Wonderful stay, I may said it is the best hotel I have lived in London. Thank you for arrange us to the highest floor and enjoy a fascinating view in morning. You may go to Heathrow Airport by bus, but there are to many choices for you, so great!

Comfortable stay in a relatively recently refurbished room. Room was quiet, heating worked well in winter, shower was powerful. Car park plenty of spaces. Location next to A2 is great if driving, plus 10-15min walk to Bexley train station for overground train to central London. Breakfast buffet was adequate, although coffee could be better. Would be ideal if trip could do a deal so IHG Rewards status recognition & points earning was available.

The perfect hotel to enjoy the view of London as it is an attraction itself. You can enjoy the sunset and sunrise as you are chilling on bed with your beloved. The service is really amazing and efficient. The breakfast is really good and full of diverse foods. Sky pool and spa were closed but we have enjoyed it before and it was amazing. The only negative point to be fair is the gym which is not amazingly equipped in term of lifting equipment. I definitely recommend this hotel for every couple that want to have an unforgettable stay in London.

Visited for business reasons - the hotel inside is absolutely immaculate, very comfortable and excellent rooms. Breakfast was delicious and a good spread. The location isn't excellent and from the outside it doesn't look that impressive but overall I can't fault it. Would definitely stay again!

Make sure you have food on the menu to serve people don’t keep blaming Covid and delivery issues it’s been the same since our last three visits over six years. we came back after using a different location of premier inns around London sadly quality of the food and lack of it has not improved over the last 5years yes the bar area and dining room have. Been improved and all three lifts finally seem to work and lift security works again and you can get a drink after 9pm what ever the day is the customer care seems to have dropped ie no good morning or welcome staff seem more bothered looking at an iPad or computer then look to see if there are customers to serve or helped. Yes it’s clean but not very inviting

Clean and tidy. Access to food and drink downstairs as well as vending machines. Easy to check out, just drop the keycard into a slot or give it to the reception. Beware of parking, it’s a bit confusing. Shuttle bus to terminals right outside, but it costs around £7 and they don’t give change for cash.

Breakfast buffet was really good, but some hotel staffs were unfriednly, room was really cold. Air condtioning system didn't work, so I requested to change my room but the other room was also cold. If you stay here, please take some hot stuffs. I asked them to bring heater but they didn't.

We arrived at the hotel at 11.30am & we were able to check in early, this was the 1st bonus. We mentioned to the lovely receptionist that it was our 1st time in London, she then upgraded us to a superior room, with a free mini bar. The room was exceptionaly clean & very well decorated with lovely touches such as fluffy white robes & bottled water with fruit & chocolates. We both had a great night's sleep, no noise from inside or out. Breakfast was beautiful, plenty of choice with excellent staff & service. We were also given a voucher for a takeaway coffee & croissant. All in all an excellent hotel in a great location. Very well recommended

Hotel London City is in a really good location. It’s a short walk to Farringdon Station where you have railway links, tube stations and also Heathrow express links. The hotel itself was pretty basic and the bar closed at 11.30pm. You can however purchase drinks from a fridge but not much of a selection. The staff were helpful and the hotel was very clean. Overall stay was good. Best thing is the location of the hotel.

艾迪遜一如既往的好，品質如此。倫敦的酒店太貴了，所以定了最便宜的房型。壞處是，窗户外面沒有景色。這家很有感覺，入口很漂亮，但是周圍晚上酒吧很多，如果徒步挺嚇人的。洗護用品依舊是le labo特別定製，早上樓下都是咖啡味，晚上回來有le labo the noir的味道，很舒服。房間備品齊全，廁所是全包圍淋雨，有備礦泉水。燈的開關也很精緻。

Unreal stay!!!!!! Wow what value that offering was. These guys have freshly opened this hotel and to say it is stunning is an absolute understatement, they have not spared a dime with the architecture, finishes and interior decorations. Sublime. Please do my home. Now, let’s talk about the service. As someone who has spent 30 hours in transit, staying on their own, the warmth of the Locke people made me sad to leave. Enormous compliments and praise to Ola and Auzelina who made me feel like I was on a trip with my close gfs, these ladies were extremely helpful, accomodating and kind. They didn’t bat an eyelid at the rubbish that fell out of my mouth at 3am. In all my travels, these two have been the warmest, sweetest people I could have possibly met. I called them my guardian angels. Last but not least, the apartment itself was fully kitted out with a washer/dryer, fridge, cooktop, AC, easy to use TV and wifi, great water pressure, comfy beds, immaculately clean. Unreal. I work in high end real estate where 5 star service and expectation management is mandatory, the Ember locke outdoes any of its competition by a landslide, 10 fold. I hope I have an excuse to get back soon because I miss my 5 day old Locke family and home already ❤️

This 5* luxury hotel is incredible, I loved every single moment of my stay at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. 3 minutes walking from Knightsbridge, one of the most exclusive area in the city Centre. The hotel is gorgeous - loved the hall, the Peak, the Talise Spa and the Fitness Centre is the most beautiful I have ever seen. My room at the 17th floor was spacious and beautiful, loved the style and the personalized welcome amenities in room at the arrival. Staff goes above and beyond - high level standards in all outlets. Great Reception, great room service and in room dining experience, great stewarding and doorman, you can clearly see that there is an amazing atmosphere and a great leader leading the Team. Great staff at the Peak where is the best place to have a quick and fast breakfast overlooking the Codogan Gardens. I felt recognized in every single moment - huge thanks for making my stay memorable. I highly recommend Jumeirah Carlton Tower to everyone!!

The hotel is very close to Paddington Station of which you can take tube, railway & Airport Express. It just takes 8 mins walking distance from Paddington station to the hotel. The internal facilities are maintained in good condition and the staff are helpful & efficient. It's a good experience and I will definitely reserve it again when I travel to London next time.

My son and I stayed with Jasmin today in her lovely B and B. The room was large and comfortable. Ensuite was large with good shower. Breakfast was very good. Easy a. Was to subway station about 5 minutes walk away and decent bar / restaurant 8 minutes walk away. I would stay again.
