Perfect location to casually stroll to the sanctuary. We were greeted with a smile and everyone at the hotel were friendly. We decided to eat at the hotel with a demi- pension. The food was nice and they allowed us to bring our small French Bulldog as long as he was behaved. We plan to stay there again soon.

Great well priced hotel in a great location. We had a room with a view and the view is stunning. The rooms are fairly basic but very clean with great en suite bathroom and excellent shower. FANTASTIC reception staff, they were so very helpful to us both before and during our visit, can't thank them enough for being such lovely people.

Visited this hotel with my mum and a friend, staff are lovely, polite and professional. They speak multiple languages, Italian, French and English fluently. Rooms comfortable but no tea and coffee facilities. Great location to Sanctuary and gift shops. Breakfast was plentiful and worth the money, however dinner lacked variety in meals and was often cold.

Rooms were very clean and the mountain and canal view was awesome. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly.Our next trip to Lourdes will be the same hotel again price was very reasonable.Fresh towels and toiletries everyday and rooms got cleaned everyday.The Grotto is 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Stayed here with extended family for two night visit. Great location near the Grotto and town centre. Rooms are clean and staff are very helpful. Rooms are quite small. We didn't eat at the hotel. Breakfast is basic but again good value for the overall package.

Really friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable bed and nice view of the sanctuary. Great location. 2 minute walk from the sanctuary and grotto. Wifi not great in room and would have liked tea and coffee making in room. Very good breakfast.

Good central hotel, within a few meters away from Lourdes sanctuary, shops, eateries nearby.public transport available on certain months of the year. Advice to check ! We did not eat at the hotel,as we like to explore local cuisine.Lots of souvenir outlets available.

A highly recommended hotel just a few meters away from the main Bridge. Nice and clean rooms with all you need, Good breakfast, and above all friendly staff. We all liked it and would surely not mind staying there once again. Thanks

Sebbene le camere e il cibo siano risultati di buona qualità, devo segnalare che in questa struttura, sia nella sala mensa sia nel bar viene tenuta l'aria condizionata a una temperatura che, definirla da cella frigorifera, è riduttivo. Uno sbalzo di almeno 15 gradi tra l'esterno, con la partecipazione ai diversi momenti di preghiera e la temperatura elevata, e l'interno è veramente eccessivo e può portare, come avvenuto, a problemi di salute.
