Although the hotel is not new but it still has a good maintenance. Staffs also very friendly and helpful.

We love this hotel and everything was perfect. Excellent service and we had a great dinner at Esme. Lucky to watch the fire performance on Friday night. Food and ambience were superb. Staff members at Esme were very attentive. Room was super cosy especially the colour tone of the hotel. Will definitely come back to stay again.

I stay here many times by couples and with/without family and never disappointed. Service and staff are very good. Worth for money for sure.

Very good stay here for three nights with family. Staff is very well trained, and the facilities are very good. We appreciate it all the food and beverage options, including the breakfast, and of course the swimming pool and the beach area were Wilm maintained

I spent over 5,000 THB for a 2-night stay (including pet fees), but it was a total waste of money. The hotel looks beautiful and has a nice pool. 1. Noise is a major issue: The building is a converted condo, meaning the walls and doors are thin. I could hear people walking and talking in the hallway all day. My dog was constantly stressed and barking at the noise. I had to block the door with pillows just to get some rest. The staff was unprofessional—housekeeping had loud phone notifications on while working near the rooms. Even after complaining, nothing changed. 2. Health Hazard: The provided hand soap caused a severe allergic reaction, leaving my hands cracked and bleeding. 3. Poor Management: When I complained, the staff just made excuses, blaming the condo structure. They offered a free fruit platter, but that doesn't fix the lack of sleep or the skin injury. 4. Room Maintenance: AC system was inconsistent. If you want a peaceful vacation with your pet, AVOID this place. I've seen many 1-star reviews on Google saying the same thing, and I regret not believing them.

The hotel atmoshere and interior are very good which had nothing to complain but the staff needed lots more too improve, so unprofessional handling. First ,we booked 4 bedrooms in connected 2 villas and arrived hotel around 3.05 pm which we are not supposed to wait for the room as it was already late afternoon but we had to wait for almost one and a half hour to get into our pool villas. Somemore we had to wait for almost half an hour to get just a glass of easy welcome drinks while you had so many staffs walking around small reception area and lots of guests sitting and waiting for their rooms and drinks. Secondly we went out to find some dinner later but we were not sure that in room had any dishs or any kitchen eqipments for us to use so we called the hotel staff to ask if any kitchenware in room available to use and told staff that we were outside hotel. The staff kept calling me few times to check my name and room to see if we could use their kitchen equip. For these common equip the staff should had info in their knowledge of work place to reply and know need to call few time to confirm customer name to check if they can use dishes in room. Last but not least , before checked out we were told that every room had the premium coffee sachets which would be charged if consumed but we didn't have these coffee from beginning which end up the staffs just found out that hotel itself had run out of stocks and didn't put them for guest inroom. Somemore we booked the yatch to go island at 9 am and we called reception about 8.30 am that we wanted to check out and asked to send housekeeping to check our room quickly before we checked out but they never come till we had to wait for them checking our rooms till 9.30 am as they couldn't find one coffee mug while we were waiting at reception and one manager had to go to help checking too. End up the staff wanted us to go back to room to help them searching for one coffee mug which finally they themselve found at pool area. Within half an hour and many staffs searching for one mug, we thought that if you couldn't find in house you must find out in any area that guests could spend inside the villa as we confirmed that nothing were broken or were taked by us. But not asked us to go back to help housekeeping staff and manager searching a coffee mug. These were rediculous that we never had before in any resort or hotel. We were experienced such an unprofessional and such a messy staffs handling without good communication among themselves. With these hi end hotel with high prices , it was not supposed to give any excuses for any rubbished service like low cost resort at all. Btw , we were given one BD cake from night shift staff who picked up the phone from us to borrow BD candle. We really appreciated these initiative and thoughtful from her. Thanks for your concern.

Spacious room, very quiet and got the sea-view, very simply and budget friendly hotel. The receptionists and security guards are very friendly. Plenty of parking space and food to eat around. Easy beach access and beachside bars I was there for a music festival and will come back here every year.

This hotel might well have been a nice place when it was built last century but now it is in a desperate need of renovation, refurbishment or at least a good clean. The location is interesting, quite close to the beach and a small lively area with restaurants and massage shops, but unfortunately is located in a dark side street with lots of ferial soi dogs, and it seems that a few of these soi dogs actual live in the hotel. So if you don't like dogs better to give this place a miss. The general atmosphere is of a nursing home for poor foreigners, i am 63 years old at the time of writing this review and I personally felt like a teenager compared to the other hotel guests. The room had quite a nasty smell when I first entered, but fortunately dissipated after leaving the balcony door open for a few days. Bedroom furniture was probably from when the hotel was built, it is really showing it's age and compared with other hotels in the same area and price range is really not good enough. One evening around midnight, 2 men burst into my room. I honestly thought I was going to get robbed, but it turned out to be one of the hotel owners and a drunk German guest. The following day I enquired at the reception what happened, it seemed that the drunk German had told the hotel owner that my room was his. How can you open someone's room without first checking that details of the room's occupant first. I found this to be quite shocking, nothing like this has ever happened to me before. Next up, this hotel has an outrageous policy about blood stains on the bed clothes, I have been fined 1000 Baht / 30 USD for a thumb print sized blood stain. And 1700 Baht for a small stain on the bed clothes and a very small one on the pillow case. If I had permanently damaged the bed clothes I would be happy to cover the replacement costs, but these costs to remove small blood stains on old bed sheets is disgraceful. I hate to think what would happen if a lady has a problem during her menstual period. This hotel also has a ridiculous amount of rules and penalties with sign posted all over the hotel. They say this is a resort, but I feel this is far from the truth. It just a hotel with a pool and a restaurant and a bar. No more services. Not a resort, just the last resort The only reason I would stay at this hotel again is if all the hotels in a 100 km radius are full and then I would be very wary of coming here again.
