Hotel berhampiran Taman Persisiran, Alexandria

I thought everything was solid across the board, especially the doormen/concierge. They were very courteous and helpful.

酒店位於亞歷山德里亞市政廳和法院附近，屬於是鬧中取靜，周遭是非常安全的。雖然屬於westin，但明顯和國內的檔次還是有差距。前台的經理非常nice，幫了我們大忙。早餐是點餐式的，但是味道非常不錯。房間整體來説設施有些老，特別是能夠明顯聽到其他房間放水的水閥聲。但是床品不得不説非常舒服！

Wonderful stylish hotel with a great location- close to the free bus service whixh can get you to the metro to go to DC. The area itself is very nice with a great vibe and good food option. The restaraunt within the hotel is great too, the Kiln- excellent for breakfast or dinner. The staff are very helpful and are quick to resolve any issues. I stayed for 5 nights and hsd an exceptional exeprience all in all- I felaly do rate this place as full marks.

I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly. The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am! The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what? The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member. There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out. The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty. We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying. This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality. Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

We loved our stay at this hotel! We would recommend this hotel to anyone and the front desk people were very helpful and recommended us to several bars and restaurants in the area

Lokasi yang sesuai tidak jauh dari kawasan utama. Tempat letak kenderaan percuma adalah satu kelebihan. Sarapan pagi sangat teruk.

Overall our stay here was good! The decor was lovely and the view from our room was amazing . We were able to check-in earlier which was a HUGE PLUS! The staff was super friendly and was always eager to help. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. *ps just make sure to walk with hand soap for the bathroom lol

The hotel locates in the city center of Alexandria and provides good service. But the hotel is already outdated, and the room facilities are mediocre.

It is reasonable price and very convenient location however the hotel is a bit dirty. Better bring your own towels and stuff

Location was great for it being close to DC. Went there to enjoy what DC activities had to offer and it was a decent hotel for the amnesties. A bit pricey though
