Amazing stay here. Visited for football match. Lovely modern room. Great choices at breakfast. Hotel itself football related. Had great member of staff show us around the eventing area which backed into the stadium had no such knowledge and so friendly.

Ich komme gebürtig aus Leverkusen und schlafe immer im Hotel Kristal wenn ich heimischen Familienbesuch mache. Die Auswahl und das Essen im Kristal sind sehr gut, der Service wirklich zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und das Badezimmer ist sehr schick. Es ist immer sauber und die Betten sind super gemütlich! Am nächsten Morgen haben wir alle zusammen frühstücken können, obwohl meine Familie nicht im Hotel geschlafen hat. Ich Komme gerne wieder, freue mich auf den Sommer mit dem Außenbereich!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise. Sehr ruhig gelegen, im Bereich des Bayer Konzerns. Da es WE war, kaum Menschen unterwegs. Sehr schönes Zimmer, alles super ordentlich, modern, sauber, ruhig. Für knapp 90 Euro Frühstück kostete extra. ( knapp 20 €/ Person) ein angemessener Preis. Einchecken erst ab 16 Uhr…. Ok . Eine sehr freundliche Dame die uns eincheckte. Missfallen hat uns die Diskussion( es gab offensichtlich eine Abweichung in der Kasse ) welche von einem Hotelmitarbeiter mit seinen Kolleginnen vor uns Gästen geführt wurde. Das Restaurant war wunderbar. Prima Service. Das 3 Gang Menü für knapp 50 Euro…..super. Köln ( wir waren in der Oper) in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Wenn ich nochmal in die Gegend käme, ich würde wieder kommen. Zum Spazieren gehen, ein wunderschöner Park hinter dem Hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel. Very good quality breakfast. Smokef salmon served on the breakfast was fantastic. Very good restaurant with good Food. Very good Service. Good location on city centre, very close to raikway station. I recommend this hotel very much!!
