Hotel berhampiran Parque Madrid Río, Madrid

location is good. near the centre. staff is very kind and good. they help everything. but rooms is very bad. toilet has not door, water is everywhere when you wash. here is not any space for clothes.

미친 위치. 만약 아토차역을 이용해야할일이 있다? 그럼 완전 강추. 솔광장과 마요르광장이 도보로 20분?정도 걸어야하지만 여행할 때 그정도야 먼것도 아니죠. 레이나소피아미술관은 바로 뒤에 있고 티센미술관도 너무 가깝고 최고.. 최고!

Stayed one full week in Madrid and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel was recently opened and had a special musical touch to it, located right in the center of Madrid by Plaza Mayor and Sol. Rooms are well appointed spacious, and quality amenities ,beautiful rooftop terrace and even though the hotel has a theatre/concert venue you will not hear much! Many artists usually perform at the famous theater venue in the lobby which adds a fun vibe to the experience . However I really need to highlight the staff especially Maria Garcia one of the managers a true professional and did all she can for me to enjoy this experience, always there to help and assist making sure my experience is top notch. Tania the guest experience manager was extraordinary, knew all the answers to my questions and recommend great restaurants, found the perfect transfers to take me to the football stadium, and more. She is a superstar Also wanted to mention Alvaro front office manager, always smiling and accommodating! Bravo!

I have stayed in many hostels before but at TOC it was the first time I stayed in a shared room ( female only). I was a bit worried as I didn't know what to expect but it turned out great. The hostel is awesome, has friendly staff and is the most modern hostel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were quite nicely soundproofed as you couldn't hear much from the hallways as it is usual for other hostels. In my 6 bed female room, we had 2 toilets, 2 sinks, and 2 showers - it was enough. :) I will be coming back, definitely!

Hotel con aspecto antiguo en el mobiliario pero muy bien situado y limpio. Nos tocó una habitación que hace esquina en la planta y era bastante grande. En las plantas superiores tienen vistas al Maradero y Madrid Río. Tiene cerca un centro comercial con restaurantes, tiendas y un supermercado. La única pega? La nevera no enfriaba mucho.

The location of the hotel is perfect, a walking distance from the city center. The staff is friendly and supportive and breakfast is also ok. The towels are not changed daily and you don’t get amenities like hair drier and slippers in the room. Before arriving I read that neighborhood was very noisy but it’s not true. But overall I recommend if you are searching for a budget stay in Madrid.

El día 03/4 arribamos a Madrid con mí esposa siendo el destino de estadía el Hotel Puerta de Toledo, llegamos a las 5.40 hs aprox al llegar nos recibe una persona de sexo masculino que se encontraba de turno en ese horario, quisimos ingresar por una puerta giratoria que creíamos estaba habilitada , lo cual nos dice que ingresemos por una puerta corrediza lateral automática. Una vez dentro del hotel y mientras yo me ocupaba de presentar la documentación correspondiente , mí esposa se adentra aún más al interior del hall de entrada frente a la puerta de los ascensores donde se encuentra un asiento circular , mí esposa en todo momento contuvo su mochila agarrada de ambos lados y al hacer un ademán quitándose la misma de un lado de su brazo para quit**** la campera y sosteniendo con su otra mano la mochila intentando apoyar la misma sobre el asiento para poder terminar de quit**** su abrigo , es ahí donde suceden los hechos y , en término de segundos siente una estampida de una persona que logra visualizar ( varón, alto , delgado ,tez blanca) que desde más adentro del interior del hotel arremete en forma violenta , a tal punto de sustraerle la mochila de su mano y con la misma velocidad salta pisando los asientos y huye velozmente hacia el exterior del hotel , saliendo por la misma puerta corrediza automática. En ese momento y debido al shock y el impacto violento mí esposa entra en un estado de shock produciendole una crisis de nervios . Al hacer el reclamo a esta persona encargada que nos había recibido, nos dice que ellos no pueden llamar a la policía porque solamente intervienen en casos de extrema violencia y no de hurtos o arrebatos restándole totalmente importancia al hecho!! , por lo que no quedaba alternativa de hacer la denuncia policial en forma personal , a esa hora de madrugada ,no conociendo nada , con el cansancio y frío y despues de 12 hs de viaje. Es por esto que queremos repudiar la actitud DESCORTES, INDOLENTE y DESCONSIDERADA con la que actuó el Sr de de la recepción lo cual solicitamos a la empresa que tome medidas al respecto de esta persona ya que su actitud nos hizo sospechar una franca complicidad con personas extrañas que ingresan y que operan SUSTRAYENDO! y/o ARREBATANDO! pertenencias a los turistas.Cabe aclarar que en la cámara de seguridad del interior del hotel quedaron grabados el suceso relatado . No obstante las viscicitudes de las mismas viviendo esta situación dramática, al volver de realizar la denuncia correspondiente ,esta persona ya no estaba en la recepción del hotel, encontrándose en su lugar la Srta Sandra Zimerman lo cual destacamos su labor y predisposición ya que al tomar conocimiento de los hechos automáticamente se puso a disposición nuestra tratando de tranquilizarnos como también de ofrecernos el asesoramiento y la ayuda en todo momento , para tratar de realizar las gestiones personales correspondientes. Realmente

Hotel ok, sniadania jak na 4* hotel nie bylyzbyt smacznem jajecznica smakowala jak z proszku. Poza tym ogolnie ok, chociaz osobiscie powiedzialbym ze to 3 gwiazdkowy hotel bo do 4 duzo mu brakuje. Przy zameldowaniu nie otrzymalismy informacji o ktorej jest sniadanie i gdzie, trzeba bylo samemu sie dowiadywac.

I booked this property mostly due to the access to the pool. Much to my dismay on check-in, I was told that the pool only opened from June 1 - Sept 30. This wasn't stated on the 3rd party site. The mattress was rock hard! For the first time in my life I had to place a pillow under my hips in the middle of my first night as the surface was too painful. Aside from that, the rooms are large, clean and the hotel is well-maintained. The fitness room was also well-appointed. The hotel is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, mostly residential.

We stayed for six nights, including breakfast. Hotel is with ten minutes walking distance of the hotel, less than fives minutes to the metro and less than five minutes to the bus stop for the hop-on-hop-off bus - so this is a very well located place to stay. Breakfast is very good - lots of choice including nice fruit, then cold meats, hot choices, and great pastries. We do wish there were more waiters to clear the plates away. However, the breakfast also catered very well for dietary requirements and provided gluten free bread and pastries each morning - this was much appreciated. On arrival we were given one of the recently refurbished bedrooms on the 3rd floor - but there was no storage space, no wardrobe, only open-plan hanging space - this is not very nice - so we asked for a room change and got one with a wardrobe. More hangers needed though! The rooftop sun terrace is ok - there’s a large jacuzzi (not actually working very well) but it was somewhere to go and relax. More shade needed though, may be more umbrellas are needed. Overall the hotel was very clean. Reception was efficient. Would we stay again - yes (as long as we have a bedroom with enough storage). Also there’s no English TV channels which should be improved upon.
