...inconceivable that we should complete our 4 nite stay, you say. You failed to hear me out when I tried to advise that the room was paid in full upon check in w/printed on statement that there were --- NO REFUNDS!!! Brian, you displayed a discriminatory attitude that did not even apply to the issues of this stay - it was something that was in a previous stay (approximately a month ago). Immature and childish to hang up on a guest of your property. If our stay a month previous had been adequate, why shouldn't we expect a decent, clean room --- never mind ALL the other problems that were not even addressed by you, that occurred in this most current stay. Thus, we gave you the benefit of the doubt and enough time and space or rope to hang yourself. Your call, to have this 'dirty laundry' - how apropos! - be aired via this venue. Again, you 'DROPPED THE BALL'

Our Hotel Room & Hallway were in need of vacuuming on arrival. Corners of room filthy. The valance over the drapes has a line of dust. There was a wad of black hair in the bathtub. Water pressure was pity full and the drain sluggish and a used washcloth from a previous person’s stay was hanging on the shower curtain/ curtain rod. Hand towel and washcloth had yellow stains on it. The bathroom floor was not clean, in need of a thorough scrubbing and the taps had water stains and counter had hair on it did not look like care was taken in cleaning the bathroom or the room in general. Furniture is old and rickety. Had to straighten a loose table leg before using. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Complementary coffee and tea was a nice touch, although they ran out and could only have 1/2 cup the 2nd morning. The final straw was having to kill a large bug resembling a cockroach on the wall first thing when I awoke the final morning of our stay.

The staff at this hotel blew me away. We stayed for several days in July for a baseball tournament and many of the staff went out of their way for us. From moving rooms mid-stay to letting us use a conference room one evening to celebrate after our team won the championship - they went above and beyond and I could not recommend this hotel more for that reason alone. We were there for almost a week and got chances to chat with the housekeeping and maintenance staff now and then; all so lovely. I recommend a room that has exterior windows (not looking into the pool). While is is very convenient to peek in at your kids in the pool, those rooms smell like pool and are humid. We moved to an exterior room and it was lovely. The bathrooms are better too (full bathroom rather than the tub/toilet and vanity split configuration). Thank you Holiday Inn team for making our stay so pleasant and treating us like real valued guests!

Great place with new beds, clean rooms. Friendly staff and an amazing price. Pool is very clean, slide switch is in the wall. Get a room outside so you can get a fresh air flow, unless you don’t mind all aAC air.

A big thank you to the General Manager (Preet Joan ) who went out of his way to make our stay great. All the staff were friendly and very helpful and could not have done more. The Hotel it self needs up dates especially in the rooms area ( very tattered and worn) the rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job of looking after everything. The Bathroom has upgrades but its very small. The control of the heat was impossible at times and it seemed maintenance could not get it under control. I am sure that in time it will all be fixed. Breakfast was complimentary with the room but it was the same for the 10 days we were there. A change up on the hot breakfast would be nice . Over all the stay was great because of the fabulous staff. Thank you Preet and staff.

The Hilton always have rooms available at any time . The rooms are fresh, clean & the staff is friendly . They also are there with any help needed. The breakfast also has a variety of different foods whenever we travel we always stay with the Hilton as also we are Honor Members
