Desde el primer momento en que llegamos al hotel, fueron muy cálidos con nosotros . La recepcionista hablaba español y en todo momento nos atendió con mucha amabilidad , nos asesoró,nos recomendó tours y estuvo al pendiente de todas nuestras necesidades. Yo me enfermé y Julith, Jasmin y Eli me ayudaron a conseguir medicamentos en las farmacias. Estuvieron al pendiente siempre .me cuidaron y resolvieron dudas . Me quedó encantada con las atenciones de los chicos de recepción, buenas instalaciones en el hotel . Llevamos nuevos amigos de aquí. Muy bella la ciudad y sus atractivos turísticos. Sin duda, valió la pena viajar desde Guadalajara, Jalisco,México a la ciudad de Manaus, Brasil.

10min drive from the center. Lovely hotel Rooms facing the pool are the best. Great amenities: pool, tennis court, gym, well maintained grounds…. Generally good service, Fabiola was great. Very nice ,friendly atmosphere during the weekend, with fegeoada , excellent buffets ( lunch and dinner), live music. Breakfast is fabulous

O hotel quando abriu era excelente Fico a quase 01 ano, quase todos os meses no hotel. Mas esta semana fiquei extremamente desapontada. Fui tomar banho segunda feira as 08:30 da manhã e não tinha água quente (a moça da recepção me disse que ia lugar aquela hora) isso pq as pessoas que vem a trabalho saem mais cedo pra trabalhar. Outra decepção foi o café, que até então era muito bom, e houve uma redução muito gta de de itens e os itens que tinham eram reaproveitados com cara de velho, além de não ter ovos que até então tinha todos os dias. No jantar o prato de costelinha com tambaqui que sempre como foi requentado e a banana assada veio uma 1/4 parte do padrão. As pessoas tentam reduzir custos mas acabam perdendo clientes e infelizmente na próxima não ficarei mais neste hotel.

After the drought in the Amazon cut our 9 day camping tour short, we found Mural Living as a last minute accommodation for a shower, wi-fi, and air conditioning. Over the next few days, it became our home as we scrambled to find another tour operator. The hotel is centrally located, clean, and feels like home. We loved the hot showers, the quick service requests, all the kindness shown when communicating with me in my awful Portuguese, and the general low key vibe of the place. We ended up staying 3 nights, each morning coming down and asking to stay another night but keeping the same room. They so kindly obliged. I'm a huge fan of this hotel and whole-heartedly recommend it for others. It'll feel like a home away from home.

Sempre me hospedo com eles, e sem dúvidas, pra mim é o melhor.

Bilik itu sama seperti dalam gambar, katil dan bantal yang sangat selesa. Pemandangan hebat dari balkoni bilik dan dari kolam renang. Terdapat sedikit miskomunikasi antara kakitangan sama ada sauna atau jakuzi berfungsi (tidak juga). Pelbagai sarapan pagi yang enak juga.

O lugar é bonito e bem localizado, quartos são pequenos. Não tem frigobar nos quartos e durante minha estadia não teve serviço de quarto para limpeza do mesmo
