FFransisco ValentinoI highly recommend this hotel. It has a very strategic location, close to many attractions, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff are exceptionally friendly, kind, and very helpful. Special thanks to Said, who took the time to explain in detail how to explore the city of Tashkent, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was also very good.

Сауна платная, мы не ходили. Персонал говорит на русском, приятный в общении и готовый помочь. В ресторане под заказ готовили на завтрак каши: рисовая, манная, овсяная. Завтраки разнообразные: блины, яйца жареные, омлеты, овощи жареные, пицца, шарлотка…

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is pretty new so the rooms are in good condition. The breakfast was good too. My mom loved the porridge so much she said it reminded her childhood flavor! The location is also good only 7 mins walk to the metro. The only thing i was icky is the receptionists. They don’t know basic communication skills. If i asked a question they ended up answering with mimicking or using very limited words. FYI i’m fluent in local languages. There should be a person who actually talk and answer to questions clearly with full sentences!!! It made me mad and self conscious for my language skills lol.
I asked to use the luggage storage service as we arrived earlier than the checkin time and when we asked to get our stuff, the receptionist just again mimicked with his head pointing the room where our stuff was. I figured he’s asking us to go there and get ourselves and so we did even though they should usually handle our stuff by themselves instead of asking guests to go in a room full of pantry items and other luggage!!
Even though we requested the cleaning services , they didn’t change the towels! What’s the point of room cleaning if they don’t change the towels lol!
I think They could do better if they learn a little bit about customer service.

PPengguna TetamuI booked this hotel stay for my elderly parents. As per my parents upon arrival front desk agent didn’t greet or acknowledge them. Also when I booked this stay I noticed that check in time was after 10 AM and check out was after 2 PM- I was surprised and I called the hotel to confirm this information and I wanted to let them know that my parents will be arriving earlier than 10 AM ( I was ready to pay extra if hotel wanted) but hotel representative told me that their check in time is after 2 PM and check out is by 10 AM in the morning-representative said he will “think of something”, that I shouldn’t be worried! I immediately called trip.com customer service line and I was able to confirm that because of my “Rewards” I was eligible for privileged check in/out times, so dear front desk agent Bekhzod if you don’t know please don’t give an impression that you are doing an exception / favour for somebody - it had nothing to do with you!
Negative aspects:
—-＞I booked specific room with brown furniture but my parents stayed in the same size room but with Grey furniture (just note You are not getting same thing as in picture here)
—-＞ There were 3 shower heads in the bathroom and the main one( rain shower head ) wasn’t working!
Positive aspects:
—-＞ Trip.com claims that this hotel doesn’t have an elevator but they do and a nice, huge, mirrored one!
—-＞ Cleaning lady and maintenance gentleman were kind and attentive.
—-＞ Front desk agent Bekhzod was really patient with my mentally ill father and he is the one who constantly helped my parents to order Yandex taxi service ( Thank you so much )
—-＞ Breakfast was good but pastries were better
—-＞ There is a supermarket called Korzinka nearby, you can just walk there!
Overall everything was ok but I wouldn’t stay here for future trips to Tashkent

VVinhhongI checked in around 8pm and was greeted by a staff in the evening shift (I did not asked his name). I asked for a SIM card if I could buy in the morning , he said could offer a free just need to top up tomorrow 9am his colleagues will settle. But early morning I was waiting for 9-9:30 there is no one knew about this . I also asked for late check out, he said could extend only til 1pm unless I will need to settle 50% extra and I agreed coz my flight is 22:30pm but in the morning when I came to settle late check out fee, there is again no one know how to do only they said they will check with their manager . I only stayed one night in Tashkent due to my flight need to overnight transit but the team make my stay very unpleasant and not comfortable. Again , I got a friend who come to visit me just 1hr, but the hotel did not allow and that evening staff again , stop my friend and said he can stay inside my room
Only 3mn, if late than 3mn, he will call my room number or even send someone . he said this is hotel rule . Omg . The way he replied and did were so unprofessional and rude and very fiere like I am a criminal . Until I complaint and asked to meet manager couple times , he agreed to let my friend stay only 1hr and needed to pay a tourist fee.
Bad service , not skilled team and I will never ever come back to this hotel again !

DDeanSFinding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless.
The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages.
Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made.
Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around.
The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day.
I believe most who stayed usually 1-night.
The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights.
My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit.
However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended.
I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you.

It is conveniently situated near key attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, making it easy to explore the surrounding area without much hassle.
