Interesting stay! I wasn't sure about the girl on reception as she didn't give me my suitcase at first, when I collected my bags. However, I just remembered I saw a ticket on the floor so she must have dropped it and I didn't realise it was mine! 😂 Sorry. My room key and TV had minor issues on my second night and the lift is a bit rickety. However, overall a pleasant stay for the price: decent location, clean, compact and cute room and okay breakfast (in a beautifully decorated little room with attentive staff). In fact the staff were all great really and are polite. So, I recommend. Thank you.

The experience was pretty good, but they do not provide any amenities inside the room, even drinking water was not there inside the room

Great stay! The hotel had a welcome package for my toddler when we arrived Breakfast was okay but could be better with more options made available. Room service was great! Great location also. Walking distance to the London Eye and South Bank as well as the underground metro. Numerous restaurants also within walking distance.

The room was basic but adequate. I don’t think there are renovations being done at the moment (June 2024) but we were on the top floor and in an old style room. I was generally clean but dirty marks on the pillows. The bathroom however, was really smelly and not pleasant to use. Top floor not for those with vertigo!! That said it was a great location and staff were lovely. I expect the renovated rooms will be lovely (and more pricey). Value for money in the room we had was good.

We use Royal National each time we visit London which can be a few times a year, in the beginning for location, (its a 5 min walk from Russell Square tube station, 10 mins from the British museum and 15 mins from Oxford Street) but now for its cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, this time we had a complimentary upgrade into a fresh new updated room, the beds are always comfortable and the room is always extremely clean nothing is a problem for the cleaning team and extras such as tea milk etc is always provided as soon as requested. The onsite pub is also a plus offering meals aswell as an outdoor seating area with large screen tv this time showing the euro matches, it wasnt loud or rowdy and being at the back of the hotel we heard nothing. We will continue to use the hotel for each visit we make to London.

Pros: Location is good, 5-7mins walk from king cross station and st. Pancras. Easy access to many places. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Safe as you need card to go into the lift to your room. Cons: Luggage storage is chargeable. Water pressure is low thus will need longer time to shower. Room are not sound proof. Door doesn’t have stopper, thus it slams everytime. Definitely recommend to stay!

Such a Great Location & the Staff is Amazing! It’s located right next to Kings Cross & Coal Drop Yards which is convenient. Check in is simple & they even let you leave your luggage for free if you get their early & after your check out. The staff is so kind, to the front desk, Maintenance, Cleaning Crew & Management. I love how the beds you can change the color of the Lighting. There are plugs for your phone & a locker to store your stuff. Also a bar to hang socks or a Towel. They have a huge lounge area where you can chill or work & a kitchen. Pretty big kitchen, great way to save $ while traveling! Bathrooms are always clean & always hot water. They have events throughout the week which is great for connecting with new people. You can tell the staff is like family here & genuine souls! Definitely suggest checking out this Hostel when traveling to London! My next trip into London, I’ll definitely be staying here. 💚

Séjour dans le cadre d'un voyage d'affaires en solitaire en Novembre dernier (16-23/11/22). L'Angleterre et Londres étaient une première pour moi. J'ai donc été réassurée par l'accueil chaleureux reçu. Appartement confortable, équipé (exception faite : un sèche-cheveux et une casserole n'aurait pas été de refus). Je pense qu'il s'agissait d'une résidence, quoi qu'il en soit si vous souffrez d'allergies alimentaires, l'appartement est suffisamment fonctionnel pour vous concocter des mets de qualité (grille-pain, planche à découper en ”marbre”, cuisinière, bouilloire, four à micro-onde, four, frigo et j'en passe) Emplacement idéal (1 arrêt de métro sépare l'hôtel et la gare King's Cross St. Pancras) , arrêt de bus à moins de 3 min à pied sur l'avenue ”Hillmarton Rd” (pour ceux qui souhaiteraient monter à bord du fameux bus rouge), commerces/fast food à proximité si fringales de minuit ou autre... Un service de nettoyage a été réalisé 2x/semaine si je ne me trompe pas. Top! Personnel très poli et discret. Mention spéciale : je tenais encore à remercier l'un des membres tout particulièrement pour m'avoir porter assistance ”émotionnellement” après avoir fait une crise d'allergie (minime mais présente). Il s'est rendu disponible et à l'écoute. Merci Points - : L'armoire située dans ma chambre n'était pas fixée, en cause cela occasionnait du bruit lorsque je me déplaçait dans l'appartement ou alors s'il y avait des travaux. Travaux à proximité ou dans l'hôtel ?? 2 jours seulement durant mon séjour. Mauvaise isolation des fenêtres ; j'ai habituellement le sommeil lourd mais le le changement du lieu d'endormissement fait que j'étais plus sensible au bruit des sirènes ( occasionné par les secours ou le personnel de nuit qui ramasse les poubelles) c'était dérangeant... La route qui conduit à l'hôtel n'est pas lisse, l'hôtel n'est pas en cause mais attention tout de même aux roulettes de vos valises !! Bon séjour à vous

I stay with the IHG group every week and one hotel stay rolls into another. However tonight's stay deserves a positive review thanks to young man on reception called Joshua. I arrived at the hotel extremely early, just after 14:00 and understandly my room was not yet ready. Joshua gave me a drinks voucher and set me up in the downstairs bar / restaurant. It's comfy and quiet down there and I was able to get on with some work. Once my room was ready I discovered that I had been upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Then later in the evening Joshua was kind enough to bring me up a fan along with a key that allowed him to open the windows. So often you're just another number, but not tonight. Joshua was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will use this hotel as often as possible and recommend it to others.

The hotel is situated very conveniently within a 10 minute walk to Hounslow Central Underground so very convenient for Heathrow Airport.The hotel offers budget accommodation so no frills but the rooms are small but clean and comfortable no tea or coffee making facilities but next to a Tesco Express which you can get Costa Express and any essentials.The hotel offers a continental breakfast which Is normally £8.95 but mine was included with the room rate of £41 for a night.The hotel is situated near the town centre with plenty of eateries around so for the price,the location,and the convenience of the airport its well worth it.The reception staff very friendly and welcoming overall excellent service would definitely recommend and stay again when I need to be near the airport
