Hotel Mewah di Barcelonès

"When I continued to make extension at the hotel at seven in the morning, the front desk said that there was no problem. As a result, at 12 noon, we were told that we needed to change rooms urgently, so we hastily put the trunk lid on, and the front desk told us that they would send all the details to the new room completely. I also specially told the front desk that maybe we missed some small items in the room. Because they gave us too much time, please help us check the missing items. They readily agreed. After returning home from the trip, we opened the luggage rack, and all the souvenirs I bought at Sagrada Familia Cathedral disappeared, which was really very sad.The service of the hotel makes people feel very confused, and every staff has no idea about the process."

"Recently stayed at this hotel and i can gladly say i have loved it and it is a very aesthetically pleasing hotel. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Location is not city centre but it is about 15-20 min out depending on where you go, i used uber to go everywhere and this cost about 10€ - 20€. I was disappointed because two days before my trip i was made aware that i had to pay a 400€ deposit or a 800€ deposit which was also made unclear on their website. I wish they had made this more clear. To make this clear for everyone else , it is 100€ per night with a credit card and 200€ per night with debit card. At the end of the stay we still had to pay for a 40€ city tax. Considering we already payed alot for this hotel, having to pay a high amount of deposit is ridiculous. They do have a spa, but not included with the hotel so you have to pay an extra 40€ which i also thought it was quite upsetting. Everything else was great and very nicely equipped with everything we needed."

"Excellent stay! Everything was perfect — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, check-in was smooth, and communication with the staff was friendly and helpful. The room had all essentials for a pleasant stay, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail and warm atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!"

"I love the view here and the bar is so good. We enjoyed the FIFA World Cup here and it was so amazing with the big screen. The location is good and there’s a supermarket nearby. Highly recommended to stay here! And it’s so close to the airport so it’s convenient"

"One of the bigger room concept in Europe, and definitely the best stay. Might not be the most strategic location as it’s not in the main district like Passeig De Gracia / Eixample, but if you’re arriving or departing via high speed railway from anywhere else in Spain, it’s definitely a good location! I’d choose a big room & travel to the main street via subway than staying in the busy streets. To me, Location 100/10 Amenities 100/10 Hospitality 100/10 Rooftop Bar 1000/10 (BEST ROOFTOP IN BCN)!!!! Highly recommend & def back here soon!"

"The location is perfect, with excellent security and within walking distance of major tourist attractions like Casa Batlló. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and I really loved it. The shampoo and conditioner provided were also very good, which was a nice bonus. The only downside was the smell from the shower drain—it became unpleasant after using the shower. However, aside from that issue, everything else was great. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend this place."

"As a 5 Star Hotel...No One attending the Main door upon my arrival. I have to carry all my luggages to the Lobby. Only 2 desk at Reception....without anyone around attend most of the time. No One answer the Phone in reception and Bell Captain. I have to run down to the lobby and find someone to attend to my request. Breakfast...services is good,,,,, but I ordered 2 Sunny Shine eggs takes 15 Minutes and is 200 Pct over cook. Conclusion..after all my experience with Inter-Con Barcelona..I Certainly will not recommend to any of my associates or Family staying in that hotel in the future."

"Had a wonderful stay at Ohla Eixample in Barcelona! The hotel is stylish, modern, and perfectly located for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the rooftop pool and terrace were amazing after a day of sightseeing. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Our stay at the Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona was truly a highlight of our time in Spain. While the hotel is stunning, the level of care we received made all the difference. Sofia, the Guest Relations Manager, was not only incredibly friendly but also genuinely helpful and proactive throughout our visit. The outstanding attention and the service we received, largely thanks to Sofia and her team, led us to happily extend our stay in Barcelona. This level of personal care is rare and truly reflects a 5-star standard. Thank you, Majestic, and especially Sofia, for an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this hotel!"

Altamente recomendado. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
