Hotel berhampiran St Pancras Railway Station, London

Honestly, I expected more from this hostel. Firstly, to get to the reception area you need to go up the stairs — and I had a heavy 20 kilo bag on me with no one to assist. There I was told the lift wasn’t working either so I had to carry it upstairs to my room… The reception run out of shower gel/shampoo when I asked them for it, the vending machine was also working funny and the staff member couldn’t say what was wrong with it or assist. The room didn’t have enough power sockets: only a couple in very inconvenient places (e.g next to the sink by the window) where you couldn’t leave your stuff on a short cord. The bed only had 2 USB ports and to be fair neither of them worked well, I had to hold them to a certain angle for the devices to charge, couldn’t even leave something charging for the night. The beds lack a curtain, but that’s more of a personal preference. And finally, the bathroom on my floor was out of service throughout my stay so I (and everyone else on my floor who uses female bathrooms) had to use the one on another floor, making it super crowded both morning and evening. My personal towel got stolen/taken away by cleaning (I don’t really know which of the two), and this is extremely weird considering it had red hair dye stains on it — who would need one?? On the good side: walking distance to King’s Cross and a decent breakfast. Other than that it’s a no from me

Localização: O hostel fica em uma excelente localização, próximo da estação Lambeth North, comércios variados aos arredores e é possível ir andando aos principais pontos turísticos de Londres, entre eles: Big Ben, London Eye, Westminster Abbey... Estrutura: A local é bem conservado, logo na entrada possui um pub bem aconchegante, onde também servem lanches e petiscos e há uma pequena área externa com mesas. Nos andares superiores encontram-se os dormitórios e os banheiros compartilhados (1 por andar). Comodidades: O hostel não possui elevador, que pode ser um problema para quem chega com muitas malas, os lockers dos dormitórios são muito pequenos (no meu caso coube apenas uma mochila média), mas para resolver este problema o hostel disponibiliza de um local para guardar as demais bagagens sem custo adicional. Os dormitórios são pequenos, portanto quando está lotado, se torna um problema para se locomover. Não há ar condicionado ou ventilador, somente sistema de aquecimento, nos dias que fiquei na cidade estava calor e os quartos ficavam muito abafados já que a ventilação natural não era suficiente. As camas eram confortáveis, tinham tomadas e saídas USB em todas as camas, no entanto não haviam cortinas e iluminação individual (para quem se hospeda em hostels, sabe que isso faz a diferença). Os banheiros são espaçosos e eram mantidos limpos na medida do possível, pois não faz sentido esperar o espaço impecável já que é compartilhado, principalmente nos horários de maior movimentação. O hostel não possui cozinha compartilhada. Conclusão: Apesar dos detalhes apontados, voltaria a me hospedar novamente, o conforto e a estrutura oferecidos pelo hostel e a localização são compatíveis com o valor pago.

Needed a Bed after working In Very Wet n Windy Conditions at London Stadium. paid £11 so not expecting much . slept solid for 10 hours Nice soft pillows Very large rooms with high ceilings. The Pub below is very artistic still has a 19th Century feel all Staff Very Nice Damien behind Bar very passionate about his job also the Young Lady checked me in. Would recommend this as a basic stay in SW1 .

Our room was lovely and the hotel is situation right within the west gate shopping centre, so very convenient if this is what you’re visiting for. Air con was good and the bathroom was a decent size. The hotel has lots of amenities but we didn’t really use then on this visit. I’d stay here again for the convenience and comfort. All great except for a rather rude member of staff who wouldn’t check us out as she was adamant we hadn’t paid (we had when booking). No apology was made until another staff member stepped in to resolve the situation with a lot more professionalism

Fantastic place to stay if looking for budget option solo or as a couple in London. Very comfortable, modern, clean rooms. Very good WiFi, excellent staff (Vineet and Deep extremely helpful lovely and accommodating). Rooms are obviously small as this is a capsule hotel but really great experience if you’re looking for somewhere to lay your head when in London.

Comfortable stay in a relatively recently refurbished room. Room was quiet, heating worked well in winter, shower was powerful. Car park plenty of spaces. Location next to A2 is great if driving, plus 10-15min walk to Bexley train station for overground train to central London. Breakfast buffet was adequate, although coffee could be better. Would be ideal if trip could do a deal so IHG Rewards status recognition & points earning was available.

Last minute reservation due to a flight delay causing unexpected overnight stop. Booked on trip.com, arrived to the hotel about 10 minutes later. The bar had great options and staff were friendly. Great room, all needs met!
