MMonta ChadaWe had a wonderful stay. All the staff provided excellent service with a true service-minded attitude. The location is great—peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a holiday getaway.
We highly recommend this hotel as a great choice for your vacation. Special thanks to Khun Kan, Khun Mind, the breakfast room team, and all the front desk staff for their warm hospitality.

JJenniferDD1500We love this hotel and everything was perfect. Excellent service and we had a great dinner at Esme. Lucky to watch the fire performance on Friday night. Food and ambience were superb. Staff members at Esme were very attentive. Room was super cosy especially the colour tone of the hotel. Will definitely come back to stay again.

CcalilopezzThis hotel was beautiful in general, it was clean and had an upscale feeling to it. It had a beautiful rooftop bar but make sure you reserve your space in early so that you can be there for the sunset otherwise it will surely be full.
There is a beach bar and restaurant so that you can enjoy food and drinks right next to the ocean which was great. There is a small private beach area which was secluded and clean.
There are a couple pools, particularly the private pool behind the villas is beautiful although it is very shallow. The bigger pool has a fun slide which kids and adults enjoy alike.
The breakfast was good. It had a lot of options for western breakfast inside and Thai style outside. For a Chinese palette there isn’t a lot that is suitable though. They have coffee machines, juice, salad bar, egg station, and more.
We got a room with a balcony bathtub however, it’s facing the other rooms which means everyone would see you taking a bath and that isn’t comfortable. The room is very spacious, the bathroom was beautiful, and it was worth the price.
The biggest issue was how far it is from the downtown Pattaya area, if you want to be at restaurants and nightlife every night this place isn’t the best place for you. It is a bit expensive and long to get there (at least 30 minutes).

RRKTBI had a wonderful stay at Andaz. The hotel atmosphere was beautiful, relaxing, and stylish. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even more special. The room was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, I was truly impressed and would definitely love to come back again.

PPengguna TetamuI spent over 5,000 THB for a 2-night stay (including pet fees), but it was a total waste of money.
The hotel looks beautiful and has a nice pool.
1. Noise is a major issue: The building is a converted condo, meaning the walls and doors are thin. I could hear people walking and talking in the hallway all day. My dog was constantly stressed and barking at the noise. I had to block the door with pillows just to get some rest.
The staff was unprofessional—housekeeping had loud phone notifications on while working near the rooms. Even after complaining, nothing changed.
2. Health Hazard: The provided hand soap caused a severe allergic reaction, leaving my hands cracked and bleeding.
3. Poor Management: When I complained, the staff just made excuses, blaming the condo structure. They offered a free fruit platter, but that doesn't fix the lack of sleep or the skin injury.
4. Room Maintenance: AC system was inconsistent.
If you want a peaceful vacation with your pet, AVOID this place. I've seen many 1-star reviews on Google saying the same thing, and I regret not believing them.

HHiJIAklmnoExtremely disappointed. My stay was one frustration after another. We didn't receive a welcome drink, the AC on the second floor wasn't working, and we had to wait over an hour for a room change. To make matters worse, they directed us to a room that was already occupied. By the time we finally settled in, our day was already ruined. The villa feels quite dated, and the breakfast was terrible—the avocado toast was soggy and completely flavorless. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I do not recommend this place.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaAircon failed function on 3.30 am.Hotel staff in night shift manage well to let me move to another room by leaving my stuff there as i really tired and sleepy. But in the morning the manager and cleaning team access to old room without asking permission since before the check out time and complain me that I have many stuff amd tell me want to help me for move. Which is i dont think that is the right protocol to do that. I feel it very rude to touching my staff without asking.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel might well have been a nice place when it was built last century but now it is in a desperate need of renovation, refurbishment or at least a good clean.
The location is interesting, quite close to the beach and a small lively area with restaurants and massage shops, but unfortunately is located in a dark side street with lots of ferial soi dogs, and it seems that a few of these soi dogs actual live in the hotel. So if you don't like dogs better to give this place a miss.
The general atmosphere is of a nursing home for poor foreigners, i am 63 years old at the time of writing this review and I personally felt like a teenager compared to the other hotel guests.
The room had quite a nasty smell when I first entered, but fortunately dissipated after leaving the balcony door open for a few days. Bedroom furniture was probably from when the hotel was built, it is really showing it's age and compared with other hotels in the same area and price range is really not good enough.
One evening around midnight, 2 men burst into my room. I honestly thought I was going to get robbed, but it turned out to be one of the hotel owners and a drunk German guest. The following day I enquired at the reception what happened, it seemed that the drunk German had told the hotel owner that my room was his. How can you open someone's room without first checking that details of the room's occupant first. I found this to be quite shocking, nothing like this has ever happened to me before.
Next up, this hotel has an outrageous policy about blood stains on the bed clothes, I have been fined 1000 Baht / 30 USD for a thumb print sized blood stain. And 1700 Baht for a small stain on the bed clothes and a very small one on the pillow case. If I had permanently damaged the bed clothes I would be happy to cover the replacement costs, but these costs to remove small blood stains on old bed sheets is disgraceful. I hate to think what would happen if a lady has a problem during her menstual period.
This hotel also has a ridiculous amount of rules and penalties with sign posted all over the hotel.
They say this is a resort, but I feel this is far from the truth. It just a hotel with a pool and a restaurant and a bar. No more services. Not a resort, just the last resort
The only reason I would stay at this hotel again is if all the hotels in a 100 km radius are full and then I would be very wary of coming here again.
