Hotel di Montegiorgio

Sono stata ospite di questo hotel dal 13 al 18 agosto e sono rimasta davvero meravigliata di come si possa gestire un attività così! Avevo richiesto via mail una suite con idromassaggio, visto che sul sito parla di suite con vasca e alcune con idromassaggio, mi rispondono che non ci sono problemi ma, al mio arrivo, mi dicono che hanno sbagliato e che non hanno camere con idromassaggio. Pazienza, vado oltre, ma arrivata in camera con un bambino di due mesi, trovo polvere ovunque, lo faccio presente e si adoperano per ripulire. In tutto il soggiorno i sanitari non sono mai stati puliti, la suite, che loro vendono come tale, è una semplice camera familiare: non c'è il salotto e non c'è l'ambiente separato che deve avere una suite per essere tale! Infine, e forse peggio di tutto, il phon è stato posizionato accanto alla vasca, senza possibilità di scollegarlo, con il rischio che facendo il bagno si possa morire fulminati, visto che la vasca è scivolosissima!!! Al checkout faccio presente tutto questo e mi sento rispondere, da una signora estremamente seccata:”è cosi non posso fare niente!!” Senza minimamente scusarsi ne venirci incontro in alcun modo!!! Follia pura!!! Unica nota positiva la signora della colazione e del ristorante: veramente gentile e simpatica!

L'ubicazione a ridosso del centro della città permette di raggiungere con facilità la struttura. Il parcheggio privato e l'ampio garage coperto, comunicante tramite comodo ascensore ai piani, entrambi inclusi nel prezzo, rendono da subito il soggiorno piacevole non dovendosi preoccupare di cercare una 'sistemazione' per il proprio mezzo. Tale peculiarità è unica a Macerata a meno che non ci si voglia allontanare molto di più dal centro storico, il quale dall'Hotel I Colli dista poco piu di mille metri, potendo esso, di fatto, essere raggiunto con tutta facilità, anche a piedi. L'accoglienza da parte del personale è professionale. Le informazioni fornite sono sintetiche ma esaustive come io amo che siano e come credo debbano essere senza eccessi di confidenza, i quali spesso compensano le inefficienze delle strutture e del personale medesimo. La colazione a buffet, dolce e salata, ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative ed è conforme al prezzo richiesto. Ci siamo ritornati quest'anno dopo avere soggiornato qui nel 2020. Ottimo servizio. Personale preparato e molto gentile. Cibo ottimo. La zona spa bella, bella la piscina con vista fantastica dei colli attorno a Civitanova. Da qui si può raggiungere in meno di 30 minuti la zona del conero o le spiagge sabbiose di Porto S.Elpidio. Consigliato per fine settimana romantico.
