Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Malaka

The staff at Kayana were all very polite, courteous and helpful. Each and everyone never fail to greet you when they see you. Service was tip top. Pool has some dust/sand particles and insects sometimes but it’s near a beach so maybe that’s why. Location is near the harbour and has direct access to beach which can also be accessed by the public. Good if you are planning to travel to Gili Islands. However outside the villa there is nothing much, will have to drive to go to nearest restaurant and not easy to get taxi. We had a driver who brought us everywhere. The Blues Restaurant in the villa was sufficient for us - served good food, very affordable too and overlooks beautiful view especially at sunset. The inclusive breakfast was also worth it. Have to mention that the villa is very near a mosque and the calls to prayer starts as early as 5am. We did not mind it at all though. Overall Kayana made our stay in Lombok an amazing one!

Very sure this is the best hotel in Senggigi, or even in Lombok, both by service and design. Make sure to try the swimming pool, and go to the beach club down below. There’s also a gallery that sell stuff like bikinis, hats, sandals, etc, at a very reasonable price. Kudos to the developer and management.

Bintang mutlak lokasi ini dalam kakitangan dan tahap perkhidmatan. Perkhidmatan yang bukan sahaja bertindak balas kepada keperluan anda tetapi meramalkannya, mencadangkan (tanpa pencerobohan) peluang yang anda tidak pernah fikirkan. Kakitangan tempatan yang benar-benar hebat adalah asas percutian hebat saya di sini. Kemudahan (kedua-dua di dalam bilik dan di hotel secara lebih meluas) sangat baik, mempunyai semua yang anda perlukan. Segala-galanya berfungsi dengan sempurna, sentiasa bersih. Lokasi yang hebat, dengan bukan hanya pantai di depan pintu anda, tetapi snorkeling akan mendedahkan karang dan ikan yang menakjubkan hanya beberapa meter dari pantai. Anda akan melihat matahari terbenam di atas lautan dan di belakang Bali setiap petang. Saya mengembara seorang diri, menginap selama 11 malam. Saya memerlukan percutian yang tenang, santai dan memulihkan dan ini sangat sesuai untuk saya. Hotel ini akan menjadi hebat untuk pasangan serta keluarga dan kumpulan rakan-rakan.

Its a good hotel, very calm and spacious. I can hear the wave very clearly because I choose beachfront. The view is beautiful. Breakfast is also nice. You can order go-food if you want. When you play around the beach, local people always come to you to sell the things, for me who what ”me time”, its a little bit annoying. I know they are struggling because of pandemic, but......

Het resort was super op orde! Hele mooie en vooral schone kamers, bed was heerlijk. Het eten bij het restaurant was echt heerlijk en buiten dat ook heel erg goedkoop. De 5 sterren hebben ze aan alles te danken, maar vooral het personeel, super lieve mensen en hielpen mij met alles.

L’hôtel se situe en pleine nature. La plage est juste en face. Très bon petit déjeuner et hôtes adorables.
