Stayed at Centre Point Silom from Jan 23 to 25 and it was a very comfortable and convenient stay overall.
The location is a big advantage — right next to the BTS and with easy access to the river, which makes getting around Bangkok really simple. There are plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby, so everything you need is within walking distance.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a great view. It felt more like a serviced apartment than a regular hotel room, which made the stay even more comfortable. Housekeeping was consistent and everything was well taken care of.
The staff were polite and helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth. The property also has good facilities, and overall it feels very well managed.
A great choice if you want a comfortable stay in a central location with easy connectivity across the city.

An old but clean Hilton. Convenient location in the center. We upgraded the room to a 2-room apartment with a bathroom, a high-quality bath for an additional fee. The ceilings in the rent room are low and the sofa is old. But I choose the hotel for the location. The pool is small and cold.

Lebua State Tower delivers an experience that feels both spacious and elevated—literally. The rooms are impressively large, and the riverside views are nothing short of stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The breakfast is a real standout as well: incredibly varied, beautifully presented, and easily one of the best spreads you’ll find in the city.
Service throughout the hotel is consistently excellent. Everything feels clean, well-maintained, and supported by a team of genuinely friendly staff who make the stay feel effortless. Overall, it’s close to perfect.
The only real downside is the swimming pool. It gets sun only in the morning, which leaves the water uncomfortably cold for most of the day. If the pool is a priority, this might be a consideration.
Still, for comfort, views, and service, Lebua remains a fantastic choice.

the room size was unmatched to most of the hotels I've stayed ! it's a suite ! so nice to have a living area separated from the bedroom ! The rooftop swimming pool and a little gym I'd give it a 4 out of 5! If it has a little spa and planted more trees and shrubs around the pool area make it a little oasis away from the busy traffic noise I'd spending more time in the rooftop garden. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights I'd say the breakfast has a lot of room for improvement ! It'd more interesting if the breakfast food has more choices for the western guests! My observation during my stayed it's about 80/20% westerners and Asian!

I am currently staying at the Holiday Inn in Bangkok (BKK) and I am absolutely delighted with my experience. I felt compelled to write a review to praise this wonderful hotel.
The location is truly excellent! It is perfectly situated for exploring the city, with easy access to [e.g., the BTS Skytrain, shopping malls, restaurants.
It makes getting around Bangkok so convenient.
What really sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, every member of the staff has been incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional.
The people who work here are the hotel's biggest asset – they are always friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure guests have a comfortable stay.
I am extremely impressed with the high level of hospitality. The entire experience has been fantastic. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn BKK to anyone visiting Bangkok and look forward to returning on my next trip!

The hotel is very hard to find and if you have luggage you will have quite a bit of walking to do. The staff at the front desk is busy in their own World and it seems they are doing you a favor by their basis duties. The check-in time of 3:00 PM is not an industry standard. The Hotel also has a no refund policy so once you pay even you leave days or weeks early, you will loose your funds.
You have to wait for minutes to use the only elevator. The rooms has been repainted recently but the poor workmanship shows all over the rooms. The walls are very thin and you can hear the guest next door.
Basically, nothing impressive besides the view from the Resturant.

The good old Lebua, we’re staying here regularly since 2011. The hotel is starting to upgrade, so very much looking forward to this. We got a free upgrade to the premium suite: awesome!!! We always love to be here with beautiful restaurants around, the amazing Dome and fine dining services.

PPengguna TetamuProbably the best hotel I stayed in bangkok especially during Songkran. The hotel’s location is fairly near to attractions and accessible to public transportation. I can’t wait for the nearest MRT to open near the area. will definitely go back and stay at this hotel. Plus the hotel staffs are very friendly and hospitable. :)

Sslymn7474The hostel was by the river and the view was excellent. It's in a quiet area with no noise at all. It's a 15-minute walk to the metro stations and the pier. However, the hotel is next to the fish market and therefore there is a smell on the road.

CCurt 常鹰We saved this hotel until last – slightly fancier than the other 3 in our time in Thailand – as a little final night trip, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing of the lot. The price, by global standards, might not be eye-watering. But by Thailand prices, it was certainly higher end, at over 800rmb per night with a ~450 (2000bht) deposit upon arrival. It did not meet those standards, I'm afraid to say.
First things first, it should be said that it is fairly easy to get to on the MTR system, just a very short walk from Hwai Khwang, though it should be pointed out that when using Trip to find the location of Google Maps, I was given the wrong spot (further down the road, so actually a nice surprise to see it was closer, and I wont hold this against the hotel as it is likely nothing to do with them.)
Serve at check-in was good, bags carried up the stairs for us and taken to the room with the porter stood waiting as we arrived. Check-in staff were as friendly as one would expect at a Marriott-run hotel of this quality, & though I was slightly surprised by the price of the deposit it was ultimately fine.
We had booked a deluxe room with a double bed, and were told that since there was none available (?), we'd be upgraded to a Premier. Looking at the app since, I'm struggling to see where they differ. The decor in the Premier is perhaps a bit more modern, but they are the same size with the same bathroom (more on that later), and the lower price-point is on a much higher floor (ergo better view, I'd assume). In truth, had I paid for a Premier & been greeted with our room, I'd have been even more disappointed.
The room was fine, but I'm not sure much more than that. A decent size, though by no means surprisingly big. It was at least quite airy, and the bed pretty comfortable, though seriously lacking in plug sockets. I find it rare to see a hotel these days without plug sockets on both sides of the bed, especially a hotel at this price point. It meant that only one phone could be charged nearby, the other on the table on the other side of the room.
The bathroom, though, was really, really disappointing (& that's putting it lightly). The bathtub might have been a nice touch, had it not quite clearly had dried on blood stains in it. I've never experienced this in any hotel I've ever stayed at, no matter how cheap. Let alone at one double the price of anywhere else we stayed in Bangkok and Thailand! The sink, too, was clearly scratched up dirty, with two clear globs of dried on mucus. No face washing in there for us. Fortunate perhaps, given the number of towels provided too was pretty light. The bin in the bathroom also came with no bin bag. I'd hope that the inside is therefore cleaned regularly, but given what we'd seen before, I wasn't filled with hope.
Elswhere, breakfast was generally of expected quality. Nothing to write home about per se, but a very nice dining area and good service in fairness. The coffee was decent, though again by no means hugely memorable. The swimming pool is a highlight, offering great views across the city (indeed, the view from our room was quite nice too – though can't help thinking it would be better from a higher floor, like in the cheaper rooms!), with ample comfy beds and free towels. It might be a bit small in peak season, but there were only 3 other groups sharing with us, so plenty of space for a swim.
We also enjoyed the massage (850bht). The price was not included in the room fee, but I thought 850 seemed a decent price for the quality and the convenience.
Each of these things could be the most memorable part of the trip, were we not greeted by the dirtiest bathroom I've ever experienced in a hotel. & that's a real pity, because it was so avoidable too! Especially from a Marriott hotel, I'd really expect better.

SserenalimxlWonderful surprise to be welcomed with cake and a room upgrade with spectacular city views as it was our anniversary. Hotel is a little dated but clean. Free shuttle boat service to Sathorn Pier of which you can easily transfer to Icon Siam. Walking distance to Asiatique which was surprisingly bustling even at 10pm.

The rooms are pretty big, super clean and really comfortable.
The staff is really amazing, and it what make me feel like I want to back again and again and again in this hotel.
The last time I also spoke with the manager about a mistake I did with my reservation, and she solve my problem in no time.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI really liked the room. It was spacious, clean, cosy, and definitely worth it. There’s a separate area to watch TV away from the beds, which is perfect for families. Breakfast was decent, and the rooftop pool and amenities were great too.
The only downside is that it’s about 7–8 km away from the more happening areas in Bangkok. That said, if you prefer a quieter place to stay, this is ideal. There are also plenty of food stalls and a 7-Eleven downstairs, which makes things very convenient.

Cons
The rooms are very outdated. Furniture, walls, corners, and the bathroom show visible wear and damage. The rooms clearly need renovation.
The photos on the listing do not reflect the current condition of the rooms. They look much newer than they actually are.
A stove was listed as an amenity, but in reality it was not usable — it was covered with a fixed wooden panel and could not be opened.
There is no tea or coffee in the room, despite a coffee machine being shown in the photos. Tea is available at the reception during daytime only.
The air conditioner is very noisy. It is controlled via a wall panel (no remote control) with limited settings, and even on the lowest mode the noise is noticeable.
There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so steam stays in the room after showering unless the door is opened.
The TV offers only Thai channels. There is no Smart TV and no option to connect a phone.
The kitchen area has a sink, cabinets, and basic dishes, but it is not functional due to the lack of a stove.
Despite cleaning, the room looks visually worn because of the overall condition of the walls and ceiling.

The bed is comfortable, with two pillows per person.

The room includes a new hairdryer, a refrigerator, dishes, and cutlery.

The staff were polite and helpful. The receptionist spoke good English and explained everything clearly, and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly.
The hotel provides a golf cart shuttle to nearby shopping malls.
The location is convenient, close to M-Sphere, Emporium, and the M District, which was the main reason we chose this hotel.

Suitable for a short stay of one night.
The main drawback is the outdated rooms and mismatch with the photos.
The location and staff are the hotel’s strongest points.

Минусы
Номера сильно устаревшие. Мебель, стены, углы и ванная с потёртостями и сколами, требуется обновление и ремонт.
Фотографии на сайте не соответствуют текущему состоянию номеров: выглядят новыми, тогда как по факту номера давно не обновлялись.
В номере была заявлена плита, но фактически она отсутствовала — была закрыта и зафиксирована деревянной панелью, воспользоваться ею невозможно.
В номере нет чая и кофе, несмотря на то, что на фотографиях присутствует кофемашина. Чай можно взять на ресепшене в дневное время.
Кондиционер шумный, работает без переносного пульта, управление осуществляется с настенного блока с ограниченным количеством режимов. Даже на минимальном режиме шум заметный.
В туалете нет вытяжки, после душа пар остаётся в комнате, уходит только при открытой двери.
Телевизор показывает только тайские каналы, Smart TV отсутствует, подключение телефона невозможно.
Кухонная зона оборудована раковиной, шкафчиками и посудой, но нефункциональна из-за отсутствия плиты.
Из-за общего износа поверхностей номер визуально выглядит неаккуратно, несмотря на уборку.
Плюсы
Удобная кровать, по две подушки на человека.
Чистое постельное бельё.
Ванная комната была чистой, хороший напор воды.
В номере есть новый фен, холодильник, посуда и столовые приборы.
Есть балкон, выходящий во двор, на котором можно курить.
Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал: девушка на ресепшене хорошо говорит по-английски и подробно всё объясняет, горничные также оставили приятное впечатление.
Предоставляется гольф-кар трансфер до ближайших торговых центров.
Удобное расположение рядом с M-Sphere, Emporium и M-кварталом, что было основной причиной выбора отеля.
Итог
Подходит для краткой остановки на одну ночь.
Основной минус — сильно устаревшие номера и несоответствие фотографиям.
Расположение и персонал — сильные стороны отеля.

PPengguna Tetamurooms and hotel is clean. location is a bit of a far walk away from the MRT. I would always take a bike into the hotel as the walk is too long and the alley is really narrow. booked the hotel because i saw the onsen facilities but when i arrived the onsen was under repair/renovation which was a huge bummer. room size was good, however soundproofing not that great. could hear my neighbours loud and clear, especially from my toilet. the shower water temperature changes on it’s own as well, from really hot to normal which needs to be looked at. overall it is a pleasant stay but the huge downer for me was the onsen since it’s the main reason why i booked the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is situated almost the end of silom but close to Hindu temple for me to visit and more convenient for me to worship almost everyday when I get bored or when I have Sth in my mind . The breakfast is the same old same old and no matter time fly so is the same but u need to rotating the hot breakfast menu and too minimise a food cost and food waste after service. The room was great ! And thanks for an upgrade with the tup and made me to relax after the humid and hot day or after window shopping. The room is clean and housekeeping are friendly and ask for the service . Staff are friendly for checking in and I feel bad when staff complain and u under the pressure and have to get police involve and I want to step up and help u to rectify a problem but I am off duty as I am on a short vocation so next time and don’t be afraid and stay tough with this people cause they complain too much but always pay less and expect more or not enough ( tell them ) or ask them to go to neighbour hood hotel instead or try to negotiate with them and catering the best u can by not getting affect by room revenue . I hope to see u again in the future maybe in other excutive room with a bath tub and view but u all need to refurbish some room or the best type of room to upgrade or selling to a guest and increase room revenue incremental .
