I was a frequent traveler prior to covid and now starting to travel again. I have stayed at this hotel in the past but was disappointed with this visit. I got to the hotel around 7:30 after a long day of traveling and work. When i arrived i was given a low floor and informed there are no upgrades. Diamond member for years and unsure when assigning rooms they would give Diamond members a higher floor. I asked for local restaurants recommendations and she said the restaurant in the hotel. I asked for other places around the area but wouldn’t recommend anything. I asked for a list of local places and she said she didn’t have a list. She told me if i drove there that i should go up the block, make a right and i would start seeing restaurants. So much for customer service. I decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. Mistake…. Was seated right away , but waited almost 15 minutes for the waitress to approach me. When she approached, there was no warm greeting, just “what can i get for you?” I asked how the salmon was and her response was “excellent “. The way it came across sounded like that would of been the same response for any of the items on the menu. It was decent but far from excellent. I asked for a dessert menu only to be told they don’t have one but have only two choices. Cheesecake or apple pie. She said both were “excellent “. LOL Apple pie comes out. It was heated in a microwave and nothing else on the plate. No whipped cream or ice cream and not an offer of any. Apple pie was just ok, far from excellent. While eating, she drops the check on the table without saying a word. Disappointing again with service and food The room is nice, bed is comfortable. Looks like they renovated since the last time i stayed there. Nice large flat screen TV. 2nd floor facing the front you heard some traffic noise Room no longer has a bar of soap which i find disappointing. I received my bill via email in the morning only to see that the 15 food credit was not applied. When leaving the hotel i checked out and informed them the bill was incorrect. He tells me that the credit is a manual process and he will apply it. If I didn’t ask would it have been applied?? Also no question of how was your stay? Again missing out on the customer service. While the room was nice i would have second thoughts about staying here. Shame as its the closest hilton to an office i will again be visiting more often

Came to the tri-state area for a few days and plucked a great rate on this hotel off Booking.com. The location is sorta out there, tucked behind a gym and a bagel shop in the middle of nowhere. Eat before you come since there's really nothing else around. The room itself was a really good value for the rate. It didn't have a fridge or microwave and the number of open ports for charging devices was lacking. Some of the outlets either didn't work at all or had shorts, in the room and bathroom. There was a mix up with housekeeping and our room wasn't cleaned the first night. When it was, the towels weren't replaced, which required a trip to the front desk. The workers weren't overly polite, but whatever. Parking was free and plentiful. The lobby had a microwave. The top-floor restaurant looked like the saddest place I'd ever visited, so we ate out each night. Complaints from other reviewers about noise from the restaurant didn't materialize for us. The wifi was swift. The ice machines are inoperable on many floors, so that's a minor issue. The in-room HVAC is louder than a tractor-trailer, but you'll probably sleep just fine. It's basically white noise after you get used to it. Lack of a fridge/microwave in room is my only complaint here and we likely coulda gotten that had we paid more, but had we paid more we likely woulda chosen a place that's not in the boondocks.
