Went there 3 days to escape from my corona life in Tokyo. Picked the 3 days 3 types of room package so I can try out different rooms. ==== ROOMS ==== Room 1 - standard old design and no view. Totally don't recommend it. Pool side people are much louder Room 2 - deluxe Not bad, small pool with the room. Too small, can't really swim. But the public share pool is nicer and no one was there. Room 3 - Private Villa Finally a pretty nice one. Bigger size pool and bigger outside area to relax but bugs come in to the house. ==== AMENITIES ==== Nothing brand name. Glad that I brought my own. ==== HOTEL ==== Not stylish design, seems like it's an old hotel but changed owner. Pool is not bad. They don't have a private beach so when I went to the beach it was a bunch of loud kids came to play and I left. ==== SERVICE ==== Not bad, I think they are trying but I don't it's still not world resort standard. The pool, no one comes to serve you. You have to bring your own towels. Even I left, I don't see someone clean up. Also I think they need to have the staff to have better hygiene now especiall they wear masks all day and I can smell them even they wear the mask. ==== FOOD ==== BAD. The breakfast was bad, the french toast was microwave and too hot. The juice was not fresh squeezed. I tried 2 of their restaurants and also nothing special but expensive. Better go outside to eat regular food. ==== OVERALL ==== Not bad. And also not much choices in Miyako Island so I hope they will improve because i do want to visit again.

Globalement c’est un très bel hôtel tout neuf et propre. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant cependant très grosse déception. Déjà l’hôtel est au milieu d’une zone de travaux pas très jolie. Après 3 semaines de voyage fatiguant à travers le Japon nous avons décidé de venir à Miyakojima pour nous reposer et profiter du soleil. A notre arrivée on nous annonce que la piscine sera fermée le lendemain à cause de la météo (alors que celle-ci prévoyait un grand soleil), sans nous donner plus de précisions (communication difficile car le personnel ne parle pas tous anglais). Le lendemain en nous renseignant de nouveau sur cette histoire de piscine, on nous apprend finalement que la piscine est fermée jusqu’au mois de mars pour la saison hivernale. A aucun moment lors de notre réservation cela n’a été mentionné et non expliqué clairement à notre arrivée non plus !! La plage est accessible mais aucun transat disponibles, on nous invite à nous rendre à la piscine intérieur … et a l’extérieur le soleil brille et il fait 30 degrés. Vraiment insensé ! Nous devions rester 6 nuits, nous avons changé d’hôtel après 2 nuits. C’est le seul hôtel de l’île à appliquer cette règle de fermeture hivernale. Si vous n’avez pas la plage ou la piscine dans ce genre d’hôtel il n’y a rien a faire du tout !! Très déçus du Hilton.

部屋から賑やかな港や伊良部島が見えます。左に夕陽が沈みますが、残念ながらヒルトンホテル(建設中)がありサンセットを拝むことはできません。部屋はスーペリア以上にしないとかなり狭く、ベッドとソファの間が20センチ位の空きしかなく、クローゼットもないため、空き部分にスーツケースを置くとぶつかりながら歩く感じです。とても残念なのが、エアコンが黒カビだらけで異臭がし、また、バスルームは下水臭がしました。雨が降ると廊下は水浸しでそのまま放置されていました。ホテルイメージにスムージーの写真が載っていたので朝食期待したのですが、そのようなものは全然なく、安いビジネスホテル並のものでした。お湯の提供もなく、コーヒー以外なかったので何も考えていないんだなと思いました。和食もありましたが、美味しかったのは味噌汁くらいであとは袋詰の惣菜でした。和食提供とあって沖縄料理をここまで出さないホテルは珍しかったです。洋風的なおしゃれ感を出したかったんだと思いますが。リゾートステイ目的なら料金高めの部屋以外はお勧めしません。スーペリア以下は狭くて荷物の置き場で先ず途方に暮れます。ホテルの場所的には繁華街まで徒歩15分くらいと近いので、良かったです。ただ、駐車場がすぐいっぱいになり第二駐車場はかなり離れたところにあるので、重い荷物がある場合夕方から車を出してのお出かけは避けた方がいいです。

最上階に有ります大浴場ですが、今回5泊しましたがその間一度もお湯が変えられた形跡がありませんでした。 洗い場等は、簡単に清掃されていたのかも知れませんが浴槽に関しては清掃されていません。 浴槽湯船の水面の辺りのタイルに垢などの汚れが付いていて、触るとザラザラでコスると取れる汚れが有りお湯の表面には古い角質（垢？）や人毛が浮いていました。 沖縄地方は、浴槽の無いマンションやお家が多く湯船に浸かる習慣があまり無いので…と言えばそれまでですが、浴槽のお湯や汚れ衛生に関してはしっかりして欲しいです。 その他に関してはとても良かったのに、残念でした。

今回は2回目の訪問でした 前回　朝食がとても美味しくて　まったり出来たので 今回もサンタモニカさんに　お世話になりました 誕生日の祝いも兼ねて　宮古島のマラソンに参加 とても素敵なお部屋と　お誕生日のプレゼントや写真サービスなど　とても素敵な思い出となりました 朝食も美味しく　いただきましたが マラソンの日だったので　落ち着いて食べていられなかったので　残念でした 毎年　宮古島には　気に入っている　格安レンタカーのワンズレンタカーにお世話になり　新城の海岸でシュノーケルをして　水中水族館🐠　亀と一緒に戯れるのを　とても楽しみにしておりますので　毎年　サンタモニカさんにお世話になります　今後ともより良いサービスと美味しい食事で楽しませて下さい また　遊びに来ます とても良かったです 有難う

Ia adalah perjalanan ke Miyakojima yang merupakan perjalanan solo. Saya tinggal selama 5 malam. Sejujurnya, tiba di hotel, saya terkejut melihat berapa lama luarannya 😓. Namun, apabila saya masuk ke dalam bilik, saya terharu dengan pemandangan laut 😃. Sarapan pagi juga sangat sedap 😋. Ia adalah gaya bufet, dan menu telah berubah. Kakitangan di resort semua baik dan baik hati. saya nak pergi lagi. Gambar yang dilampirkan adalah dari bilik di tingkat 7 tempat saya menginap. 1, ”pemandangan 3 petang”, 2, ”Matahari terbit pagi”, 3, contoh ”sarapan pagi”, 4, ”Pemandangan dari teres restoran sarapan pagi”. Kami juga sangat mengesyorkan lawatan langit berbintang yang dianjurkan oleh hotel. Saya tidak pernah menyangka bahawa galaksi itu akan kelihatan begitu cantik dan jelas.

夫婦で３泊滞在させてもらいました。 コーラルウィングのビューバスルーム７階からの眺めが素晴らしかった。 滞在中はずっと曇り空だったけど、海の色がとても綺麗に見えました。 与那覇前浜は本当に綺麗なビーチですね。ちょっと肌寒かったので海でのアクティビティはしなかったけど、波打ち際を散策したり、写真を撮ったりと楽しめました。 お部屋もお風呂も広くて快適。夜寝る時にベットサイドのライトで細かく調光できる点も良かったです。 2日目、朝食の開始時間に少し遅れて行ったら満席で、席が空くまで20分くらいガーデンを散策しました。朝食は開始時間前に行くか、1時間くらい時間をずらしたほうがいいですね。 最終日、コンフォートメンバのレイトチェックアウトを使い、ゆっくりできたのも良かった。 楽しい宮古島旅行になりました。ありがとうございました！

2泊1人で滞在しました。建物、お部屋などとても綺麗で快適でした。ベランダから伊良部大橋と伊良部島の眺望ができ、海を見ながらのんびり過ごしました。空港や前浜ビーチがとても近く、他の観光スポットもアクセスしやすかったです。 何より、目の前にマックスバリュ、ドラッグストア、家電量販店、マクドナルド、DAISOなどがあり自宅から荷物を持って来なくても現地調達可能です。夜遅くのツアーに参加した時に帰宅が遅くなり食事が取れず24時間営業のマックスバリュでお酒とお惣菜などを購入し部屋飲みしましたが本当に助かりました。 朝食も沖縄料理がたくさんのバイキングでとても美味しかったです。次回もぜひ利用したいと思います。

Hotel ini baru sahaja dibuka dan saya dapat menghabiskan masa yang selesa. Katil dan penghawa dingin adalah gred tinggi, dan bilik mandi sangat selesa dengan tandas. Ia adalah lokasi yang selesa kerana ia berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari Lapangan Terbang Miyakojima. Ia juga merupakan hotel yang selesa apabila menyewa kereta dengan satu syarikat (Sky Rent-A-Car) di tingkat satu hotel dan satu syarikat (Nippon Rent-A-Car) secara menyerong bertentangan.

値段重視と気になっていたMR.KINJOのホテルに初めて利用。場所によって多少異なるかと思いますが、滞在だけなら悪くないと思います。部屋はキレイでした。アメニティー類も一通り揃っているので快適に過ごせます。 駐車場も広めで車あればアクセスも良いと思います。 キッチンがあると思っていましたが、キッチンはないです。 その他、パイナガマビーチに近いです。

宮古島空港から市内へ向かう幹線道路沿いに隣接してます。 辺は一面ｻﾄｳｷﾋﾞ畑となっており、昼夜を問わず閑静なﾏﾝｼｮﾝです。 近隣のｼｮｯﾋﾟﾝｸﾞｾﾝﾀｰ(徒歩10分程度)には、100円均一、ﾏｯｸｽﾊﾞﾘｭｰ、薬局、 ほか弁、ﾚｽﾄﾗﾝetc…なので不自由しません。 又、徳洲会病院もｼｮｯﾋﾟﾝｸﾞｾﾝﾀｰ裏手にあり、便利でした。 宿泊後には、｢Mr.KINJO Mighty One 宮古島｣からCS評価依頼のﾒｰﾙが来ます。 依って、経営者は｢顧客満足度｣を踏まえておられると考えます。 今回の評価は、少し辛めとして…以下を指摘させて戴きました。 ・宿泊人員に合わせた｢枕」のご確認 ・原則、部屋の清掃を行わないのであれば、｢掃除機｣等を常備戴きたく 　床面に埃や塵が堆積するため、衛生的ではありません 　どうしても常備できないのであれば、その旨を要件に記載すべきです ・洗濯機を常備戴いてますが、2箇所のﾌｨﾙﾀｰ清掃ができておらず苦慮します 　使用後は、各自でﾌｨﾙﾀｰ清掃を行う事とし、違反者には厳重注意して下さい 　尚、洗面所に設置しておりますが、乾燥機能を使用すると洗面所が熱くなります 　洗濯機の直上等に排気口を設けて頂ければと考えます ・玄関扉の下側隙間から、害虫(ｺﾞｷﾌﾞﾘ、ﾔﾓﾘ)が侵入しております 　框との嵌合確認を行って戴き、隙間無き事でお願いしたく ・ﾍﾞﾗﾝﾀﾞ(ﾊﾞﾙｺﾆｰ)の床面清掃が出来ておらず、洗濯物の外干しに支障があります 　できれば、｢物干し竿」常備戴ければ有難いです ・｢簡易ｷｯﾁﾝ｣の記載がありますが…室内での火気使用が認められて居らず 　ｺﾝﾛや調理器具もございません(ﾊﾜｲ等のｺﾝﾄﾞﾐﾆｱﾑとは違います。ので留意下さい) 従業員の方々は、皆　気さくな方々ばかりです。

Went there 3 days to escape from my corona life in Tokyo. Picked the 3 days 3 types of room package so I can try out different rooms. ==== ROOMS ==== Room 1 - standard old design and no view. Totally don't recommend it. Pool side people are much louder Room 2 - deluxe Not bad, small pool with the room. Too small, can't really swim. But the public share pool is nicer and no one was there. Room 3 - Private Villa Finally a pretty nice one. Bigger size pool and bigger outside area to relax but bugs come in to the house. ==== AMENITIES ==== Nothing brand name. Glad that I brought my own. ==== HOTEL ==== Not stylish design, seems like it's an old hotel but changed owner. Pool is not bad. They don't have a private beach so when I went to the beach it was a bunch of loud kids came to play and I left. ==== SERVICE ==== Not bad, I think they are trying but I don't it's still not world resort standard. The pool, no one comes to serve you. You have to bring your own towels. Even I left, I don't see someone clean up. Also I think they need to have the staff to have better hygiene now especiall they wear masks all day and I can smell them even they wear the mask. ==== FOOD ==== BAD. The breakfast was bad, the french toast was microwave and too hot. The juice was not fresh squeezed. I tried 2 of their restaurants and also nothing special but expensive. Better go outside to eat regular food. ==== OVERALL ==== Not bad. And also not much choices in Miyako Island so I hope they will improve because i do want to visit again.

マイル消化とストレス解消のため、急遽宮古島へ行こうと思い立ち、あまり下調べもせず予約。 シギラの中ではかなりお手頃価格。プール有り。循環バスは利用可。バス停は近い。部屋は極普通に綺麗。バルコニーは無かったが、海が見える部屋だった。 レストランは無いが、夜は循環バスでリゾート内レストランで食事をしたので、問題なかった。歩ける範囲に焼肉レストランがある。 簡単な買い物は、クロスポイントマーケットが道を挟んで斜め向かいにある。ここはお土産中心だが、ドリンクやカップ麺、スナック菓子などもあるので、こちらも不便はない。

今回は2回目の訪問でした 前回　朝食がとても美味しくて　まったり出来たので 今回もサンタモニカさんに　お世話になりました 誕生日の祝いも兼ねて　宮古島のマラソンに参加 とても素敵なお部屋と　お誕生日のプレゼントや写真サービスなど　とても素敵な思い出となりました 朝食も美味しく　いただきましたが マラソンの日だったので　落ち着いて食べていられなかったので　残念でした 毎年　宮古島には　気に入っている　格安レンタカーのワンズレンタカーにお世話になり　新城の海岸でシュノーケルをして　水中水族館🐠　亀と一緒に戯れるのを　とても楽しみにしておりますので　毎年　サンタモニカさんにお世話になります　今後ともより良いサービスと美味しい食事で楽しませて下さい また　遊びに来ます とても良かったです 有難う

夫婦で３泊滞在させてもらいました。 コーラルウィングのビューバスルーム７階からの眺めが素晴らしかった。 滞在中はずっと曇り空だったけど、海の色がとても綺麗に見えました。 与那覇前浜は本当に綺麗なビーチですね。ちょっと肌寒かったので海でのアクティビティはしなかったけど、波打ち際を散策したり、写真を撮ったりと楽しめました。 お部屋もお風呂も広くて快適。夜寝る時にベットサイドのライトで細かく調光できる点も良かったです。 2日目、朝食の開始時間に少し遅れて行ったら満席で、席が空くまで20分くらいガーデンを散策しました。朝食は開始時間前に行くか、1時間くらい時間をずらしたほうがいいですね。 最終日、コンフォートメンバのレイトチェックアウトを使い、ゆっくりできたのも良かった。 楽しい宮古島旅行になりました。ありがとうございました！

There are a very few hotels /resorts left me fond memories like this one did. The facility is squeaky clean, the view is world class. The best part was the customer service. They were very accommodating - free airport pickup/drop off, free loaner car for us to get around the island, reopened the kitchen just for us when we woke up too late and missed the breakfast. The genuine friendliness of the staff was unparalleled. The villa was very comfortable and spacious. The private swimming pool and hot tub were fantastic. One of the best beaches in Miyako Island - Yoshino Kaufman Beach is only 10 minutes walk away. I yearn for another visit.

伊良部島の 人気の少ない静かで綺麗な海を眺めて 綺麗なホテルで 本でも読みながらゆっくりしたい 出来ればリーズナブルに と言う私の願望を全て叶えて頂けたホテルでした。 　施設は綺麗だし、貸し出しできる漫画のコーナーはあるし、 　ホテル前の佐和田の浜は綺麗だけど遊泳には向かないようで泳いでいる人はほとんどいない。 　他の方が書いているようにレストランの品揃えが少ない事やお店が周りに無いなどの難点もありましたが、部屋の冷蔵庫が大きかったから色々買って来たりしてカバー出来ます。 　外廊下で心配だった虫の入り込みも、爪くらいの大きさの虫が2匹くらい入り込んだけど殺虫剤が部屋にあったので撃退。 　屋上にインフィニティプールもありましたが昼頃は貸し切り状態で海と遠く下地島空港の飛行機の発着を見ながらゆったり泳げたり最高に気持ち良かった。 　 　また来年も伺いたい宿です。

Globalement c’est un très bel hôtel tout neuf et propre. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant cependant très grosse déception. Déjà l’hôtel est au milieu d’une zone de travaux pas très jolie. Après 3 semaines de voyage fatiguant à travers le Japon nous avons décidé de venir à Miyakojima pour nous reposer et profiter du soleil. A notre arrivée on nous annonce que la piscine sera fermée le lendemain à cause de la météo (alors que celle-ci prévoyait un grand soleil), sans nous donner plus de précisions (communication difficile car le personnel ne parle pas tous anglais). Le lendemain en nous renseignant de nouveau sur cette histoire de piscine, on nous apprend finalement que la piscine est fermée jusqu’au mois de mars pour la saison hivernale. A aucun moment lors de notre réservation cela n’a été mentionné et non expliqué clairement à notre arrivée non plus !! La plage est accessible mais aucun transat disponibles, on nous invite à nous rendre à la piscine intérieur … et a l’extérieur le soleil brille et il fait 30 degrés. Vraiment insensé ! Nous devions rester 6 nuits, nous avons changé d’hôtel après 2 nuits. C’est le seul hôtel de l’île à appliquer cette règle de fermeture hivernale. Si vous n’avez pas la plage ou la piscine dans ce genre d’hôtel il n’y a rien a faire du tout !! Très déçus du Hilton.
