Great location with nice luvly front desk staffs. Large kitchen area, with all kitchen utensils provided. Cleaning staffs does a great job by cleaning the kitchen twice a day or so. Definitely A1 location very centralised with lottsa eateries and shops around. Cheers!! LA

I recently stayed at Rydges Melbourne and found the room to be very comfortable, providing a relaxing and cozy space to unwind. The hotel itself is well-located in the heart of the city, which is convenient for exploring Melbourne. However, driving to the hotel during peak hours was quite a challenge due to heavy traffic, and the parking fees were very expensive, which added to the overall cost of the stay. For those traveling by car, this is something to consider. That said, if you’re not driving, it’s a great place to stay for its comfort and central location.

I booked this room with concerns because we had a brother/sister pair and the pictures showed WC and shower that had only frosted glass for privacy - something I really don’t get and seems to be some new fad in hotels nowadays, not just Ibis Melbourne Central. But glad that the staff were able to secure a room with privacy doors ahead of our stay.

The hotel is centrally located. You can access to Chinatown and Melbourne Central Station within 10 minutes. The room was cozy and had everything I needed. However, the view was not that good. My window faced right between two buildings. And basically it had no view at all. The other thing was the luggage storage. If you plan to store your luggage after checking out, make sure you collect your luggage back on the ground floor instead of the lobby (2/F) where you dropped your luggage.

It was one of my best stays ever in city of Melbourne CBD location location is what you need for your stay close to all Theatres and amazing restaurants……excellent food in Harry’s dining and Bar …..breakfast amazing selection .The accommodation was superb from the mattress to the pillows well appointed room …stocked mini bar and free bottled water ….Parking was easy and accessible to the hotel this is one Hotel you must try without hesitation. We were assigned with a room with small window and we can literally see the ppl at the next building. The people welcome us with chocolate cookie 🍪 😋. The room itself is nice and comfy.the location was good, with free tram bus stop within a few min walks. There are alot of food choices and supermarket around.the breakfast in hotel is almost same everyday. Can walk to yarra river to see beautiful view

Tempatnya okey. Saya mempunyai penginapan yang baik di dalam bilik saya. Mereka agak ketat dengan masa daftar keluar. Beberapa minit sebelum waktu daftar keluar pada pukul 11, kakitangan pergi ke bilik untuk mengingatkan saya bahawa saya perlu mendaftar keluar dan saya memintanya untuk beberapa minit kerana saya perlu mandi. Apabila saya kembali ke bilik, kad kunci saya tidak berfungsi lagi. Mereka sudah menguncinya untuk saya kerana masa daftar keluar. Saya tidak akan kembali ke asrama ini. Saya mempunyai sarapan pagi yang enak di Howm.

Jasper hotel is conveniently located just along Elizabeth St in front of Queen Vic Market. Love the convenience but the service reflected the change management. Jasper used to exude warmth and service staff demonstrated genuine care with personal touch to attending to your queries. Rooms were more comfy and well-maintained too. At arrival, my allocated first room had loud noises and first staff said I could sit outside the open balcony to enjoy the wind (it’s winter…). Do you enjoy having meals sitting outside windy balcony in the freezing cold weather? Second staff helped changed to a room but the shower facility is faulty. I just checked in and really wanted to have a proper decent shower. Informed the staff and was told the hotel just went through an upgrading renovation. After all the ordeal, I am thankful the third staff managed to change a more comfortable room the next day. I used to always promote Jasper hotel to my friends in the past. Now, I have to be more careful to share. I hope they will improve on their room maintenance at least.
