The bus service to and from the kaba was sub-average. One of the bus drivers was really good and punctual. The other guy was horrible. The staff at the reception didnt really have a clue about when the buses arrive/leave. I had booked a room with a king size bed, and when i arrived, i was told that i would be given a room with two smaller beds which would be joined. It took me sometime after talking to the duty manager to get that changed. This is my first time at the holiday in, and im not sure if all the rooms are this big, but the room i got was huge. Much bigger that the average room size in Makkah. The hotel over all was quite nice.

This is my 6 time in this hotel but this time I have decided to not comeback to this hotel again just because of the receptionist rude behaviour. The Girl Receptionist khan one of the rudest people I have met in my life. I arrived at the hotel little early around 5am and I told them I am going to perform umrah and I will comeback around 12pm to hotel and I am with 1 years old infant please let me check in. In the morning they told me that the room will be ready by 10 am so no need to be worried. After performing the umrah I went to the hotel at 12pm and I asked for the room but the receptionist khan is speak very rudely with me and told me to cancel my booking and leave the hotel or wait for 4 hours. I told her in the morning I was told the room will be ready by 10am but she didn’t replied back. I was very shocked that they are giving room other people but not me and when I ask for refund she said no refund so I now I don’t have any option and just I have to wait. I wait for two hours and then finally I got chance to meet with Hotel Manager Mr Eda maybe mistake in name but he is bald and he finally help us to check in. Now I want to ask questions why so rude people on Reception ? Why she is not letting me to go room when there is other people are going ? My family is suffering from all this and my child is sleeping in Reception lounge sofa.

Great hotel with great rooms and amenities. 24 hr shuttle service to Haram Sharif. Buses leave on regular basis. Everytime we wanted to go to Haram, a bus was waiting. Friendly staff, great breakfast, definitely worth opting for when selecting a room. We stayed at Tower 4 which has all the restaurants, hence breakfast was very easy to get too. 3 restaurants serving breakfast, so if one is full, they move guests to the other restaurants. Rooms were great. We had rooms with two double bed and three single beds. Double bed for someone like us from USA is equivalent to California king bed and single beds are the size of twin beds. Impressive cabinetry space in the room however, not enough room for luggage bags if you have more than two large bags and a hand carry. Clean bathrooms with all amenities. We had to request house keeping to have our main room cleaned. The second room with three single beds never got cleaned. So rooms are not automatically cleaned on daily basis. We stayed for three nights.

We stayed at the hotel for 12 amazing days. The staffs were very welcoming and always attentive to our needs. The receptionists are always here to help with any of your issues. Be it laundry, housekeeping, payment, anything. Aadil from housekeeping did great cleaning jobs throughout our stay. Regular free shuttle to Masjid Al Haram really enhances your visit for swalat or even shopping etc. Note that you can wash your clothes and sun dry it on the roof. Bring your own cords. Two nights stay was just great; attentive but not intrusive staff made the difference. Miss Nehal and her colleagues at the reception, management and restaurants are among the best Marriot brands staff I have ever seen. Arrived too early for the usual check in but was treated in the best way with minimum waiting and an upgrade. The location near the HARAM is just great and the view from the 21st floor restaurant is awesome Wide variety of delicious food at breakfast and dinner time with highly courteous staff and good looking smiling faces every where . Some facelift is needed in the rooms though Thank you all Dr A Hawwari Titanium member

Segala-galanya sangat baik kecuali makanan yang dibentangkan untuk sarapan pagi. Kami tinggal di sini 2 tahun yang lalu dan makanan masih sama. Lebih baik jika pihak hotel boleh memperbaikinya.

Disyorkan untuk keluarga. Hotep mempunyai lobi sendiri yang ditetapkan jadi kami tidak perlu berurusan dengan orang ramai dari tetamu hotel Menara Jam.

Le Meridien tower is the best hotel in Makkah . The manager Ahmed Shaker is very hospitable and kind person.I stay 4 times in Le Meridien. Tower no 4 , Tower no 5 and Tower no 8. all towers are good. Managment. Service anf price all excellent. Hotel rooms , bath rooms and kitchen big and clean When i come Makkah i will stay in le meridien LE MERIDIEN IS EXCELLENT

حجزت الفندق لإقامة الوالد والوالدة خلال أدائهم العمرة في شهر رمضان .. وتركتهم في الفندق بمفردهم لمدة 5 أيام .. وكان مستوى التعاون من قبل فريق العمل داخل الفندق أكثر من رائع. وأخص بالشكر الأخوة المسؤولين عن المطاعم والأستاذ رضا شعبان مدير الأغذية والمشروبات بالفندق على تعاونه الدائم معهم هو وفريق عمله المميزين. تجربة جعلت الفندق اختيار الأول دائما عند زيارة مكة. شكراً لكم
