🏡 2. A Luxury Home-from-Home With Five-Star Comfort! 💎🌅 I absolutely loved this apartment. From the moment I walked in, everything felt fresh, immaculate and extremely well prepared. The linen smelled incredible—almost as though it had just been lightly sprayed with perfume. 😍 The apartment had everything I could possibly need, including kitchen utensils, two towels, drinking water and really strong Wi-Fi. The view was another major highlight. 🌅 Sitting back and enjoying it made the apartment feel much more expensive than a typical homestay. The check-in was simple, and the staff member who arranged everything was wonderfully friendly and welcoming. Just remember that this is more of a homestay/apartment experience than a traditional hotel. Different owners rent individual units in the building, so I would strongly recommend booking a specific apartment with good reviews rather than assuming every room will be identical. Having stayed in other units myself, this particular one was exceptional. The gorgeous beach is an easy walk away, with plenty of restaurants around the area. 🏖️ Things to do nearby: 🎢 Dragon Park — 300,000 VND/adult. � 💦 Typhoon Water Park — 350,000 VND/adult. � Sun World ❤️ I would happily stay here again—excellent for a few nights or an extended stay.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous view and comfortable bed. Phuong, the front desk manager was EXCELLENT and deserves to be mentioned for helping us out with high efficiency. We booked a cruise on short notice and then learned that the Port Authority needs to receive your passport information at least 3 days before you sail. Phuong dealt with the whole situation for us and was happy to help - thank you Phuong! 2 Other front desk staff, due to the language barrier, caused us problems. We asked them to put directions into Grab so we could get to the night market and to our cruise ship the next day. Well instead of the night market, we were dropped off in some obscure part of Halong City and the ride to the cruise ship was incorrect too, causing us to pay a double fare and had to whatsapp the cruise manager to talk to the grab driver. Many westerners don’t speak Vietnamese, so it is really helpful when reception can at least speak some English, particularly when we need assistance with directions.

The Watson Premium Hotel is in good location, very near the port where the Ha Long Bay Tour commence. They have good selection of food for breakfast altho we find almost the same set of dishes the following day (we stayed 3D2N only) except for the pork dish that has been replaced with chicken. Still, it is still great. Clean and big bedroom. And most of all, staff is great! Shout out to Jenny, who took good care of us and our needs. As a first timer in Ha Long, she is our google on where to, how to and our need to.. she is just a message away and very willing to help. This hotel is budget friendly but has great amenities. Just hoping not to bump into a group of drunk guests with loud voices on the lobby or anywhere, that made the experience different on our first day. Otherwise, the hotel itself is doing a great job.

Great place to just enjoy the beach and hotel facilities! We were lucky to be there (end Nov) when there was hardly anyone else around so we literally had the whole place to ourselves. The only downside is the daily buffet serves pretty much the same food so after a few meals it gets boring. To get out of the island, you will need to take a ferry but luckily some food options are available on the mainland, within walking distance of the ferry terminal. Overall, I would say a solid 8/10!

Initially, when we first arrived, I didn't really understand what kind of place it was. There is a construction site around, fences on the way to the beach, a disco on the beach at night, to which we didn't immediately understand how to get. But then I appreciated all the advantages of the location of this hotel. 5 minutes in one direction and you are in the European restaurant Papa's. 5 minutes in the other and you are on the beach with a shower. There are several supermarkets nearby, if you need to buy more, you can take a taxi to Winmart. Of the entertainment nearby attractions, you can also try yourself in a nearby ******, and go on a sea cruise on Halong Bay. Just wonderful. We wanted to stay for a week, but we decided to extend our stay for more. The fact that many hotels around are closed is wonderful! But the beach is empty, by the way, no sand fleas were found on it. And a lot of cafes and restaurants with delicious food in any direction of the coast. We didn't make a mistake with the choice of place! As for the staff and the hotel itself, it is very friendly and polite. Cleanliness is fine, but I don't advise eating in the room so that there are no midges. There is water in the shower dripping on the floor in the toilet, but for this I will not lower the rating, for me this minus is insignificant. The beds are hard, but not a problem: in the closet you will find additional blankets that you can put for softness. In general, my recommendations! I'm glad we've been here

這個是老飯店；但是房間跟設施都維持的很好；服務人員華人去溝通也方便，早餐算是還行的；**以前去可以免費吃東西，現在都不行、都要付費 這點有點誇張，可以考慮另一家溫叉姆，可以喝東西跟吃水果盤，讚

The place is beautiful, but some of the utensils were not clean. We had to wash the cups and spoons by ourselves because it was dirty when we arrived. The music outside can also be heard until midnight. We had trouble sleeping. The staff was also helpful about the parking for our motorbike.

Had an incredible stay! The atmosphere was so welcoming—I met so many people in the common kitchen and at the nightly pub crawl. Everything was spotless, including the shared bathrooms. The staff were super helpful with local tips. Highly recommend for solo travellers!

This is a clean and beautiful hotel. the location is perfect, it is near everything you need. very friendly and kind workers. good English abilities. i will book again for sure.
