Tout est bon, rien à dire . Le personnel est impeccable, un service à la clientèle hors paire. Je suis très surpris par la qualité du management et le service aux clients. Les sœurs et frères qui sont à la réception sont très attentifs, respectueux gardant toujours le sourire et prêtent pour répondre à vos doléances. Il suffit juste un petit message dans leur groupe Whaspp et en quelques secondes vous aurez ce que vous désirez. Le café gratuit, le chocolat Swiss, le petit déjeuner, bref … rien à dire. Merci à tout le monde. Je retournerai in sha Allah .

the hotel was super nice, beautiful hotel especially price/ quality. We spent a long weekend for my birthday. The staff was super nice and friendly. It was probably the best breakfast buffet I ever had. the pool was amazing. We had a room on with a view on the pool. The room was ok. Overall it was a very nice stay at Movenpick Marrakech. The hotel is located in Hivernage, to walk to the medina is approximately max 30 min. by taxi 5 min.

When arrived at the reception the booking number was not registered on the their system, they asked me to fill in a paper form with my details and I had to wait for 15 minutes to check in.

All staff are very kindly. We booked the room as half board, dinner menu and breakfast are very very local special and tasty. Only we have a problem for the internet connection. We can’t connect with online from any rooms and have to move to the lobby….I would like to visit there again very soon

We're part of a tour group and got the worst rooms I suppose. A few of us got rooms with poor or faulty air-conditioning. Made complaints . 1 room checked out as hotel refuses an upgrade even tho the guest wanted v to pay for it. My room after an hour of ,v they brought in a fan which made it even hotter. Finally someone came in to check and confirmed the air con was faulty. So we moved to another room with no offer of help to assist with our luggages. Then the new room mini bar was out of order! By v then we were too tired to bother. When we asked for ice, it came quick which was appreciated. We asked for extra water and housekeeping sent it asap. 2 other rooms also had to change due to aircom. Also the beds were so thin I could feel the spring while sleeping. Was not a comfy sleep. Hotels needs to refurb.

C’est la deuxième fois et je suis très contente , Je suis une personne terriblement maniaque Et dans cette hôtel j’étais très satisfaite de tout les services De l’arrivée aux départs . Si il y’a quelque chose à dire !!! Pour moi il serait la distinction de qualité supérieure.

All the reviews were right! We cannot fault the staff who were all attentive and charming. The hotel throughout was spotless. Cleanliness was 100%. The food was very good, really excellent quality and varied. Plenty of sunbeds and great activities.

Nice trip with mostly good service.. we had a very nice time in this Riad ( our first experience of a Riad). I will list the negative points first. We booked this holiday through Easyjet after our original hotel booking had to be changed. We did not realise the room was budget room no 13 ..1st floor. The room was dark, the Tv did not work as there was an issue with the Satellite for the whole of our trip.. the beds were very hard and the room was very small with little storage for clothes. We pre ordered an evening meal however we did not receive our tea/coffee and the waiter ignored us and went to sit and chat with his friends on another table. The lack of English by the staff was an problem. The breakfast tea ( mint) was not nice it was over stewed. We booked treatments in the SPA and the booking was incorrectly taken. Thus the result was a foot massage instead of a head massage, although this was still charged for. The booking times were also altered from 90 minutes to 60 minutes without consulting with me.. The matter was brought to the attention of the manager but he did not seem interested. Issue with currency and use of card. This initially was a problem as the hotel did not offer a conversion service and seemed reluctant to accept card. We had to walk into the center to find a conversion shop and queue for 30 minutes. One final issue,, we were concerned for the welfare of the street cats some of whom had eye issues possibly cat flu. While we did not see any cruelty directly towards these beautiful creatures we were upset at how they seem to be ignored and barely tolerated.... it is worth noting that we are all deserving of kindness and medical treatment. Positive points. The air con was excellent, there was little noise at night only the call to prayers at 5.25 in the mornings. The night manager did provide us with blankets to improve the quality of the beds. We could pay the bill using Credit card. We received a nice mint tea and biscuits when we arrived with a detailed map. The Berber evening meal was interesting as was the lunch. The Riad settling was very pretty and cool. There were sunbeds to sit out on to catch some sun if needed. We had a fantastic 3 hour walking guide around the old city which was amazing. There was plenty of water for showers and the Riad was very clean. there were also 2 very friendly puss cats in the hotel.

At first me and my partner were happy with the hotel, the rooms were a bit dated and lacked basic amenities like coffee and tea stations but we made due, the first couple of days were fine but towards the end of our trip is when the cracks started to show, the food is nearly the same every day with very little change, this wouldn't be an issue however it appears food gets refused, with bread and cakes being stale and hard even though it's ”fresh”. Hygiene isn't a massive issue as cleaners go round every morning cleaning, but when it comes to the restaurant, it becomes a issue, though not through the staff, a lot of guests seemed to be picking food up with there hands, especially the children, with parents and staff letting it happen. There is a bad choice of drinks at the hotel, with only a couple of the menu, and any fizzy drinks being filled up though bottles, which resulted in some nights there being nothing to drink other than bottled water, which when paying the money that they ask for, it's pathetic. The entertainment is not bad, on the facebook page, the hotel posts videos and clips on foam parties, dancers and such things to that extent, but while we stayed, the entertainment consisted of the same quiz on 3 different nights, some folk music and a belly dancer who danced for 20 minutes and left, but the entertainers do try there very best with what they are given. The pool is very nice and large but not cleaned properly, with grime building up on the bottom of the pool, though I put this down to a lack of equipment rather than laziness, there is also a broken light hanging off the side in the pool which is very alarming! The sun umbrellas are broken too, with you needing to place rusty screws and nails in holes to hold them in place. The staff though are very friendly, are very engaging and are usually very happy to help, especially during quieter periods when they will bring drinks and snacks to you, which was very appreciated 👍. We had very mixed feelings in regards to our time here, and unfortunately I was very happy when it came to leaving.
