war feel of this hotel was preserved through the Spanish colonial period. The furniture resonated past vibes bringing us back to that era. Black and white pictures were laid out on tables in the restaurant, memories of the family’s history . Rooms were basic but clean. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the food especially the Calderetta which was cooked to perfection.
Location wise , the Malate area had lots of Filipino,Korean,Japanese and Spanish restaurants. We tried them all. Massage parlours and spas were sprawled everywhere. Pedicure and Manicure , get them done in Malate for the best rates. And the dentist in Malate offer the best services at amazing rates.
Entertainment wise, the live bands at Chill bar Bocobo , close to the hotel ,was phenomenal. For 4 nights we embraced true Filipino talent at the Chill bar with a different band on each night.
To conclude ,The Orchid garden suites was resonably priced and its location was the main reason why we chose it.

We had an amazing staycation experience! The place was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and unwind without traveling far. PPengguna TetamuI originally booked a superior king room, but got upgraded for free to a one-bedroom suite. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was very clean. This was my second time staying in this hotel, and services have improved compared with my previous experience. Minor downside is that hotel parking is limited, but there’s available open space parking across the hotel.

The buffet, Kusina could improve, there are lots of bigger buffet restaurants like Dad’s World Buffet. Could have been a 5 star for the restaurant. The staff and servers were really mindful and courteous, love their service! Cleanliness of the room, room service was in a hurry vaccuming the floor.

PPrincess PeaI book this hotel after landing in Manila and discovering the roads were flooded and I was stuck near the airport.  Even with the last-minute booking, my check-in was fast and  smooth. The second I walked into the room. I felt an ease wash over me. I am a pretty light packer, but there was still plenty of room for all of my things where I could easily live out of my suitcase or unpack, and really settle in if I chose. The room was absolutely perfect. The bed was a large, clean and comfy. The bathroom was large, clean and came with all the amenities anyone would  need.
The hotel in general is absolutely beautiful. All types of food and drinks are served or delivered to your room 24/7. The hotel has their own bars and restaurants and a lovely lobby area where you can sit and work or just relax The only thing that comes close to being better then the aesthetic of the hotel is the customer service (it IS a Marriott after all). 
The hotel has a lot of amenities to offer, including a pool, a spa and a gym (none of which I had the time to experience during my short stay). The buffet breakfast was really nice. It has local and international foods for all taste buds. (I highly recommend the guava jam.) the hotel is also connected to a ****** and a mall. There are additional restaurants and stores outside of the hotel all in walking distance. 
If you ever have the chance, I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott on purpose…It’s also a WONDERFUL place to be “stuck”.

MMiranda Purag TravelToursWe recently stayed at Savoy Hotel in Pasay and booked two rooms for our first visit.
I made the reservation through Trip.com on the same day, and luckily there were still rooms available with early check-in.
The hotel is very close to the terminal 3, which made our stay especially convenient since my uncle had a flight to the USA the next day. We only stayed for one night, but it helped us avoid the stress of rushing to the airport.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, and we all had a comfortable and restful sleep. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

JJunnDWe chose Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport World Resorts primarily for its convenient location near NAIA Terminal 3 and its walking access via Runway Manila. While the location is definitely a strong advantage, it’s worth noting that the hotel shuttle bus does not operate until after 10:00 AM. The walk itself takes about 10 minutes, but the pathways are not very luggage-friendly — uneven and not ideal for rolling suitcases. In hindsight, it’s more practical to spend around ₱100+ for a Grab.
During a previous stay in November 2025, we had a very positive experience. However, this stay in February 2026 was quite disappointing. The room we were assigned was located right next to the expressway, and noise from passing vehicles could be heard at all hours of the day and night. Despite being on a higher floor, we also encountered mosquitoes in the room, and unfortunately, even a large cockroach appeared on the vanity while I was brushing my teeth — which was very off-putting.
Breakfast was simple and adequate, but we felt there could be more variety and better turnover of food options.
On a positive note, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating — especially with our request for a late check-out, which we appreciated.
It does feel like unless you pay for rooms facing the airport, you may be allocated less desirable rooms. Considering the price point — particularly for the Philippines — the room rates feel somewhat overpriced for $140-$170 AUD a night. Additionally, if you book through third-party platforms like Trip.com, you won’t earn IHG rewards points, which is something to keep in mind.
Overall, it was a standard stay, but given our previous experience, we had higher expectations and left feeling very disappointed. That said, the location near NAIA Terminal 3 remains a key advantage. We hope that continued loyalty to IHG might offer better experiences in the future, and we may consider staying again when traveling back to the Philippines.
