Hotel di Lido di Camaiore

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per le terza volta e sempre nel periodo di carnevale. La struttura mi piace molto, dai grandini esterni, la presenza dell'ascensore alle camere. Camere semplici, sobrie e dotate di tutto ciò che serve. La posizione è ottima per il mare, un pochino lontano dal Carnevale di Viareggio, ma la passeggiata è piacevole. Colazione europea, buona e con diversi dolci. Personale gentile e disponibile, sempre presente. Ottima qualità prezzo. Cuscini non presenti nell'armadio, ma portati in camera su richiesta. L'arredamento delle camere è un po' datato, ma tutto utile e funzionale. L'unica cosa che davvero non mi è piaciuta sono i quadri nelle camere (ma non è una cosa fondamentale!). Molto caldo in camera, anche con la ventola accesa sul freddo. Ventola del bagno parecchio rumorosa, finché non si spegne, temevo che i vicini ne fossero infastiditi.

Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht so schlecht, knappe 600 m vom Strand aber das Personal ist das unfreundlichste was mir je begegnet ist! Eine nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage (bei über 30 Grad Aussentemperatur) und ein loser Toilettendeckel, die ich ab dem 2.Tag in der Rezeption gemeldet habe, wurden bis zu unserer Abreise nicht Man bot und zwar ein anderes Zimmer an aber auch hier gab es grössere Mängel! Ich bin von Mercure eine andere Art von Hotels und auch Personal gewohnt!!!! Von der Qualität, Auswahl und Präsentation des Früstück‘s will ich gar nicht reden! Dass da noch keiner krank geworden ist wundert mich! Ungekühlt und offen liegen S*****en und Käse auf den Platten und die Butter ist fast flüssig

Passati quattro giorni a capodanno.il personale molto gentile e molto disponibile. Stanze pulite e hotel molto comodo sulla passeggiata. A colazione non mancava nulla. La cigliegina sulla torta è stata la pompa su secchiello della nutella, un eden per i bambini. Molto consigliato. L hotel nn ha parcheggio ma ci hanno fatto un buono parcheggio giornaliero da 5 € x poter parcheggiare su tutto il territorio dì Camaiore. Che dire ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

I stayed at the Grand Hotel Royal with friends recently & we had an amazing time. The hotel was faultless with wonderful charm. We had a lovely spacious, impeccably clean & comfortable bedroom with sea view & balcony. Everything from tea making facilities to fluffy white towels were in room. We took full advantage of well presented breakfast with excellent selection of fresh food which catered for all taste buds. Beautiful pool & bar with relaxing gardens. Overall we had fantastic holiday in a quality hotel with extremely courteous, helpful & friendly staff. If you want a relaxing holiday in the lap of luxury, Grand Hotel Royal is the place to stay. We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in a junior suite for three adults plus our puppy with a sea view and balcony. The staff are brilliant being very professional, engaging and highly efficient. The hotel is spotlessly clean, food is great including room service and there are loads of free extras including car parking, bikes, tennis etc. The beach is a short walk across one road and the area is quiet. We have had a fabulous time at this hotel and would strongly recommend it to all friends and family who want to visit Tuscany and experience something very special. Absolutely love this place. The people have to be the friendliest people in all of Italy. We were running around the coast and a bit of Tuscany for a month and yes, the staff were the best in the country. Clean, comfortable and the breakfast setup was second to none. If in the area, highly recommend staying at the Palace Hotel!
