Ulasan Hostal Palacio Luna

The location is great, just a short walk from the commercial street. There are three entrances to the hotel, which makes it quite safe. The facilities are simple, at the budget hotel level.

The staff at the counter can speak Chinese and are friendly. I arrived early and they kindly let me store my luggage. The restaurant is not far from popular attractions. Dining is nearby and shopping is convenient. Recommended. I will stay here next time.

The hotel is located in the bustling city center, surrounded by complete facilities, dining, transportation, and shopping are very convenient. The hotel is run by a Chinese family, so communication is easy. The square in front of the door is under repair. I believe the environment will be better once it is repaired. There is a barber shop downstairs, also run by a Chinese. What's more frustrating is that my wife had her hair washed there the night before we left and left a yellow scarf behind. We found it during dinner and when we got back to the shop, it was closed. The next day, I called the shop on the departing train and asked them to help mail it to our next travel city, but they replied that they had never tried this and there was no response afterwards.

The location is excellent. There is a subway station within a few minutes' walk, and Sol Plaza in the city center is a 10-minute walk away. There is a Carrefour 24-hour supermarket opposite. The room is clean, well-equipped, and the front desk has a great attitude. There is a police station downstairs, which is quite safe.

It was so clean and friendly. The location is good too. However, reception hours are 1030~1900. The water pressure is a bit weak and the sound insulation is poor. Still, if I come to Madrid again, I want to stay here again.🙃
